市面上的关于护肤的面膜产品甚多，但这些产品成分里往往添加了各种防腐剂、杀菌剂等各种化学成分，效果不但不理想，还对人体肌肤存在着一定的伤害。

针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种自制水果美肤面膜，能有效滋润肌肤，对皮肤有保湿、增白、收缩毛孔之效，特别适合中性肤质的人群使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制水果美肤面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：苹果150～200，苏打粉10～20，蜂蜜15～20，纯净水：适量。
采用以上技术方案，能有效滋润肌肤，对皮肤有保湿、增白、收缩毛孔之效。

实施例1
一种自制水果美肤面膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
苹果150，苏打粉10，蜂蜜15，纯净水：适量。
上述技术方案中，所述的一种自制水果美肤面膜制备工艺如下：
1、将苹果搅拌成泥状；；
2、在苹果泥中加入剩余组分搅拌成糊状即成。
使用方法：
1、洁面后，将面膜均匀涂搽在面部，避开眼四周的部位；
2、15—20分钟后，用温水洗净；
3、每周2-3次。
