Abstract

PURPOSE:To both hold plenty of grease in a bearing part and prevent its softening and/or temperature rise, by partitioning an annular grease filling chamber through a separator plate having many small holes. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 1 is supported by a rolling bearing 3 fitted to the fixed side member 2. An annular grease filling chamber 12, opened to a side of the bearing, is formed to an end cap 9. A bottom part 9A of said grease filling chamber is located to an almost equal position to that in an internal radius d/2 of an outer ring of the bearing, and the upper part of the chamber is formed to a circle of larger radius. A separator plate 10 consisting of a porous plate is mounted between the bearing and the end cap 9 to partition the grease filling chamber 12 into two places of 11 and 12. Said separator plate 10 is formed to circular flanged dish shape and provided with many small holes.
