本发明属于日常护肤用品领域，具体涉及一种自制胡萝卜精油面膜。
背景技术
市面上的关于护肤的面膜产品甚多，但这些产品成分里往往添加了各种防腐剂、杀菌剂等各种化学成分，效果不但不理想，还对人体肌肤存在着一定的伤害。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种自制胡萝卜精油面膜，纯天然成分对肌肤无刺激，可修复晒后的肌肤组织，减少细纹，补充肌肤细胞水分和多种植物蛋白，保湿性佳。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制胡萝卜精油面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：胡萝卜100～150，红薯100～150，蜂蜜5～10，苹果精油1～2。
采用以上技术方案，面膜中所含丰富的胡萝卜素，可修复晒后的肌肤组织，减少细纹，补充肌肤细胞水分和多种植物蛋白，使肌肤水润光泽。

实施例1
一种自制胡萝卜精油面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
胡萝卜100，红薯100，蜂蜜5，苹果精油1。
上述技术方案中，所述的一种自制胡萝卜精油面膜制备工艺如下：
1、将胡萝卜榨汁，红薯搅拌成泥状；
2、加入蜂蜜和苹果精油后搅拌均匀成糊状即可。
使用方法：
1、洁面后，将面膜均匀涂搽在面部，避开眼四周的部位；
2、15—20分钟后，用温水洗净；
3、每周1-2次。
