本发明公开了一种蔬菜瓜果用长效复配除草剂及其制备方法，由以下重量份配比的原料制成：溶剂40‑50份、乙草胺8‑18份、乳氟禾草灵4‑9份、2，4‑D丁酯8‑15份、环己烷二酮化合物8‑15份、三氯醋酸5‑10份、甲酯化大豆油3‑10份、硝基苯酚9‑16份、苄嘧磺隆10‑18份、炔草酯5‑10份、消泡剂4‑6份、仲丁灵10‑20份、表面活性剂3‑5份、增稠剂1‑6份。本发明的除草剂通过运用不同的除草机理来实现杀死杂草，使杂草抗性产生速度降低，极大地提高了除草剂的杀草活性，除草剂复配使用，可扩大除草谱，在应用中减少了施药次数和用药时间，使用方法简单，药效快，具有显著的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域，尤其涉及一种蔬菜瓜果用长效复配除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
除草剂是指可使杂草彻底地或选择地发生枯死的药剂，又称除莠剂，用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质。其中的氯酸钠、硼砂、砒酸盐、三氯醋酸对于任何种类的植物都有枯死的作用，其作用受除草剂、植物和环境条件三因素的影响。按作用分为灭生性和选择性除草剂，选择性除草剂特别是硝基苯酚、氯苯酚、氨基甲酸的衍生物多数都有效。世界除草剂发展渐趋平稳，主要发展高效、低毒、广谱、低用量的品种，对环境污染小的一次性处理剂逐渐成为主流。现有公知的除草剂虽然具有上述优点，但还明显不足。单一使用某种除草剂已很难控制多种混生杂草的危害。因此，除草剂的组合即混用/混配越来越引起人们的重视。除草剂组合在农田杂草化学防控中的重要手段，在作物田和非耕地应用广。随着现代农业生产对除草剂的安全合理使用提出了更高的要求，这就要求企业高瞻远瞩、开拓创新，加快研发出满足农业实际需要的高效、安全、广谱、环保的除草剂品种，为除草剂品种多样性注入新鲜活力。因此需要通过科学合理的除草剂混配/混用，使其具有扩大除草谱、提高除草效果、减少用药量、降低药害、减少残留、延缓及治理抗性杂草的发生与发展等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蔬菜瓜果用长效复配除草剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种蔬菜瓜果用长效复配除草剂，由以下重量份配比的原料制成：溶剂40-50份、乙草胺8-18份、乳氟禾草灵4-9份、2，4-D丁酯8-15份、环己烷二酮化合物8-15份、三氯醋酸5-10份、甲酯化大豆油3-10份、硝基苯酚9-16份、苄嘧磺隆10-18份、炔草酯5-10份、消泡剂4-6份、仲丁灵10-20份、表面活性剂3-5份、增稠剂1-6份。
所述的消泡剂为聚合甘油、有机硅、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、苯乙醇油酸酯中的一种。
所述的溶剂为水、乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种。
所述的表面活性剂为脂肪胺盐、脂肪伯胺盐和脂肪仲胺盐中的一种或多种。
所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶中的一种。
一种蔬菜瓜果用长效复配除草剂的制备方法，该方法包括以下步骤：将上述配方的原料加入到反应釜中进行混合，加热到80-90℃后于1200转/分钟高速均质剪切30-60min，然后降温到40-60 ℃继续1500转/分钟高速剪切30-60min，最后冷却后即可。
