11. A protection method against an occupant protruding out of a vehicle window (113), characterized in that it is applied to a protection device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and in that it comprises:
monitoring whether a passenger extends out of a vehicle window (113) when the vehicle is in a starting state;
if the passenger is detected to extend out of the vehicle window (113), controlling an alarm unit to give an alarm;
judging whether the passengers still extend out of the vehicle window (113) after the alarm unit alarms for the preset time;
if still an occupant protrudes from the vehicle window (113), a blocking element (31) of the control blocking unit (3) mechanically blocks the protrusion of the occupant.
12. Protection method according to claim 11, characterized in that after the blocking unit (3) has touched the occupant, a blocking element (31) is triggered to perform an anti-pinch protection action.
13. Protection method according to claim 12, characterized in that said obstacle (31) is extendable in a first direction and obstructs the vehicle window, said obstacle (31) stopping its movement or retracting its movement in a second direction opposite to the first direction when said obstacle (31) touches said occupant and the obstacle (31) is subjected to an interference force exceeding a preset value.
