Abstract
The invention relates to a cigarette comprising a liquid-oriented delivery capsule having a hollow filter (1) and a tobacco rod (2) abutting each other end-to-end, inside said hollow filter (1) there is a liquid-oriented delivery capsule (3), the liquid-oriented delivery capsule (3) comprising an inner capsule (31) and an outer shell (32), wherein the end of the inner capsule (31) facing said tobacco rod (2) has a thin-walled region (311), the end of the outer shell (32) facing said tobacco rod (2) has an opening (321), said thin-walled region (311) being aligned with said opening (321). The invention can be used to achieve directional release of liquid flavourant within a liquid directional delivery capsule (3) towards the tobacco rod.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarettes, in particular to a cigarette containing a liquid directional delivery capsule.
Background
Capsules have been widely used as a filling carrier in the fields of medicines, beverages, cosmetics, etc. In recent years, capsules, namely 'bursting beads', applied in the tobacco industry are flavor capsules which are added into one or more filters to release contents through pinching, and are used for realizing the release of characteristic flavor which is manually controllable in the smoking process of cigarettes, reducing the influence of external environment on the smoking flavor and the loss of essence caused by the influence, enriching the smoking flavor of the cigarettes, realizing the functions of enhancing the flavor and preserving the moisture in the smoking process and the like. Along with the development of social economy and the improvement of public health consciousness, the continuous reduction of harmful substances such as tar contained in cigarettes becomes a necessary choice for the long-term development of tobacco industry, and in order to compensate for the smoke flavor loss caused by the reduction of tar content, more and more brands begin to use a 'bead explosion adding' technology as an auxiliary flavoring means.
The existing cigarette bursting beads are prepared by taking water-soluble polymers such as alginate, gelatin, acacia, modified starch and the like as wall material, and the bursting beads can only be used for wrapping oil-soluble essence and spice and can not be used for filling the water-soluble essence and spice, so that the application range of the bursting beads is limited, and the application mode of the water-soluble essence and spice in cigarettes is also limited. Most of the explosion beads used in the cigarette filter tips nowadays are spherical capsules with the diameter below 5mm, and the capacity of the spherical capsules is small, so that the addition amount of essence, spice and the like is quite limited, and the complete flavoring of the whole cigarette smoking process is not facilitated. In addition, the pop beads can only release essence and spice in the random direction of the pop bead wall material in a pinching mode, and the random mode enables the essence and spice not to completely permeate into the filter tip, so that the effect of improving the taste and gustatory characteristics of cigarettes is achieved, the pop beads cannot be completely added into main stream smoke, and the pop beads are completely perceived by consumers, so that the pop bead efficacy is reduced.

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art cigarette bursting beads, the present invention provides a cigarette comprising a liquid directional delivery capsule having a hollow filter 1 and a tobacco rod 2 abutting each other end-to-end, inside said hollow filter 1 there is a liquid directional delivery capsule 3, the liquid directional delivery capsule 3 comprising an inner capsule 31 and an outer shell 32, wherein the end of the inner capsule 31 facing said tobacco rod 2 has a thin-walled region 311, the end of the outer shell 32 facing said tobacco rod 2 has an opening 321, said thin-walled region 311 being aligned with said opening 321.
Preferably, the hollow filter 1 has a plug 4 of acetate tow in the hollow filter 1 downstream of the liquid directional delivery capsule 3
Preferably, the inner bladder 31 also has another thin-walled region 312 at that end facing the acetate tow slug 4, and the outer shell 32 has another opening 322 at that end facing the acetate tow slug 4, the other thin-walled region 312 being aligned with the other opening 322.
Preferably, the liquid directional delivery capsule 3 is ellipsoidal in shape.
Preferably, a void layer or an adhesive layer is provided between the inner bladder 31 and the outer shell 32.
Preferably, the inner bag 31 is an elastic inner bag, and the outer shell 32 is an elastic outer shell.
Preferably, the walls of the inner bladder 31 and outer casing 32 are walls of low density polyethylene, free polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol or polyamide.
Preferably, the inner pouch 32 has a cavity therein which contains a fragrance liquid or fragrance particles.
The beneficial effects of the invention are that
1. After the cigarettes containing the liquid directional delivery capsules are extruded by external force, the outer shell 32 and the inner capsule 31 of the liquid directional delivery capsules 3 are integrally deformed, the internal pressure of the liquid essence perfume or solid essence perfume particles contained in the inner capsule 31 is increased after being pressed, the thin-wall area is broken, the liquid essence perfume is sprayed outwards, and the liquid essence perfume is directionally applied to the tobacco rod 2 or the acetate fiber tow slug 4.
2. The material of the inner capsule of the liquid directional delivery capsule 3 can be selected to be lyophobic, so that the capsule can be used for filling oil-soluble essence and spice in a container and can also be used for filling water-soluble essence and spice.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a cigarette containing a liquid-directed delivery capsule has a hollow filter 1 and a tobacco rod 2, both of which are cylindrical in shape, abutting each other end-to-end, the hollow filter 1 having a plug 4 of acetate tow at the end remote from the tobacco rod. Inside the hollow filter 1 there is an ellipsoidal liquid directional delivery capsule 3, the liquid directional delivery capsule 3 comprising an inner capsule 31 and an outer shell 32, the inner capsule 31 having a thin-walled region 311 at the end facing the tobacco rod 2 and another thin-walled region 312 at the end facing the acetate tow slug 4, the outer shell 32 having an opening 321 at the end facing the tobacco rod 2 and another opening 322 at the end facing the acetate tow slug 4. The thin-walled region 311 is aligned with the opening 321 and the other thin-walled region 312 is aligned with the other opening 322. The inner bag 31 contains essence and perfume liquid, and is sealed.
Referring to fig. 2, after the squeezing force indicated by the arrow is applied, the liquid flavoring agent in the inner bladder 31 is compressed, and then breaks through the thin-walled region 311 and the other thin-walled region 312 and is ejected outward, so that the liquid flavoring agent is directionally applied to the tobacco rod 2 and to the acetate tow slug 4.

A cigarette comprising a liquid-oriented delivery capsule having a hollow filter (1) and a tobacco rod (2) abutting each other end-to-end, characterized in that inside said hollow filter (1) there is a liquid-oriented delivery capsule (3), the liquid-oriented delivery capsule (3) comprising an inner capsule (31) and an outer shell (32), wherein that end of the inner capsule (31) which faces said tobacco rod (2) has a thin-walled region (311), that end of the outer shell (32) which faces said tobacco rod (2) has an opening (321), said thin-walled region (311) being aligned with said opening (321); -said hollow filter (1) has a plug of acetate tow (4) downstream of said liquid directional delivery capsule (3); the inner bladder (31) further having a further thin walled region (312) at that end facing the acetate tow slug (4), the outer casing (32) having a further opening (322) at that end facing the acetate tow slug (4), the further thin walled region (312) being aligned with the further opening (322); the liquid directional delivery capsule (3) has an ellipsoidal shape in shape.
2. A cigarette comprising a liquid directed delivery capsule according to claim 1, characterized in that between the inner capsule (31) and the outer shell (32) is a void layer or an adhesive layer.
3. A cigarette comprising a liquid directional delivery capsule according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner capsule (31) is an elastic inner capsule and the outer shell (32) is an elastic outer shell.

A cigarette comprising a liquid directed delivery capsule according to claim 1, characterized in that the walls of the inner capsule (31) and outer shell (32) are walls of low density polyethylene, free polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol or polyamide.
5. A cigarette comprising a liquid directed delivery capsule according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner capsule (32) has a cavity inside which a flavour liquid or flavour particles are contained.
