本发明公开了一种防冻冷却液,由以下份数的原料组分组成:2‑3份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、1‑2份丙二醇、2‑4份聚乙二醇、2‑3份丙烯酸、3‑5份山梨醇、2‑3份壬二酸、3‑4份辛二酸、4‑5份癸二酸二丁酯、2‑4份己二酸、3‑4份硼酸、4‑5份氟硅酸钠、3‑4份硅酸钙、3‑5份二甲基硅油、2‑5份肉桂酸、4‑6份苯乙烯、2‑4份山梨糖醇、100‑120份纯净水。本发明的优点在于:本发明的防冻冷却液储存稳定性好,对铝及铝合金的腐蚀有抑制效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却液,特别涉及一种防冻冷却液。
背景技术
目前,防冻冷却液多采用乙二醇的水溶液,在乙二醇的水溶液中添加磷酸盐和硼酸添加剂能够使防冻冷却液对铜和铁的腐蚀起到很好的抑制作用,但随着铝合金在汽车发动机冷却系统中的广泛应用,这种防冻冷却液对铝表面腐蚀性大的缺点逐渐显现出来,因此,人们通过在防冻冷却液中加入硅酸盐添加剂,以抑制防冻冷却液对铝及铝合金的腐蚀。
但由于硅酸盐很不稳定,因此含有硅酸盐的防冻冷却液的储存稳定性差,容易形成沉淀,影响了防冻冷却液对铝及铝合金腐蚀的抑制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种稳定性能好的防冻冷却液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种防冻冷却液,其创新点在于:由以下份数的原料组分组成:2-3 份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、1-2 份丙二醇、2-4 份聚乙二醇、2-3份丙烯酸、3-5份山梨醇、2-3 份壬二酸、3-4 份辛二酸、4-5份癸二酸二丁酯、2-4份己二酸、3-4份硼酸、4-5份氟硅酸钠、3-4份硅酸钙、3-5份二甲基硅油、2-5 份肉桂酸、4-6 份苯乙烯、2-4 份山梨糖醇、100-120 份纯净水。
进一步的,2.5份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、1.5份丙二醇、3份聚乙二醇、2.5 份丙烯酸、4份山梨醇、2.5份壬二酸、3.5份辛二酸、4.5份癸二酸二丁酯、3份己二酸、3.5份硼酸、4.5份氟硅酸钠、3.5份硅酸钙、4份二甲基硅油、4份肉桂酸、5份苯乙烯、3份山梨糖醇、110份纯净水。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的防冻冷却液储存稳定性好,对铝及铝合金的腐蚀有抑制效果好。

一种防冻冷却液,由以下份数的原料组分组成:2份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、1份丙二醇、2份聚乙二醇、2份丙烯酸、3份山梨醇、2份壬二酸、3份辛二酸、4份癸二酸二丁酯、2份己二酸、3份硼酸、4份氟硅酸钠、3份硅酸钙、3份二甲基硅油、2份肉桂酸、4份苯乙烯、2份山梨糖醇、100份纯净水。
实施例2:
一种防冻冷却液,由以下份数的原料组分组成: 3 份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、2 份丙二醇、4 份聚乙二醇、3 份丙烯酸、5份山梨醇、3 份壬二酸、4 份辛二酸、5份癸二酸二丁酯、4份己二酸、4份硼酸、5份氟硅酸钠、4份硅酸钙、5份二甲基硅油、5 份肉桂酸、6 份苯乙烯、4 份山梨糖醇、120 份纯净水。
实施例3:
一种防冻冷却液,由以下份数的原料组分组成:2.5份乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、1.5份丙二醇、3份聚乙二醇、2.5 份丙烯酸、4份山梨醇、2.5份壬二酸、3.5份辛二酸、4.5份癸二酸二丁酯、3份己二酸、3.5份硼酸、4.5份氟硅酸钠、3.5份硅酸钙、4份二甲基硅油、4份肉桂酸、5份苯乙烯、3份山梨糖醇、110份纯净水。
