本发明属于日常护肤用品领域，具体涉及一种自制蔬菜面膜。
背景技术
市面上的关于抗衰的面膜产品甚多，但这些产品成分里往往添加了各种防腐剂、杀菌剂等，不但效果不佳，还对人体肌肤存在着一定的伤害。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种自制蔬菜面膜，纯天然成分对肌肤无刺激，能锁住肌肤水分，同时清洁肌肤，令其自然水润。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制蔬菜面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：莴笋50～80，黄瓜20～30，优酪乳10～15，柠檬精油1～2。
采用以上技术方案，可清洁肌肤，锁住水分，另肌肤自然水润。

以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种自制蔬菜面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
莴笋50，黄瓜20，优酪乳10，柠檬精油1。
上述技术方案中，所述的一种自制蔬菜面膜制备工艺如下：
1、将莴笋、黄瓜去皮搅拌成泥状；
2、将剩余组分加入蔬菜泥中混合搅拌均匀即可。
使用方法：1、洁面后，将面膜均匀涂搽在面部，避开眼四周的部位；
2、15—20分钟后，用温水洗净；
3、每周1-2次。
实施例2
一种自制蔬菜面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
莴笋80，黄瓜30，优酪乳15，柠檬精油2。
