Abstract

本发明提供了一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,包括机架、储存胶水的储胶缸、涂胶电机、浸胶电机、水平固定在机架上的滑轨和嵌于滑轨上的齿条,滑轨侧面开有供上齿条嵌入的滑槽,涂胶电机固定在机架上且输出轴上固定有与齿条啮合的涂胶齿轮,齿条上端面固定有涂胶座,涂胶座上铰接有可摆动的涂胶杆,涂胶杆外端转动连接有涂胶辊,涂胶杆的内端同步转动连接有摆动齿轮,浸胶电机固定在涂胶座上,浸胶电机上连接有浸胶齿轮,浸胶齿轮与摆动齿轮通过转动连接在涂胶座上的中间齿轮传动。浸胶电机驱动涂胶杆摆动,使涂胶辊浸入到储胶缸内,可自动在储胶缸内补充胶水,涂胶杆随着齿条的往复水平移动,带动涂胶辊在面料表面滚动摩擦,将胶水涂在面料上。

技术领域
本发明属于植绒技术领域,涉及一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构。
背景技术
在织物印花中,特种织物印花越来越引起人们的重视,目前,各种风格独特、美观新颖的织物印花为人们的生活增添了绚丽的色彩和高雅的艺术享受。发泡印花、光致发光印花、香味印花、变色印花、电化铝转移印花、静电植绒转移印花等等极大地促进了网版印花技术的发展。其中,静电植绒印花是目前纺织行业新兴的利用高压静电场在坯布上面栽植短纤维的高新技术。静电植绒产品具有立体感强、耐磨、阻燃、隔音、保暖等特点,且应用的原材料无异味、无污染,因此对人体无毒无害,是一种风格独特、手感柔软、色泽艳丽的绒毛制品。静电植绒工艺简单、成本低,已广泛应用在橡胶、塑料、人造革、装饰产品上,特别是对于小批量的旅游产品更显示出它无比的优越性。在鞋帽、童装、商标、服饰、沙发、地毯、壁纸上采用植绒图案装饰,风格独特。
随着高压静电加工方法的工业化和高分子化学的发展,植绒加工用的树脂黏合材料得到迅速改良,产品质量日益提高,大面积植绒加工工艺已开始向衣料等方面发展。
目前的静电植绒机都是单面植绒,等植绒后续的烘干工艺完成后再收卷,再放卷出来在面料背面再植绒一次,再进入烘箱烘干一次。这样的工艺流程时间长,自动化程度低,每道工序之间需要工人来转移面料,而且不适于双面植绒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,可以在植绒工位上将胶水均匀涂覆在面料上表面。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,包括机架、储存胶水的储胶缸、涂胶电机、浸胶电机、水平固定在机架上的滑轨和嵌于滑轨上的齿条,滑轨侧面开有供上齿条嵌入的滑槽,涂胶电机固定在机架上且输出轴上固定有与齿条啮合的涂胶齿轮,齿条上端面固定有涂胶座,涂胶座上铰接有可摆动的涂胶杆,涂胶杆外端转动连接有涂胶辊,涂胶杆的内端同步转动连接有摆动齿轮,浸胶电机固定在涂胶座上,浸胶电机上连接有浸胶齿轮,浸胶齿轮与摆动齿轮通过转动连接在涂胶座上的中间齿轮传动。
进一步的,所述涂胶辊中空且涂胶辊的辊面开有若干涂胶孔。
进一步的,所述滑槽呈T型,齿条内端具有T形滑头与滑槽匹配。
进一步的,所述涂胶杆向后摆动到210°后,所述涂胶辊浸入到储胶缸内。
进一步的,所述齿条前端开有竖直设置的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内螺纹连接有调节螺栓,涂胶杆向前摆动后可与调节螺栓上端抵靠。调节螺栓用于限制涂胶杆继续向前摆动,同时用于支撑涂胶杆,使涂胶杆在涂胶时更加平稳,不会上下晃动。调节螺栓还可以自身转动,用来改变涂胶杆在涂胶时与面料的夹角。
浸胶电机将灌满胶水的涂胶辊通过涂胶杆摆动到前端,涂胶电机启动,带动齿条沿着滑轨向前移动,使涂胶辊移动到铁框架上方,涂胶电机驱动齿条往复运动,使涂胶辊在铁框架的面料上往复运动,在运动中涂胶辊在面料上表面滚动,胶水渗出涂胶孔,使胶水涂覆在面料上。涂好后齿条退回,浸胶电机通过齿轮组驱动涂胶杆向后摆动,使涂胶辊重新浸入到储胶缸内。
与现有技术相比,本双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构具有以下优点:
1.浸胶电机驱动涂胶杆摆动,使涂胶辊浸入到储胶缸内,可自动在储胶缸内补充胶水;
2.自动涂胶、涂胶均匀,涂胶杆随着齿条的往复水平移动,带动涂胶辊在面料表面滚动摩擦,将胶水涂在面料上。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,包括机架1、储存胶水的储胶缸2、涂胶电机3、浸胶电机4、水平固定在机架1上的滑轨5和嵌于滑轨5上的齿条6,滑轨5侧面开有供上齿条6嵌入的滑槽7,涂胶电机3固定在机架1上且输出轴上固定有与齿条6啮合的涂胶齿轮8,齿条6上端面固定有涂胶座9,涂胶座9上铰接有可摆动的涂胶杆10,涂胶杆10外端转动连接有涂胶辊11,涂胶杆10的内端同步转动连接有摆动齿轮12,浸胶电机4固定在涂胶座9上,浸胶电机4上连接有浸胶齿轮13,浸胶齿轮13与摆动齿轮12通过转动连接在涂胶座9上的中间齿轮14传动。
涂胶辊11中空且涂胶辊11的辊面开有若干涂胶孔15,所述滑槽7呈T型,齿条6内端具有T形滑头与滑槽7匹配,所述涂胶杆10向后摆动到210°后,所述涂胶辊11浸入到储胶缸2内。
所述齿条6前端开有竖直设置的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内螺纹连接有调节螺栓16,涂胶杆10向前摆动后可与调节螺栓16上端抵靠。调节螺栓16用于限制涂胶杆10继续向前摆动,同时用于支撑涂胶杆10,使涂胶杆10在涂胶时更加平稳,不会上下晃动。调节螺栓16还可以自身转动,用来改变涂胶杆10在涂胶时与面料的夹角。
浸胶电机4将灌满胶水的涂胶辊11通过涂胶杆10摆动到前端,涂胶电机3启动,带动齿条6沿着滑轨5向前移动,使涂胶辊11移动到铁框架上方,涂胶电机3驱动齿条6往复运动,使涂胶辊11在铁框架的面料上往复运动,在运动中涂胶辊11在面料上表面滚动,胶水渗出涂胶孔15,使胶水涂覆在面料上。涂好后齿条6退回,浸胶电机4通过齿轮组驱动涂胶杆10向后摆动,使涂胶辊11重新浸入到储胶缸2内。

1.一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,其特征在于,包括机架、储存胶水的储胶缸、涂胶电机、浸胶电机、水平固定在机架上的滑轨和嵌于滑轨上的齿条,滑轨侧面开有供上齿条嵌入的滑槽,涂胶电机固定在机架上且输出轴上固定有与齿条啮合的涂胶齿轮,齿条上端面固定有涂胶座,涂胶座上铰接有可摆动的涂胶杆,涂胶杆外端转动连接有涂胶辊,涂胶杆的内端同步转动连接有摆动齿轮,浸胶电机固定在涂胶座上,浸胶电机上连接有浸胶齿轮,浸胶齿轮与摆动齿轮通过转动连接在涂胶座上的中间齿轮传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,其特征在于,所述涂胶辊中空且涂胶辊的辊面开有若干涂胶孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,其特征在于,所述滑槽呈T型,齿条内端具有T形滑头与滑槽匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,其特征在于,所述涂胶杆向后摆动到210°后,所述涂胶辊浸入到储胶缸内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面植绒一体机的涂胶机构,其特征在于,所述齿条前端开有竖直设置的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内螺纹连接有调节螺栓,涂胶杆向前摆动后可与调节螺栓上端抵靠。
