Abstract
The invention discloses a carrying device which comprises a track and a carrier, wherein the carrier is arranged on the track in a sliding mode and comprises a guided unit, a power input unit, a clamping unit and a carrying unit. The carrier adopts a structure with an opening and closing function, the width of an opening for accommodating an operation object can be enlarged under the condition of passive stress, and the function of clamping the operation object can be realized once the external force disappears, so that the carrier has a clamping structure which is variable and can change the clamping state adaptively. Thus, the carrying device can carry out carrying operation on operation objects with different sizes. The carrying device has an opening and closing function by optimizing the carrying structure, so that carrying operations of different operation objects can be handled in a graceful manner.

The opening and closing range of the carrier is directly related to the movement range of the clamping plate, and the distribution of the opening and closing range of the carrier is directly related to the movement range distribution of the clamping plate. The optimal distribution range of the opening and closing range of the carrier in the technical scheme is concentrated above the carrier surface, therefore, the clamping plate in the technical scheme adopts the following preferred scheme, the cross section of the clamping plate is C-shaped, one side of the clamping plate is provided with a rubber part, the other side of the clamping plate is fixedly connected with the transmission plate, the surface of one side of the rubber part is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and the clamping surface is positioned at the side of the rubber part, provided with the groove. The structure not only limits the distribution condition of the opening and closing range of the carrier, but also is beneficial to distributing the contact part of the carrier and the operation object at the part far away from the bottom of the operation object, so that the stress part of the operation object is closer to the gravity center of the operation object, and the effect of carrying the object by the object carrying device is improved.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that: the carrying device has an opening and closing function by optimizing the carrying structure, so that carrying operations of different operation objects can be handled in a graceful manner.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the carrying device comprises a frame, a magnetic suspension workbench 1, a track 2, a carrier and an opening and closing unit 3. The magnetic suspension workbench 1 is fixedly arranged on the frame. The guide rail is also fixedly arranged on the frame, the guide rail is distributed in the horizontal direction to form an annular structure, the two ends of the guide rail are arc-shaped, the middle of the guide rail is straight, and a conveying path for conveying articles circularly arranged in the same horizontal plane is formed. The carrier is movably arranged on the track 2 in a sliding manner, and can slide along the track 2; the opening and closing unit 3 is also fixedly arranged on the frame, and can drive the carrier to move, so that the opening and closing operation of the carrier is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the carrier includes a guided unit 4, a power input unit 5, a clamping unit, and a carrying unit.
The carrier unit is a core component of the carrier and comprises a carrier plate and a supporting block 6. The carrying plate is fixedly arranged on the supporting block 6. The carrying plate is formed by bending a plate and is provided with a main body carrying part 7 and a bending expansion part. The main body carrying part 7 is a main part of the carrying plate, the bending expansion part is positioned at one side of the main body carrying part 7, and the carrying plate forms a bending structure relative to the main body carrying part 7 at the bending expansion part. The surface of the main body carrying part 7 is a carrying surface 8 with a plane structure. The bending expansion part is provided with a deflection part 9 and a limit part 10, the limit part 10 is connected with the main body carrying part 7 through the deflection part 9, the deflection part 9 bends in the direction opposite to the direction of the carrying surface 8, the deflection part 9 has the function of deviating any one end of the limit part 10 from the plane of the carrying surface 8, and the deflection part 9 is connected with the limit part 10, so that the connection part of the deflection part 9 and the limit part 10 deviates from the plane of the carrying surface 8. The limiting part 10 is in vertical relation with the main body object carrying part 7, the surface of the limiting part 10 is provided with a limiting surface 11, and the limiting surface 11 is vertical to the object carrying surface 8.
The guided unit 4 is used for establishing a sliding connection relation between the carrier and the guide rail, so that the movement of the carrier can be limited through the guiding function of the guide rail. The guided unit 4 comprises four rollers, which are all mounted on the support block 6. Four gyro wheels are the matrix and distribute, and track 2 is located between two rows of gyro wheels, because be equipped with the recess on the gyro wheel, track 2's both sides are equipped with protruding structure, realizes the swing joint of carrier and track 2 in the recess of gyro wheel through the protruding structure embedding of track 2. The power input unit 5 is a magnet mounted on the support block 6 and located on one side of the guided unit 4, so that the power input unit 5 is adjacent to the magnetic levitation bench 1 at a small distance. The transmission plate 12 passes through the supporting block 6, and the transmission plate 12 is connected with the supporting block 6 in a sliding way. One end of the transmission plate 12 is positioned on one side of the support block 6, and the other end of the transmission plate 12 is positioned on the other side of the support block 6. The clamping plate 13 is a member formed by bending a plate material, and has a C-shaped cross section. One side of the clamping plate 13 is provided with a rubber piece, and the other side of the clamping plate 13 is fixedly connected with the transmission plate 12. The surface of one side of the rubber part is provided with an arc-shaped groove, the surface of the rubber part provided with the groove is a clamping surface 15, and the clamping surface 15 is higher than the carrier surface 8 and is in a relative position state with the limiting surface 11. In the initial state, the reset spring 14 pulls the transmission plate 12 to pull the clamping plate 13 to the position of the limiting surface 11.
The opening and closing unit 3 is a cylinder, and the cylinder body of the cylinder is fixedly arranged on the frame. In the process of moving the carrier along the track 2, the transmission plate 12 and the piston rod of the air cylinder can be in the same straight line, at the position, the carrier can obtain power from the opening and closing unit 3 by suspending movement, one end of the transmission plate 12 is used as a stress end to be connected with the opening and closing unit 3, and the opening and closing unit 3 drives the transmission plate 12 to move. Once the driving plate moves and pulls the return spring 14 to stretch, the clamping surface 15 on the clamping plate 13 and the limiting surface 11 are far away from each other, and the carrier is in a unfolded state, so that the articles can be freely placed on the carrier surface 8. After the opening and closing unit 3 no longer provides power to the transmission plate 12, the transmission plate 12 tends to be in a reset state under the action of the reset spring 14 until the clamping surface 15 and the limiting surface 11 simultaneously contact with the article and form a clamping state for the article.
When the magnetic levitation workbench works, the magnetic levitation workbench 1 outputs a controllable magnetic field to drive the carrier to move along the track 2 on the circulating path. The position of the opening and closing unit 3 on the frame is fixed, so that the position of the opening and closing unit 3 is the opening and closing station of the carrier. When the carrier needs to be opened, the carrier can be controlled to move to the position of the opening and closing unit 3, and the power output end of the opening and closing unit 3 for pushing the transmission plate 12 is contacted with one end of the transmission plate 12 and pushes the transmission plate 12 to move along with the power output end. When the distance between the limiting surface 11 and the clamping surface 15 is enlarged, the articles to be carried can be put in. After the opening and closing unit 3 stops outputting power to the drive plate 12, the drive plate 12 tends to a return state under the action of the return spring 14, and the article is clamped, in which state the article moves together with the carrier.
