The rear moving frame is further provided with a rear threaded sleeve 55, and a worm wheel shaft of the rear worm wheel is provided with a rear screw 57 in threaded connection with the rear threaded sleeve. Preferably, the worm shafts of the rear worm and the front worm are respectively provided with chain wheels, and a transmission chain is arranged between the two chain wheels, so that the tensioning motor is associated with the rear worm.
When the tensioning motor starts, on the one hand, the front moving rack is driven to move forwards, on the other hand, the rear screw rod is driven to rotate through the rear worm and the rear worm wheel, so that the rear moving rack is driven to move backwards through the rear screw sleeve, the front moving rack and the rear moving rack can synchronously move for the same distance in opposite directions, tensioning of a driving chain is achieved, the center of a sorting conveying belt can be kept unchanged all the time, and the accuracy of delivering packages into a sorting opening by using the sorting trolley is guaranteed.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the front worm wheel of the present invention includes a center hub 521 key-connected to a worm wheel shaft, an outer ring gear 522 engaged with the front worm, and a web 523 integrally connected between the center hub and the outer ring gear, and a resistance strain gauge 6 is bonded to one side of the web, and the resistance strain gauge is electrically connected to a controller.
When the controller starts the tensioning motor to tension the driving chain, the spoke plate of the front worm wheel generates torque to deform, and the resistance strain gauge generates an electric signal corresponding to the torque. When the tension of the driving chain reaches a set value, the electric signal generated by the resistance strain gauge synchronously reaches the set value, and the controller can stop the tensioning motor. Accordingly, when the drive chain is gradually loosened and the tension force is reduced, the torque applied to the web of the front worm wheel is gradually reduced, and the electric signal of the resistance strain gauge is correspondingly reduced. When the electric signal of the resistance strain gauge drops to a set value, the controller controls the tensioning motor to work, so that the automatic tensioning of the driving chain can be realized, and the tensioning force of the driving chain is ensured to be maintained in a proper interval.
To accurately control the tension of the drive chain, a strain collar 524 may be keyed to the worm gear shaft of the front worm gear, against the central collar, with radially extending scallops 525 on the outside of the strain collar. A containing groove 526 is formed in the side face, close to the strain shaft sleeve, of the web of the front worm wheel, and the fan-shaped piece is rotatably located in the containing groove, so that the surface of the fan-shaped piece is flush with the side face of the web. Of course, the fan-shaped piece can be provided with a step-shaped bend so as to be positioned in the accommodating groove. One end of the resistance strain gauge is bonded to the surface of the segment, and the other end is bonded to the side of the web that is flush with the segment. Like this, when worm wheel shaft drove preceding worm wheel and rotates, the axle sleeve that meets an emergency, fan-shaped piece and worm wheel shaft synchronous revolution, and preceding worm wheel receives the effect of load, and its radials can form a dislocation with the fan-shaped piece under the effect of load moment, and the resistance foil gage at this moment receives a linear tensile stress to can form simple linear relation between the signal of telecommunication of the moment that makes preceding worm wheel received and resistance foil gage, and then be favorable to the accurate control of controller to drive chain tensile force.
In order to improve the stability of the sorting trolley during moving, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 9, a rear sliding pin 34 may be provided at the rear end of the right side of the sorting trolley corresponding to the rear sliding body, and a front sliding pin 33 may be provided at the front end of the left side of the sorting trolley corresponding to the front sliding body. Correspondingly, the outer edges of the inner sides of the left horizontal rail and the right horizontal rail are respectively provided with a horizontal rib 26, wherein the inner side of the front end of the right sorting rail is provided with a conversion rib 27 connected with the horizontal rib of the side, the conversion rib is semicircular, and the shape of the conversion rib corresponds to the shape of the conversion rail of the front side of the left sorting rail. Similarly, the inner side of the rear end of the left sorting track is provided with a conversion rib connected with the horizontal rib of the left sorting track, the conversion rib is semicircular, and the shape of the conversion rib corresponds to the shape of the conversion track at the rear side of the right sorting track. Furthermore, the rear end of the right sorting track is provided with a rear transfer rib 29 connected with the horizontal rib of the side, and the shape of the rear transfer rib corresponds to the transfer track of the rear side of the left sorting track. The front end of the left sorting track is provided with a front shifting edge 28 connected with the horizontal rib of the left sorting track, and the shape of the front shifting rib corresponds to the shape of the front shifting track of the right sorting track. In this way, the long circular positioning flanges formed by the upper and lower horizontal flanges, the front conversion flange at the front end and the conversion flange at the rear end are formed on the inner side of the left sorting track, and the long circular positioning flanges formed by the upper and lower horizontal flanges, the front conversion flange and the rear conversion flange at the rear end are formed on the inner side of the right sorting track. In addition, an opening allowing the front sliding body and the rear sliding body to pass through is arranged at the junction of the horizontal flanges of the two positioning flanges and the conversion flange, and a switching door 7 for blocking the opening is rotatably arranged at the opening. Of course, a locking mechanism for switching the switching door between the closed state and the open state is also required.
It should be noted that the axes of the front and rear sliding pins and the axes of the front and rear sliding bodies are horizontally arranged in the left-right direction, and the lengths of the front and rear sliding pins are smaller than the lengths of the front and rear sliding bodies, so that the front and rear sliding pins are abutted against the inner sides of the positioning ribs on the corresponding sides, and the front and rear sliding bodies pass over the positioning ribs and are connected to the driving chain, thereby the sorting trolley is reliably positioned at four points.
When the driving chain drives the sorting trolley to move forwards on the horizontal rail on the upper layer of the sorting rail, the front sliding pin and the rear sliding pin are respectively attached to the corresponding horizontal flanges, and the sorting trolley at the moment forms four-point positioning, so that the moving stability of the sorting trolley can be ensured. When the front sliding body on the right side of the sorting trolley moves to the junction of the horizontal flange on the right side and the conversion flange, the front sliding body firstly triggers the locking mechanism to push the switching door open, so that the front sliding body continuously moves forwards on the sorting track until the front sliding body enters the conversion track, and then the rear sliding pin enters the conversion flange from the horizontal flange through the switching door. Correspondingly, the front sliding pin on the left side of the sorting trolley is smoothly transited to the front shifting edge from the horizontal blocking edge, and then the rear sliding body moves forwards on the horizontal rail until entering the switching rail, so that the sorting trolley is always kept in a stable horizontal moving state.
When the sorting trolley starts to enter the horizontal rail of the lower layer from the switching rail at the front end and moves backwards, the rear sliding pin on the right side of the sorting trolley firstly moves to the horizontal flange on the lower side from the switching flange through the switching door, and then the front sliding body triggers the locking mechanism to push the switching door open, so that the sorting trolley enters the horizontal rail of the lower layer from the switching rail and moves backwards. Correspondingly, the rear sliding body on the left side of the sorting trolley firstly enters the lower horizontal rail smoothly from the switching rail, and then the front sliding pin smoothly transits to the lower horizontal flange from the front shifting edge.
When the rear sliding body on the left side of the sorting trolley moves backwards to the junction of the horizontal flange on the lower layer and the conversion flange on the rear side, the rear sliding body triggers the locking mechanism to push the switching door open, so that the rear sliding body continuously moves backwards on the sorting track until the rear sliding body enters the conversion track. Meanwhile, the front sliding pin enters the switching flange from the horizontal flange of the lower layer through the switching door. Correspondingly, the front sliding body on the right side of the sorting trolley moves backwards on the sorting track until entering the conversion track, and the rear sliding pin smoothly transits from the horizontal flange of the lower layer to the rear conversion flange, so that the sorting trolley is always kept in a stable horizontal movement state.
When the sorting trolley enters the horizontal rail on the upper layer again from the switching rail at the rear end and moves forwards, the front sliding body on the right side of the sorting trolley enters the horizontal rail on the upper layer smoothly from the switching rail and moves forwards, and then the rear sliding pin is smoothly transited to the horizontal flange on the upper layer from the rear switching flange. Correspondingly, the front sliding pin on the left side of the sorting trolley is smoothly transited to the horizontal flange on the upper layer from the conversion flange, and then the rear sliding body triggers the locking mechanism to push the switching door open until the rear sliding body enters the horizontal rail on the upper layer from the conversion rail.
By analogy, the sorting trolley can stably and circularly move on the sorting track.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the locking mechanism of the present invention includes a shaft pin 8 horizontally movably disposed on the horizontal rail back and forth, and a lock pin 9 vertically movably disposed on the horizontal rib. A shaft pin through hole 91 is required to be arranged on the lock pin, and a return spring 92 is sleeved on the lock pin and enables the lock pin to be positioned at a locking position. One end of the shaft pin is abutted against the side surface of the lock pin, and the lock pin plays a locking role in limiting axial movement of the shaft pin. The rotatable switching door comprises a gear sleeve 71 sleeved on the rotating shaft and provided with external teeth, a rack 81 meshed with the gear sleeve is arranged at the other end, far away from the lock pin, of the shaft pin, and a reset torsion spring is arranged on the rotating shaft of the switching door and enables the switching door to be automatically positioned in a closed state.
When the front sliding body moves forwards on the horizontal rail to the junction of the horizontal flange and the conversion flange, the front sliding body pushes the lock pin first, and the lock pin vertically moves to the unlocking position where the shaft pin through hole is opposite to the shaft pin attached to the lock pin. Then the front sliding body pushes the switching door, so that the shaft pin is driven by the gear sleeve and the rack to move and is inserted into the shaft pin through hole of the lock pin, the switching door is switched to an opening state, and the front sliding body can conveniently cross the opening at the junction of the horizontal flange and the switching flange and enter the switching track. And then the reset torsion spring drives the switching door to automatically reset to a closed state, and the switching door is withdrawn from the shaft pin through hole of the lock pin by driving the shaft pin to move in the direction of the gear sleeve and the rack, at the moment, the reset spring drives the lock pin to vertically move to reset a locking position, and the switching door is locked in the closed state again.
It is understood that the process of the rear sliding body opening the switching door is similar to the above description, and the description is not repeated here. In addition, the position of the lock pin should be as close to one side of the driving chain as possible, and the lengths of the front sliding pin and the rear sliding pin should be as short as possible on the basis of ensuring that the front sliding pin and the rear sliding pin can be attached to the positioning flanges so as not to touch the lock pin during movement.
