Description

Bearing lubricating structure of speed reducer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology in the field of speed reducers, in particular to a bearing lubricating structure of a speed reducer.
Background
The inner bearings of the speed reducer are all open type bearings. In the conventional design, an oil guide groove is arranged on a speed reducer shell, and the oil guide groove guides lubricating oil, which is stirred and guided by a speed reducer gear, to a bearing to lubricate the bearing.
The development of new energy automobiles and the like in the current market puts forward miniaturization requirements on the speed reducer, so that the structures of all parts in the speed reducer are very compact (as shown in figure 1), the assembly positions of bearings are often difficult to meet the optimal design, and the lubricating oil introduced by an oil guide groove is insufficient, so that poor lubrication of the bearings is caused.
The problem can be solved by improving the performance of the bearing, but the difficulty and risk of the type selection of the bearing are also improved, and the comprehensive efficiency of the product is reduced. The problem can be solved by increasing the forced lubrication of the oil pump, but the increase of the oil pump not only increases the production cost, but also aggravates the difficulty and complexity of system arrangement and deviates from the original purpose of miniaturization.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a bearing lubricating structure of the speed reducer, which can carry out stable oil bath lubrication on the bearing when the bearing works by assembling a lubricating oil storage mechanism at the bearing position to contain enough grease, thereby improving the lubricating effect and being beneficial to the design of miniaturization of the speed reducer.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention comprises a bearing, a bearing baffle and a speed reducer shaft which are arranged in a speed reducer shell, wherein a bearing inner ring is arranged on the speed reducer shaft, the bearing baffle is arranged on one side of the bearing, the bearing baffle is fixed on the speed reducer shell, and the speed reducer shell is simultaneously used as a bearing seat;
the bearing baffle comprises a baffle shoulder which is abutted against the bearing, and the baffle shoulder extends along the axial direction of the speed reducer shaft at the side far away from the bearing and is radially and inwardly retracted along the speed reducer shaft to form a lip baffle; the bearing baffle plate is matched with the reducer shell and the bearing seat to form a bearing oil containing cavity, and an oil guide groove is formed in the reducer shell relative to the bearing oil containing cavity.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the lip baffle is smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing inner ring, and the inner diameter of the baffle shoulder along the axial extension part of the speed reducer shaft is larger than the outer diameter of the bearing inner ring, so that the bearing roller is fully lubricated.
The bearing baffle is fixed on the speed reducer shell through threaded connection.
Preferably, the bearing baffle is provided with an oil outlet opening in the circumferential direction, so that lubricating oil in the bearing oil containing cavity can be replaced conveniently.
Further preferably, the oil outlet opening and the oil guide groove are arranged in a staggered mode.
Technical effects
Compared with the prior art, the lubricating oil storage mechanism is assembled at the bearing position to contain enough grease, so that the bearing can be subjected to stable oil bath lubrication when working, the lubricating effect is improved, the limitation on the lubricating requirement when the bearing is selected is reduced, and the efficiency loss of the bearing caused by poor lubrication is reduced; meanwhile, other active lubrication parts are not introduced, the requirement on space arrangement is low, and the design of the miniaturization of the speed reducer is facilitated.
