本发明公开了一种果蔬清洗剂及其制作方法,所述的果蔬清洗剂本发明以磷酸脲、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水为原料制成。所述清洗剂有效去除果蔬表面的残留农药、细菌、真菌及有机污物,无毒无害,易于漂洗,不会对人体造成危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种果蔬清洗剂及其制作方法,特别是一种性能好的果蔬清洗剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,同时也带来了食品安全问题,滥用添加剂、非法添加化学物、过度使用农药、涂抹石蜡等现象层出不穷,而这些东西就造成了对人体有害的毒素,如果清洗不干净,进入身体后,急性的可引起中毒、恶心、腹泻、呕吐,甚至扰乱中枢神经,使血压升高,心跳加快,导致昏迷和死亡。而更可怕的是,暂时没有中毒现象,但实际身体上毒素的累积会慢慢损伤肝、肾、大脑等,引发各种疾病甚至癌症。因而,有效的清洗最关键。
近年来,果蔬农药残留一直是食品安全中一个突出问题,危害到了千家万户的餐桌安全。传统观点认为蔬菜,水果用水洗洗就够了,绝大部分的农药难溶于水。残留农药会导致过敏皮肤及皮肤的粗糙,需用清洗剂进行清洗,但是现有清洗剂清洗时,清洗剂刺激性大,伤手,使清洗着手部皮肤粗糙。
因此,且现有清洗剂清洗时,清洗剂刺激性大,伤手,使清洗着手部皮肤粗糙,不利于人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种果蔬清洗剂及其制作方法,所述清洗剂温和不伤手,易于漂洗不残留,不会对人体造成危害。
本发明是这样实现的。一种果蔬清洗剂,该清洗剂含有磷酸脲、表面活性剂、乙醇和水,按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲1-5份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯2-10份、蔗糖单磷酸酯0.5-5份、乙醇20-50份和水20-60份制成。
前述的果蔬清洗剂中,按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲2-3份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯5-9份、蔗糖单磷酸酯1-3份、乙醇35-45份和水20-35份制成。
前述的果蔬清洗剂中,按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲2.5份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯9份、蔗糖单磷酸酯2份、乙醇45份和水29份制成。
一种前述的果蔬清洗剂的制作方法,在带有回流冷凝器的反应釜中将蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水一起搅拌升温至85℃,溶解完全后,加入磷酸脲,继续搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温,即可出料灌装。
申请人对果蔬清洗剂进行了长期的大量的试验研究,本发明中,以磷酸脲、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水制成果蔬清洗剂。其中磷酸脲为食品级磷酸与尿素生成的复盐,能有效去除泥土粉尘,对害虫、微生物也有一定杀灭效果,但对人体皮肤刺激性远低于磷酸;蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯的表面活性能有效降低果蔬表面的润湿角,快速浸润果蔬表面,清除农药残留、细菌、真菌及有机污物;乙醇一方面可增加蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯在清洗剂中溶解度,另外也能提供良好的清洗和杀菌作用。
为证明本发明的有益效果,申请人进行了一下试验:

1.1 本发明清洗剂(按实施例1进行制备);
1.2 对比果蔬清洗剂:市售。
试验方法
邀请具有清洗经验的操作人员20名,分成2组,本发明组和对照组,每组10名,本发明组取本发明清洗剂加入10倍量20-30℃的温水,搅拌5min后,用于清洗。对照组取市售清洗剂,加入10倍量20-30℃的温水,搅拌5min后,用于清洗,2组操作人员分别将待洗的果蔬置于对应温水中进行清洗,清洗时,操作人员进行试用,操作过程中,不带手套。清洗后根据操作人员对手部的粗糙度的感受,从手部粗糙度、刺激性、去污力等来评价产品并打分,采用不记名采用不记名打分制,每组结果取平均值。每项满分10分,分数高则效果好,并对是否喜欢产品程度进行总体评价,实验结果见表1。
注:分数越高,表明去污力越强,且刺激性和手部粗糙度越小,越不伤手。
由以上实验结果可知,本发明去污力强,温和不伤手,比较受人们的青睐。
与现有技术相比,本发明以磷酸脲、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水为原料,制成果蔬清洗剂。所述清洗剂有效去除果蔬表面的残留农药、细菌、真菌及有机污物,无毒无害,易于漂洗,不会对人体造成危害。
具体实施方式
实施例1。
清洗剂配方:磷酸脲5kg、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯9kg、蔗糖单磷酸酯2kg、乙醇55kg、水29kg。
清洗剂制作方法:在带有回流冷凝器的反应釜中将蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水一起搅拌升温至85℃,溶解完全后,加入磷酸脲,继续搅拌8min,冷却至室温,即可出料灌装。
实施例2.
清洗剂配方:磷酸脲3kg、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯9kg、蔗糖单磷酸酯3kg、乙醇45kg和水35kg。
清洗剂制作方法:在安装有回流冷凝器、搅拌桨的反应釜中,依次加入磷酸脲、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇、水,通入冷凝水,开动搅拌升温至85℃,待溶解清澈之后,继续搅拌5min,冷却至室温,即可。
实施例3.
清洗剂配方:磷酸脲2kg、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯5kg、蔗糖单磷酸酯1kg、乙醇35kg和水20kg。
清洗剂制作方法:在安装有回流冷凝器、搅拌桨的反应釜中,依次加入磷酸脲、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇、水;通入冷凝水,开动搅拌升温至85℃,待溶解清澈之后,继续搅拌10min,冷却至室温,即可。

1.一种果蔬清洗剂,该清洗剂含有磷酸脲、表面活性剂、乙醇和水,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲1-5份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯2-10份、蔗糖单磷酸酯0.5-5份、乙醇20-50份和水20-60份制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的果蔬清洗剂,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲2-3份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯5-9份、蔗糖单磷酸酯1-3份、乙醇35-45份和水20-35份制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的果蔬清洗剂,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由磷酸脲2.5份、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯9份、蔗糖单磷酸酯2份、乙醇45份和水29份制成。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的果蔬清洗剂的制作方法,其特征在于:在带有回流冷凝器的反应釜中将蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单磷酸酯、乙醇和水一起搅拌升温至85℃,溶解完全后,加入磷酸脲,继续搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温,即可出料灌装。
