Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The invention relates to an artificial stone chamfering wheel which is formed by uniformly mixing diamond particles and a matrix bonding agent and hot-pressing the mixture. The matrix binding agent is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-40% of melamine formaldehyde resin, 25-45% of filler, 10-20% of silicon carbide and 0-15% of white corundum.
The diamond is a main abrasive material and has the largest grinding effect, the weight ratio is 10-20%, the proportion of the diamond is slightly larger, and the whole body can achieve a better grinding effect. The grain size of the diamond particles is preferably 600-4000 meshes. In this case, the ratio of the diamond particles is preferably 18% by weight, and the particle size of the diamond particles may be selected according to actual requirements. The silicon carbide is irregular in shape, is relatively brittle, is quick in blade emergence during grinding and polishing, is used as an auxiliary diamond grinding material with the weight ratio of 10-20%, and can play a role in enhancing sharpness. The shape of the white corundum is more regular, and the wear resistance of the chamfering wheel can be increased by 0-15% of the weight ratio.
The artificial stone contains resin, and the colour is lighter, and present grinding apparatus all adopts phenolic resin as the binder, easily dyes during the grinding, and linear phenolic resin toughness is stronger moreover, and the sharpness is relatively poor, during the grinding with the artificial stone in the resin effect easily burn the board, influence grinding quality, present dark dull defect.
The matrix binder adopts the melamine formaldehyde resin as one of the most key technical points, and the melamine formaldehyde resin has the advantages of higher chemical activity, higher bonding strength, high thermal stability, stronger curing and bonding capacity, quick curing, no need of a curing agent and capability of well holding various fillers. Because the melamine formaldehyde resin has a brittle matrix and good sharpness during grinding and polishing, the weight ratio of the melamine formaldehyde resin in the invention is controlled to be 20-40%, so that the melamine formaldehyde resin can fully exert sharpness.
Furthermore, the melamine formaldehyde resin is pure white and is not dyed when being polished. Resin in the artificial stone can not be influenced during grinding of the granular melamine formaldehyde resin, so that the problem of plate burning can be well avoided, the grinding quality is high, the polishing effect is good, the processing efficiency is remarkably improved, the yield is high, and the practicability is high. The polishing effect is shown in the attached drawing 1, and two artificial stones which are subjected to chamfer grinding and polishing are shown in the drawing 1, wherein the artificial stone chamfer wheel grinding and polishing is adopted on the left side, so that the artificial stone chamfer polishing effect is particularly good; the right side is polished by a traditional chamfering wheel, and the artificial stone chamfering is dull and lusterless.
It should be noted here that the invention makes use of melamine formaldehyde resins, the combination with the other components and the weight ratio among the components being critical, the combination with the filler being particularly critical. The artificial stone chamfering wheel is mainly installed on a machine to carry out edge grinding and chamfering on artificial stone plates, and has high requirements on the sharpness, so that the weight ratio of the melamine formaldehyde resin is 20-40%, and the sharpness of the melamine formaldehyde resin can be fully exerted.
The filler can improve the curing effect of the matrix binder, further improve the mechanical strength and the service performance of the invention, the filler accounts for 25-45% of the matrix binder, so that the matrix strength of the product is higher, the particle cracking during grinding and polishing is avoided, and the wear resistance of the product is improved. Preferably, the filler is mainly prepared by uniformly mixing cerium oxide, magnesium oxide, nylon powder and tin dioxide. The filler, particularly the nylon powder component, plays an auxiliary role in the application of the melamine formaldehyde resin in the tire body binding agent, so that the melamine formaldehyde resin can be well applied to the artificial stone chamfering wheel, and the melamine formaldehyde resin can fully exert the characteristics of the artificial stone chamfering wheel, and the manufactured grinding disc fully exerts the comprehensive performances of sharpness, grinding force, glazing property and the like. In specific implementation, the weight ratio of the melamine formaldehyde resin, the silicon carbide, the white corundum, the cerium oxide, the magnesium oxide, the nylon powder and the tin dioxide can be 20-40%: 10-20%: 0-15%: 6.2%: 4.6%: 6.3%: 8.9 percent.
In conclusion, the special chamfering wheel for stone-making grinding and polishing can well replace an imported chamfering wheel, the sharpness and the service life of the special chamfering wheel are 2-3 times of those of the imported chamfering wheel, the glazing effect is good, the yield is high, the problem of repeated reworking treatment is solved, the production efficiency is improved by over 100%, and the use cost is greatly reduced.
Preferably, the artificial stone chamfering wheel further comprises a rubber cushion layer and an ABS substrate, the diamond particles and the matrix binder are hot-pressed to form a working layer, and the rubber cushion layer is connected between the back of the working layer and the ABS substrate.
