Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,包括排气管本体和进气管,所述排气管本体的一侧连通有进气管,另一侧通过导流管与过滤管连通,所述导流管的内表壁上通过等角度分布的导流板与位于导流管水平轴线上的固定圆盘焊接,且固定圆盘的一侧位于过滤管的内部活动连接有转轴,所述转轴的外表壁上沿水平方向焊接有螺旋叶片,所述过滤管的内表壁上均匀分布有多个吸音凸块,所述过滤管的壳体内部开设有真空腔。本发明中,螺旋叶片可在流通尾气的作用下进行转动,并带着转轴进行转动,通过螺旋叶片的转动作用,可有效增大活性炭吸附板与尾气的接触面积,从而提高吸附效率,可将尾气中的有害气体进行高效吸附,达到过滤环保的目的。

一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管。
背景技术
排气管安装于发动机排气岐管和消声器之间,使整个排气系统呈挠性联接,从而起到减振降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统寿命的作用,排气管主要用于轻型车、微型车和客车,摩托车,排气管结构是双层波纹管外覆钢丝网套,两端直边段外套卡环的结构,为使消声效果更佳,波纹管内部可配伸缩节或网套,排气管的主要材质是不锈钢,卡套和接管材质可为不锈钢或镀铝钢。
然而,现有的汽车用排气管还存在一些不足之处,一方面,不具备相应的过滤尾气的能力,尾气直接排入空气环境中,将直接导致空气污染,另一方面,降噪能力不足,噪音污染较为严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,包括排气管本体和进气管,所述排气管本体的一侧连通有进气管,另一侧通过导流管与过滤管连通,所述导流管的内表壁上通过等角度分布的导流板与位于导流管水平轴线上的固定圆盘焊接,且固定圆盘的一侧位于过滤管的内部活动连接有转轴,所述转轴的外表壁上沿水平方向焊接有螺旋叶片,所述过滤管的内表壁上均匀分布有多个吸音凸块,所述过滤管的壳体内部开设有真空腔。

本发明中,首先,螺旋叶片可在流通尾气的作用下进行转动,并带着转轴进行转动,通过螺旋叶片的转动作用,可有效增大活性炭吸附板与尾气的接触面积,从而提高吸附效率,可将尾气中的有害气体进行高效吸附,达到过滤环保的目的,其次,通过导流管内部的导流板能够使紊乱的尾气平稳的均匀穿过,从而降低噪音源的产生,同时,通过吸音凸块对噪音进行进一步的吸收,通过真空腔隔绝噪音的传播,该结构通过减弱噪音源、吸音、以及隔音等多个方面共同作用,达到较为显著的降噪环保效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,包括排气管本体1和进气管2,排气管本体1的一侧连通有进气管2,另一侧通过导流管3与过滤管4连通,导流管3的内表壁上通过等角度分布的导流板5与位于导流管3水平轴线上的固定圆盘6焊接,且固定圆盘6的一侧位于过滤管4的内部活动连接有转轴9,转轴9 的外表壁上沿水平方向焊接有螺旋叶片10,过滤管4的内表壁上均匀分布有多个吸音凸块8,过滤管4的壳体内部开设有真空腔7。
过滤管4的两端均连通有一个导流管3,多个吸音凸块8上靠近导流管的水平轴线的一侧均为凸弧面结构,转轴9的长度大小与过滤管4的长度大小相等,螺旋叶片10的外部包设有活性炭吸附板 101。
导流板5的外表面光滑,可以有效的降低自身与流通尾气之间的摩擦作用,降低噪音,同时,导流板5能够使紊乱的尾气平稳均匀的通过导流管3,从而达到一定的降噪目的,真空腔7可以避免噪音的传播,吸音凸块8为凸弧面结构能够增大与噪音源的接触面接,从而达到高效的吸音降噪效果,活性炭吸附板101用于吸收尾气中的污染气体。
工作原理:使用时,尾气通过进气管2进入排气管本体1内,然后进入导流管3内,通过导流板5将紊乱的气流平稳且均匀的通过导流管3,从而降低噪音的产生,尾气进入过滤管4内,在尾气的流通作用下,螺旋叶片10能够带着转轴9进行转动,通过螺旋叶片10的转动作用,可有效增大活性炭吸附板101与尾气的接触面接,从而提高吸附效率,将尾气中的有害气体进行高效吸附,同时,通过吸音凸块8对噪音进行进一步的吸收,通过中空腔7隔绝噪音的传播,从而达到较为显著的降噪环保效果。

1.一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,包括排气管本体(1)和进气管(2),其特征在于,所述排气管本体(1)的一侧连通有进气管(2),另一侧通过导流管(3)与过滤管(4)连通,所述导流管(3)的内表壁上通过等角度分布的导流板(5)与位于导流管(3)水平轴线上的固定圆盘(6)焊接,且固定圆盘(6)的一侧位于过滤管(4)的内部活动连接有转轴(9),所述转轴(9)的外表壁上沿水平方向焊接有螺旋叶片(10),所述过滤管(4)的内表壁上均匀分布有多个吸音凸块(8),所述过滤管(4)的壳体内部开设有真空腔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,其特征在于,所述过滤管(4)的两端均连通有一个导流管(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,其特征在于,所述多个吸音凸块(8)上靠近导流管的水平轴线的一侧均为凸弧面结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有尾气过滤功能的汽车用排气管,其特征在于,所述转轴(9)的长度大小与过滤管(4)的长度大小相等。
