Capsules have been widely used as a filling carrier in the fields of medicines, beverages, cosmetics, etc. In recent years, capsules, namely 'bursting beads', applied in the tobacco industry are flavor capsules which are added into one or more filters to release contents through pinching, and are used for realizing the release of characteristic flavor which is manually controllable in the smoking process of cigarettes, reducing the influence of external environment on the smoking flavor and the loss of essence caused by the influence, enriching the smoking flavor of the cigarettes, realizing the functions of enhancing the flavor and preserving the moisture in the smoking process and the like. Along with the development of social economy and the improvement of public health consciousness, the continuous reduction of harmful substances such as tar contained in cigarettes becomes a necessary choice for the long-term development of tobacco industry, and in order to compensate for the smoke flavor loss caused by the reduction of tar content, more and more brands begin to use a 'bead explosion adding' technology as an auxiliary flavoring means.

The prior cigarette bursting beads are prepared by taking water-soluble polymers such as alginate, gelatin, acacia, modified starch and the like as wall material, and the bursting beads can only be used for wrapping oil-soluble essence and spice and can not be used for filling the water-soluble essence and spice, thereby limiting the application range of bursting beads and limiting the application mode of the water-soluble essence and spice in cigarettes. Most of the explosion beads used in the cigarette filter tips nowadays are spherical capsules with the diameter below 5mm, and the capacity of the spherical capsules is small, so that the addition amount of essence, spice and the like is quite limited, and the complete flavoring of the whole cigarette smoking process is not facilitated. In addition, the pop beads can only release essence and spice in the random direction of the pop bead wall material in a pinching mode, and the random mode enables the essence and spice not to completely permeate into the filter tip, so that the effect of improving the taste and gustatory characteristics of cigarettes is achieved, the pop beads cannot be completely added into main stream smoke, and the pop beads are completely perceived by consumers, so that the pop bead efficacy is reduced.

The beneficial effects of the invention are that

After the capsule is extruded by external force, the deformable peripheral wall 32 of the capsule is deformed, the movable piercing device 35 is pushed by the pressure of the liquid essence perfume contained in the capsule to move, so that the tip 352 pierces the pierceable bottom wall 31, the pierceable bottom wall 31 is pierced, the liquid essence perfume contained in the capsule is ejected outwards, and the liquid essence perfume is directionally applied to the tobacco rod 2, or the liquid essence perfume is directionally applied to the upstream acetate fiber tow segment 41.

The cigarette with the capsule of movable piercing means inside has a hollow filter 1 and a tobacco rod 2, abutting each other end to end, both of which have a cylindrical shape. Upon application of the compressive force indicated by the arrow, the deformable peripheral wall 32 of the capsule deforms and the liquid flavorant contained within the capsule is forced by the compressive force to move the movable piercing device 35 such that the tip 352 pierces the pierceable bottom wall 31, thereby causing the pierceable bottom wall 31 to be pierced and the liquid flavorant contained within the capsule to be ejected outwardly and the liquid flavorant to be directed onto the upstream acetate tow segment 41.

A cigarette with a built-in movable piercing means capsule, having a hollow filter (1) and a tobacco rod (2) abutting each other end-to-end, characterized in that inside said hollow filter (1) there is a built-in movable piercing means capsule (3), the pierceable bottom wall (31) of the built-in movable piercing means capsule (3) being directed towards said tobacco rod (2);

the capsule (3) body with the built-in movable piercing device is columnar, and the capsule wall is composed of a deformable peripheral wall (32) and the pierceable bottom wall (31); the capsule cavity is internally provided with a movable piercing device (35) which consists of a nail cap (351) and a tip (352) perpendicular to the nail cap (351), the tip (352) faces the pierceable bottom wall (31), and the nail cap (351) is in a shape matched with the capsule inner wall cavity; two or more protruding blocks (33) are arranged between the other surface of the inner wall of the capsule, which is opposite to the tip of the nail cap (351) along the radial direction, and the distance between the close end of the protruding blocks (33) and the nail cap (351) and the pierceable bottom wall (31) is larger than the axial length of the movable piercing device (35);
