Abstract
本发明涉及金属覆膜技术领域,具体涉及一种金属表面预涂膜。金属表面预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层;所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;所述基材层为PET;所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液10‑30份、溶剂5‑15份、二聚丙酸1‑4份、醋酸锌2‑4份、厚朴酚1‑3份和环戊恶草酮1‑2份制成。通过合理设计粘结层的组分,从而达到预涂膜与金属表面之间的结合力强的效果。通过合理设计各层之间的厚度,从而使产品具有耐磨性能高,化学稳定性好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金属覆膜技术领域,具体涉及一种金属表面预涂膜。
背景技术
目前,一般采用干式覆膜技术来对金属板进行覆膜,将溶剂型胶水涂布于金属板上,经烘箱烘干后与薄膜粘接。但是,烘干过程中会有溶剂挥发,溶剂的挥发会对环境造成危害,覆膜后的铁板也容易有溶剂残留,烘干不全还会产生气泡和粘接力不足的问题。于是,研发一种预涂膜十分有必要。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种金属表面预涂膜,具有与金属表面结合力好等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种金属表面预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述基材层为PET;
所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液10-30份、溶剂5-15份、二聚丙酸1-4份、醋酸锌2-4份、厚朴酚1-3份和环戊恶草酮1-2份制成。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液16份、溶剂12份、二聚丙酸3份、醋酸锌2.5份、厚朴酚2份和环戊恶草酮1.5份制成。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为50-80μm、10-30nm、100-200μm、40-80nm、500-1000μm。
进一步优选地,所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为70μm、20nm、160μm、60nm、900μm。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1、预涂膜与金属表面之间的结合力强,化学稳定性好,耐磨性能高。
2、通过合理设计粘结层的组分,从而达到预涂膜与金属表面之间的结合力强的效果。
3、通过合理设计各层之间的厚度,从而使产品具有耐磨性能高,化学稳定性好等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种金属表面预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层;
所述基材层为PET;
所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液16份、溶剂12份、二聚丙酸3份、醋酸锌2.5份、厚朴酚2份和环戊恶草酮1.5份制成。
所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为70μm、20nm、160μm、60nm、900μm。
实施例2
一种金属表面预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层;
所述热熔胶层为PA热熔胶层;
所述基材层为PET;
所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液30份、溶剂5份、二聚丙酸4份、醋酸锌2份、厚朴酚3份和环戊恶草酮1份制成。
所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为80μm、10nm、200μm、40nm、1000μm。
实施例3
一种金属表面预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层;
所述热熔胶层为EVA热熔胶层;
所述基材层为PET;
所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液10份、溶剂15份、二聚丙酸1份、醋酸锌4份、厚朴酚1份和环戊恶草酮2份制成。
所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为50μm、30nm、100μm、80nm、500μm。

所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述基材层为PET;
所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液10-30份、溶剂5-15份、二聚丙酸1-4份、醋酸锌2-4份、厚朴酚1-3份和环戊恶草酮1-2份制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属表面预涂膜,其特征在于,所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层均由丙烯酸改性乳液16份、溶剂12份、二聚丙酸3份、醋酸锌2.5份、厚朴酚2份和环戊恶草酮1.5份制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的金属表面预涂膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为50-80μm、10-30nm、100-200μm、40-80nm、500-1000μm。
4.如权利要求3所述的金属表面预涂膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层、第一粘结层、中间层、第二粘结层和基材层的厚度依次为70μm、20nm、160μm、60nm、900μm。
