The sound generating device is an important sound generating component in an electronic product, and is used for converting an electric signal into sound.
In the prior art, a mounting part matched with the shape of the sound generating device is designed in the shell of the electronic product according to the shape of the sound generating device so as to assemble the sound generating device in the electronic product. That is, in the prior art, the mounting structure inside the electronic product needs to be designed for sound generating devices of different shapes, and the design needs to be redesigned once the product is updated, which undoubtedly increases the production cost.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a sound generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sound generating apparatus includes: the sounding unit 1 and the fixing component; the fixing assembly comprises a first fixing plate 2 and a second fixing plate 3; the first fixing plate 2 is arranged on a first end face of the sounding monomer 1, and the second fixing plate 3 is arranged on a second end face of the sounding monomer 1; the first end surface and the second end surface are two opposite end surfaces; the first opposite two sides of the first fixing plate 2 are provided with first extending parts 21 extending towards the direction of the second fixing plate 3; the end of the first extension 21 is connected with the second fixing plate 3 to form a non-closed fixing space; the sounding unit 1 is positioned in the non-closed fixed space; the first fixing plate 2 and/or the second fixing plate 3 are provided with first fixing holes 22 for fixing the sound generating device to an external device.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sounding unit is clamped by the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, and the sounding unit can be conveniently fixed with external equipment through the first fixing hole on the first fixing plate and/or the second fixing plate. Compared with the prior art, the fixing structure of the sound generating device is simple and flexible, the universality of the sound generating device is improved, the whole machine is more flexible to assemble, and the production cost is also reduced.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the assembly difficulty of the sound generating device and the external device is high, so that the sound generating device and the electronic product must be assembled by a complete machine factory and sold after being assembled. That is, the consumer cannot flexibly assemble and design according to his or her own needs. By adopting the sound generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention, consumers can assemble and design themselves according to the purchased parts.
In a specific structure, the first fixing plate 2 includes a first portion corresponding to the sounding unit 1 and a second portion integrally extending from the first portion beyond a side surface of the sounding unit 1; the second portion defines at least two first fastening holes 22. As shown in fig. 1, the second portion may be located at a side of the first fixing plate 2 where the first extension 21 is not provided. When the sounding device is arranged in the external equipment, hot melt adhesive can be filled in the first fixing hole so as to fix the sounding device in the external equipment; alternatively, a plurality of fixing posts are provided in the external device in advance, and the fixing posts are provided through the first fixing holes 22 to fix the sound emitting device in the external device.
In this embodiment, the purpose of setting up a plurality of first fixed orificess is for when follow-up and external equipment assemble, provide multiple spare selection for the equipment is more nimble. In actual assembly, only two of the first fixing holes 22 may be selected for fixing. As shown in fig. 1, the number of the first fixing holes 22 is 4.
The end of the first extension 21 can be fixed to the edge of the second fixing plate 3 by laser or fastened by a fastening structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, second extending portions 31 extending toward the first fixing plate 2 are disposed on second opposite sides of the second fixing plate 3; the end of the first extension 21 is connected to the second extension 31. The sounding unit 1 may be held between the first fixing plate 2 and the second fixing plate 3 by the connection of the end of the first extension 21 and the second extension 31. The end of the first extension 21 and the second extension 31 can be fixedly connected by laser or snap-fit connected by a snap-fit structure.
In an implementation, the end of the first extension 21 and the end of the second extension 31 are fixedly connected by laser.
In another realizable solution, the end of the first extension 21 is provided with a first snap structure; the second extending portion 31 is provided with a second engaging structure for engaging with the first engaging structure. The connection of the first fixing plate 2 and the second fixing plate 3 is realized through the buckling of the first buckling structure and the second buckling structure. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first engaging structure includes a hook 211 bent and extended from an end of the first extending portion 21 toward a direction away from the sound generating unit 1; the second fastening structure includes a fastening hole 311 disposed on the second extending portion 31 and used in cooperation with the fastening hook 211; the hooks 211 and the locking holes 311 are engaged.
Generally, a sound hole is formed on one end surface of the sound generating unit. When the end surface of the sound outlet is the first end surface or the second end surface, a through hole needs to be correspondingly formed in the fixing plate corresponding to the first end surface or the second end surface to avoid blocking the sound outlet.
In a specific structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first end face of the sound generating unit 1 is provided with a sound outlet 100; a first through hole 200 is formed at a position of the first fixing plate 2 facing the sound outlet 100.
In practical production, mechanical errors are difficult to avoid, that is, the sound generating unit 1 is difficult to be properly clamped by the connected first fixing plate 2 and the second fixing plate 3, that is, a gap may exist between the first fixing plate 2 and the sound generating unit 1 or between the second fixing plate 3 and the sound generating unit 1. In order to avoid the sound-producing single body 1 from shaking in the non-closed fixed space, a first elastic cushion 4 can be arranged between the first fixing plate 2 and the first end surface of the sound-producing single body 1, and a second through hole 400 is formed at the position, opposite to the sound outlet hole 100, of the first elastic cushion 4; the first through hole 200 communicates with the second through hole 400. Due to the volume compressibility of the first elastic pad 4, the sounding unit 1 can be well fixed between the first fixing plate 2 and the second fixing plate 3. The first elastic pad 4 includes but is not limited to sponge, rubber, and silicone.
In order to fix the sound generating device well inside the outer casing (i.e. the casing of the external device), a second elastic pad may be attached to the side of the first fixing plate 2 or the second fixing plate 3 away from the sound generating unit. Due to the volume compressibility of the second resilient pad, the sound generating device can be well fixed between the opposite walls of the outer housing. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a second elastic pad 5 is attached to one side of the first fixing plate 2 away from the sound-generating unit 1; a third through hole 500 is formed at a position where the second elastic pad 5 faces the first through hole 200.
In order to prevent dust entering at the sound outlet of the sound generating device from affecting the acoustic performance of the sound generating device, a protective film may be covered at the first through hole 200 of the first fixing plate 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the third through hole 500 is covered with a protective film 6, and the protective film 6 is located on a side of the second elastic pad 5 away from the sound-generating unit 1. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, one side edge of the protective film 6 extends beyond the hand tearing portion 61 of the side surface of the sounding unit 1, so that a user can tear the protective film conveniently.
Generally, at least one rear sound hole is formed on one end surface of the sound generating unit, and is communicated with a rear cavity formed by an outer casing (i.e., a casing of an external device) through the rear sound hole. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the second end surface of the sound generating unit 1 is provided with at least one rear sound hole 12, a notch 33 is provided at a position where the second fixing plate 2 faces the at least one rear sound hole 12. The purpose of setting up this breach is in avoiding the second fixed plate to block up the back phonic aperture 12 on the sound production monomer 1, guarantees the connectivity of back phonic aperture 12 and the back chamber that is formed by the shell body.
Further, the sound generating device further comprises: an electrical connection 7; the electric connector 7 comprises an inner connecting part and an outer connecting part extending from the inner connecting part and used for being electrically connected with external equipment; the second end surface of the sounding monomer 1 is provided with at least one conductive end 13; the inner connecting part is fixed between the second fixing plate 3 and the second end surface of the sounding monomer 1; at least one first pad (not shown) on the inner connection portion is disposed in contact with at least one conductive terminal 13, respectively. The conductive terminals 13 include, but are not limited to, spring tabs, electrical contact points. Electrical connections to external circuitry are conveniently made through electrical connections 7. At least one second pad 72 for connection of an external circuit may be provided on the external connection portion. It should be noted that, if the conductive end 13 is a spring, when the inner connecting portion is fixed between the second fixing plate 3 and the second end surface of the sound generating unit 1, the spring is in a compressed state.
The electric connector 7 can be fixed on the second fixing plate 3 or the second end surface of the sound generating unit 1 by sticking or buckling. In an implementation structure, as shown in fig. 1, at least one second fixing hole 71 is provided on the inner connection portion; the second fixing plate 3 is provided with at least one third fixing hole 32 respectively communicated with the at least one second fixing hole 71; the second fixing hole 71 and the third fixing hole 32, which are communicated, are filled with hot melt adhesive to fix the electrical connector 7.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a positioning bump 14 is disposed on the first side wall of the sound generating unit 1; two extending parts 21 are arranged on one side of the first opposite two sides of the first fixing plate 2, which is opposite to the first side wall; the gap between the two extensions 21 forms a positioning slot 210 for cooperation with the positioning lug 14. The positioning of the sounding monomer is realized through the positioning convex block and the positioning groove.

1. A sound generating device, comprising: the sounding unit and the fixing component;
the fixing assembly comprises a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate;
the first fixing plate is arranged on a first end face of the sounding monomer, and the second fixing plate is arranged on a second end face of the sounding monomer; the first end face and the second end face are two opposite end faces;
first extending parts extending towards the direction of the second fixing plate are arranged on the first opposite sides of the first fixing plate; the end part of the first extending part is connected with the second fixing plate to form a non-closed fixing space; the sounding unit is positioned in the non-closed fixed space;
the first fixing hole used for fixing the sound production device in an external device is formed in the first fixing plate and/or the second fixing plate.
2. The sound generating device according to claim 1, wherein said first fixing plate includes a first portion corresponding to said sound generating unit and a second portion integrally extending from said first portion beyond a side surface of said sound generating unit;
the second part is provided with at least two first fixing holes.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second opposite side of said second fixing plate is provided with a second extending portion extending toward said first fixing plate;
the end of the first extension is connected with the second extension.

5. The sound generating apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the end of the first extension is provided with a first snap structure;

8. The sounding device according to claim 6, wherein a second elastic pad is attached to a side of the first fixing plate away from the sounding unit;
and a third through hole is formed in the position, opposite to the first through hole, of the second elastic pad.
9. The sound generating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the third through hole is covered with a protective film, and the protective film is located on a side of the second elastic pad away from the sound generating unit.
10. The sound generating device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the second end surface of the sound generating unit is provided with at least one rear sound hole;
and a notch is arranged at the position of the second fixing plate, which is opposite to the at least one rear sound hole.
11. The sound generating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising: an electrical connection;
the electric connector comprises an inner connecting part and an outer connecting part which extends out of the inner connecting part and is used for being electrically connected with external equipment;
the second end face of the sounding monomer is provided with at least one conductive end;
the inner connecting part is fixed between the second fixing plate and the second end face of the sounding monomer;
at least one first pad on the inner connecting part is respectively arranged in contact with the at least one conductive end.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said inner connecting portion has at least one second fastening hole;
the second fixing plate is provided with at least one third fixing hole which is respectively communicated with the at least one second fixing hole;

13. The sound generating apparatus as claimed in claim 11, wherein the external connection portion is provided with at least one second land for connection of an external circuit.
14. The sound generating device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a positioning projection is provided on the first side wall of the sound generating unit;
two extending parts are arranged on one side of the first opposite two sides of the first fixing plate, which is opposite to the first side wall;
and a positioning groove matched with the positioning lug is formed in a gap between the two extending parts.
