本发明公开了一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承,包括金属内套和金属外套,所述金属内套侧壁中间位置卡接有支撑件,所述支撑件侧壁开有等距离分布的安装槽,且安装槽中均卡接有金属珠,所述支撑件与金属外套内壁套接,且金属外套内壁中间位置开有与金属珠规格相适配的卡槽,所述金属内套两侧均通过螺栓固定有金属卡圈,两个所述金属卡圈靠近金属外套一侧外壁和金属外套两侧内壁均设有石墨烯增强层,两个所述金属卡圈靠近金属外套一侧外壁均开有一号方槽。本发明可以提升轴承的耐磨能力,提升轴承的使用寿命,更加经久耐用,节约使用成本,有助于保障机械正常工作,提升机械稳定性,可以提升轴承的散热能力,减小内部摩擦。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承。
背景技术
轴承是在机械传动过程中起固定和减小载荷摩擦系数的部件。也可以说,当其它机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,用来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦系数和保持轴中心位置固定的机件。轴承是当代机械设备中一种举足轻重的零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,用以降低设备在传动过程中的机械载荷摩擦系数。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两类,但是目前的高载荷安全型电梯导向轮中的轴承要求比较高,需要满足高载荷、安全性和低噪音等方面的要求,工业生产最常用到的轴承是滚珠轴承,但是一些复杂的生产操作中,轴承受到横向压力,容易导致滚珠错位,造成不良摩擦,影响轴承寿命,现有的轴承散热性能一般,在剧烈运行中高温容易损坏轴承内壁部件,所以现提出一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承,包括金属内套和金属外套,所述金属内套侧壁中间位置卡接有支撑件,所述支撑件侧壁开有等距离分布的安装槽,且安装槽中均卡接有金属珠,所述支撑件与金属外套内壁套接,且金属外套内壁中间位置开有与金属珠规格相适配的卡槽,所述金属内套两侧均通过螺栓固定有金属卡圈,两个所述金属卡圈靠近金属外套一侧外壁和金属外套两侧内壁均设有石墨烯增强层,两个所述金属卡圈靠近金属外套一侧外壁均开有一号方槽,且两个一号方槽中均卡接有等距离分布的石墨烯柱,所述金属外套两侧内壁均开有与石墨烯柱规格相适配的二号方槽,所述金属外套内设有储油腔,且金属外套侧壁顶端中间位置开有注油孔,所述注油孔中螺接有金属塞,所述金属外套内壁开有等距离分布的导油孔,且导油孔与储油腔相连通。
优选的,所述金属外套两侧外壁均开有垫圈槽,且垫圈槽中卡接有橡胶密封圈,金属卡圈侧壁靠近金属外套位置处设有与橡胶密封圈规格相适配的直角阶梯。
优选的,所述金属外套内壁设有截面为梯型的凸环,且金属外套两侧外壁边缘位置均开有等距离分布的固定槽。
优选的,两个所述金属卡圈远离金属内套一侧外壁均开有等距离分布的沉孔,且沉孔内螺接有紧固螺栓。
优选的,所述金属外套外壁开有两个散热槽,且散热槽中均卡接有金属铝环。
优选的,所述橡胶密封圈由注塑机注塑成型,且橡胶密封圈截面为L型。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过设有的石墨烯增强层和石墨烯柱,可以提升轴承的耐磨能力,提升轴承的使用寿命,更加经久耐用,节约使用成本,有助于保障机械正常工作,提升机械稳定性。
2.通过安装的两个金属卡圈,可以提升轴承的机械强度,提升轴承横向抗压能力,提升轴承的使用寿命,方便更换维修,操作简单,节约成本,提高工作效率。
3.通过安装的金属铝环,可以提升轴承的散热能力,使得轴承更加稳定,降低轴承高温造成内部件损坏的现象发生。
4.通过设有的储油腔和注油孔,可以提升轴承的耐磨能力,有助于形成油膜层,减小内部摩擦,方便注油。

参照图1-2,一种磨损较小使用寿命长的轴承,包括金属内套4和金属外套1,金属内套4侧壁中间位置卡接有支撑件9,支撑件9侧壁开有等距离分布的安装槽,且安装槽中均卡接有金属珠8,支撑件9与金属外套1内壁套接,且金属外套1内壁中间位置开有与金属珠8规格相适配的卡槽,金属内套4两侧均通过螺栓固定有金属卡圈3,两个金属卡圈3靠近金属外套1一侧外壁和金属外套1两侧内壁均设有石墨烯增强层11,两个金属卡圈3靠近金属外套1一侧外壁均开有一号方槽,且两个一号方槽中均卡接有等距离分布的石墨烯柱10,金属外套1两侧内壁均开有与石墨烯柱10规格相适配的二号方槽,金属外套1内设有储油腔7,且金属外套1侧壁顶端中间位置开有注油孔,注油孔中螺接有金属塞6,金属外套1内壁开有等距离分布的导油孔5,且导油孔5与储油腔7相连通。
本发明中,金属外套1两侧外壁均开有垫圈槽,且垫圈槽中卡接有橡胶密封圈2,金属卡圈3侧壁靠近金属外套1位置处设有与橡胶密封圈2规格相适配的直角阶梯,金属外套1内壁设有截面为梯型的凸环,且金属外套1两侧外壁边缘位置均开有等距离分布的固定槽13,两个金属卡圈3远离金属内套4一侧外壁均开有等距离分布的沉孔14,且沉孔14内螺接有紧固螺栓,金属外套1外壁开有两个散热槽,且散热槽中均卡接有金属铝环12,橡胶密封圈2由注塑机注塑成型,且橡胶密封圈2截面为L型。
工作原理:使用时,将轴承安装到机械合适位置,当轴承受到横向的压力时两个金属卡圈3可以提升轴承的机械强度,提升轴承横向抗压能力,提升轴承的使用寿命,石墨烯增强层11和石墨烯柱10,可以提升轴承的耐磨能力,提升轴承的使用寿命,更加经久耐用,节约使用成本,有助于保障机械正常工作,提升机械稳定性,橡胶密封圈2起到防水防尘作用,有助于保障轴承内部件良好运行,固定槽13使得轴承外圈与机械部件固定牢固,金属铝环12将轴承运行过程中产生的热量快速散去。
