DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural or functional modifications thereof by those skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the transport vehicle 100 of the present invention is applied to a suspension transport system 300 including a transport device 200, the transport vehicle 100 connected to the transport device 200, and a control mechanism (not shown) connected to the transport device 200.
The transport vehicle 100 comprises a transmission mechanism 1, a conveying mechanism 2 arranged below the transmission mechanism 1 and a steering shaft 3 movably connected with the transmission mechanism 1 and the conveying mechanism 2. The transmission mechanism 1 is provided with a fixed seat 11, a plurality of rollers 10 arranged on the fixed seat 11, a conveying belt plate 12 fixed on the top of the fixed seat 11, and a positioning shaft 3 penetrating through the fixed seat 11 and fixed with the conveying belt plate 12. The transport mechanism 2 has a main body 21. One end of the steering shaft 3 is fixed to the main body 21 in the left-right direction by a fixing member 23, the steering shaft 3 drives the transmission mechanism 1 to rotate up and down relative to the main body 21, and the other end is arranged on the fixing seat 11 in a penetrating manner so that the fixing seat 11 horizontally rotates relative to the steering shaft 3. Therefore, the transport vehicle 100 realizes smooth actions such as ascending and descending slopes, turning and the like through the rotation movement between the fixed seat 11 and the conveying mechanism 2 and the steering shaft 3, has simple structure and convenient operation, and is beneficial to industrialization.
The transmission mechanism 1 further comprises an elastic element 15 arranged between the fixed seat 11 and the conveying belt plate 12, the fixed seat 11 is provided with a containing groove for containing the elastic element 15, and the elastic force of the elastic element 15 ensures stable connection between the conveying belt plate 12 and the conveying device 200.
The transmission mechanism 1 is further provided with a positioning pin 19 for connecting the belt plate 12 and the fixed seat 11, the positioning pin 19 extends in the vertical direction, one end of the positioning pin is fixed on the belt plate 12, the other end of the positioning pin penetrates through the fixed seat 11 to be movably connected with the fixed seat 11, and the positioning pin 19 and the elastic element 15 are arranged on two sides of the positioning shaft 13 in the moving direction, so that the connection stability of the belt plate 13 and the fixed seat 11 is ensured.
The main body 21 includes a pair of main plate portions 211 arranged in parallel in the left-right direction, and the steering shaft 3 is sandwiched between the main plate portions 211, thereby achieving stable and smooth rotation.
The transmission mechanism 1 is arranged as a pair arranged along the moving direction, the bottom of the positioning shaft 13 in the up-down direction is provided with pulleys 14, and the pulleys 14 on the transmission mechanism 1 are arranged back to the left and right directions and are separated. At least one of the pair of transmission mechanisms 1 has a damper 18.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the transporting device 200 includes a base 201, a conveyor belt 202 disposed in the base 201, and a driving mechanism 203 for driving the conveyor belt 202 to move. The base 201 includes a straight portion 2013 and a curved portion 2015, the conveyor belt 202 is disposed on the straight portion 2013, and the curved portion 2015 is not disposed with the conveyor belt 202. As the transporter 100 passes the straight section 2013, the static friction of the conveyor belt plate 12 contacting the conveyor belt 202 drives the transporter 100 forward. The transmission mechanism 1 is arranged as a pair arranged along the moving direction, when the transport vehicle enters the bent section part, and when the front transmission belt plate 12 in the transmission mechanism 1 enters the bent section part 2015, the rear transmission belt plate 12 in the transmission mechanism 1 is arranged in the straight section part 2013, and the static friction force of the transmission belt plate 12 in contact with the transmission belt 202 drives the transport vehicle 100 to move forward; when the rear belt plate 12 of the pair of transmission mechanisms 1 enters the bent section 2015, the front belt plate 12 of the pair of transmission mechanisms 1 leaves the bent section and enters the straight section 2013, and the static friction force of the belt plate 12 contacting the belt 202 drives the transporter 100 to advance.
The belt plate 12 and the belt 202 are both synchronous belt structures, and the side contacting with each other is tooth-shaped. The base 201 further includes a ramp section provided with the timing belt, and a face of the timing belt, which is in contact with the belt plate 12, is of a tooth-like structure. The belt 202 has a tooth-shaped structure in the straight section 2013 and has tooth-shaped structures on both sides of the sloping section, so that the conveying vehicle 100 adopts meshed transmission during ascending, and the failure of ascending caused by insufficient friction force driving during ascending is avoided.
The bottom of the base 201 has a pair of support plates 2011 disposed apart and extending in a moving direction and a moving space 2012 between the support plates 2011, and the roller is supported by the support plates 2011 and is movable on the support plates 2011. The transporter 100 further includes a guide wheel 17 disposed at the bottom of the fixed seat 201, where the guide wheel 17 is disposed as a pair arranged along the moving direction, moves in the moving space 2012 and is in rolling contact with the support plate 2011, so as to guide the transporter 100 to move along the moving space 2012.

the transport vehicle comprises a transmission mechanism, a conveying mechanism arranged below the transmission mechanism and a steering shaft movably connected with the transmission mechanism and the conveying mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism is provided with a fixed seat, a plurality of rollers arranged on the fixed seat, a conveying belt plate fixed on the top of the fixed seat and a positioning shaft fixed with the conveying belt plate by penetrating through the fixed seat, the conveying mechanism is provided with a main body part, one end of the steering shaft is fixed with the main body part in the left-right direction through a fixing piece, the steering shaft drives the transmission mechanism to rotate up and down relative to the main body part, and the other end of the steering shaft penetrates through the fixed seat to enable the fixed seat to horizontally rotate relative to the steering shaft;
the base comprises a straight section part and a bent section part, and the conveyor belt is arranged on the straight section part; when the transport vehicle passes through the straight section part, static friction force of the contact between the conveyor belt plate and the conveyor belt drives the transport vehicle to advance, the transmission mechanisms are arranged in a pair along the moving direction, when the transport vehicle enters the bent section, the front conveyor belt plate in the pair of transmission mechanisms enters the bent section part, the rear conveyor belt plate in the pair of transmission mechanisms is arranged in the straight section part, and the static friction force of the contact between the conveyor belt plate and the conveyor belt drives the transport vehicle to advance; when the rear conveying belt plate in the pair of transmission mechanisms enters the bent section part, the front conveying belt plate in the pair of transmission mechanisms leaves the bent section part and enters the straight section part, and the static friction force of the conveying belt plate contacted with the conveying belt drives the transportation vehicle to advance;
the base also comprises a slope section part, wherein the slope section part is provided with the transmission belt, and one surface of the synchronous belt, which is in contact with the transmission belt plate, is of a tooth-shaped structure;
the base portion has a pair of support plates disposed apart and extending in a moving direction and a moving space between the support plates, the roller is supported by and movable on the support plates, and the transmission mechanism further has a guide wheel disposed at a bottom of the fixing base in an up-down direction and movable in the moving space.
2. The overhead conveyor system of claim 1, wherein: the transmission mechanism is also provided with an elastic element arranged between the fixing seat and the transmission band plate, and the fixing seat is provided with a containing groove for containing the elastic element.

The overhead conveyor system of claim 2, wherein: the transmission mechanism is also provided with a locating pin which is connected with the transmission belt plate and the fixed seat, one end of the locating pin extends in the vertical direction and is fixed on the transmission belt plate, the other end of the locating pin penetrates through the fixed seat to be movably connected with the fixed seat, and the locating pin and the elastic element are arranged on two sides of the locating shaft in the moving direction.
