针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种自制消炎皮疹体膜，有深层清洁和收敛毛孔之效，使肌肤处于放松状态；针对长丘疹的肌肤另具有较好的防治作用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制消炎皮疹体膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：薄荷叶300～500，面粉300～500，杏仁油30～50，纯净水:适量。
薄荷叶:具有刺激中枢神经的功效，作用于皮肤有灼感和冷感同时，它对感觉神经末梢又有抑制和麻痹的作用；因此，可用作抗刺激剂和皮肤兴奋剂。另有消炎和抗菌的作用：薄荷对蚊虫叮咬皮肤有脱敏、消炎和抗菌的作用；对皮肤瘙痒也具有抗过敏和止痒作用。
杏仁油：含丰富维他命，具有滋养与保湿的神奇功效，舒缓与抗过敏的作用。是一种保养皮肤及滋润效果极佳的植物油，对于干性皮肤或因气候变化而引起皮肤不适问题极有益处，可促进细胞生长，适合干燥、敏感、发炎及无光泽的肌肤，它是一种天然的润湿剂。富含矿物质、蛋白质及各种维他命，是一种保养皮肤及滋润效果极佳的植物油，适用于各种肤质。它能有效地减轻皮肤发痒现象，消除红肿、干燥和发炎。可刺激内分泌系统的脑下垂腺、胸腺和肾上腺，促进细胞更新。甜杏仁油能使肌肤恢复光滑柔细，如果长期使用可以有效地消除妊娠纹。

1、将薄荷叶洗净，搅碎；
2、再加入剩余组分并搅拌均匀成糊状即可。
使用方法：
1、沐浴后，将调制好的体膜涂抹在身上；
2、30分钟后用温水洗净，擦干后涂上浴后乳液；
3、每周1-2次。
