本发明提供了一种永磁磁粉避免消磁型装载瓶体,所述装载瓶体设有载料腔、底腔、隔板,所述底腔位于所述隔板下方,所述载料腔位于所述隔板的上方,所述底腔内置有永磁铁。有益效果:本方案提供的装置能使得永磁粉长期储存而不会消磁,并且本装置将瓶体中的少量的水蒸气吸收,使得瓶体内失去氧化的水蒸气来源,保证瓶体内部的磁粉不受到氧化作用的侵蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学试剂瓶,具体涉及一种永磁磁粉避免消磁型装载瓶体。
背景技术
现存在这样的技术问题,永磁粉长时间的放置与试剂瓶中,久而久之会造成退磁,另外瓶中残留有少量的水蒸气和氧气会使得永磁粉末会发生氧化反应,进而影响永磁粉的质量,因此需要提供一种技术方案来解决这样的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了一种永磁磁粉避免消磁型装载瓶体,设计开发本装置的目的:本方案提供的装置能使得永磁粉长期储存而不会消磁,并且本装置将瓶体中的少量的水蒸气吸收,使得瓶体内失去氧化的水蒸气来源,保证瓶体内部的磁粉不受到氧化作用的侵蚀。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种永磁磁粉避免消磁型装载瓶体,其特征在于,所述装载瓶体设有载料腔1、底腔2、隔板3,所述底腔2位于所述隔板3下方,所述载料腔1位于所述隔板3的上方,所述底腔2内置有永磁铁4。
所述载料腔1的底部设有密封层3,所述密封层3中置有干燥剂,所述密封层3的表层为无纺布。
所述装载瓶体的瓶壁非透明。
本发明的有益效果:永磁铁4将以上载料腔1中的永磁粉置于永磁铁4的磁场中,所述永磁粉的颗粒被磁化,从而保证了永磁铁4不会脱磁,具有突出的显著的效果。本干燥剂为干石灰颗粒,将本载料腔1内的残余的水蒸气吸收。所述装载瓶体的瓶壁非透明。减少阳光的直接照射,保证内部的磁粉不受阳光照射的影响。本方案提供的装置能使得永磁粉长期储存而不会消磁,并且本装置将瓶体中的少量的水蒸气吸收,使得瓶体内失去氧化的水蒸气来源,保证瓶体内部的磁粉不受到氧化作用的侵蚀。
