背景技术
现有的机械设备均采用电驱动，且大多数结构复杂，手工装置能节约大量电能。现有的手工装置达到的碾碎效果不能达到预想的要求。因此需要提供一种碾碎效果良好锤装置。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种橡胶碎料锤装置，设计开发本装置的目的：碾碎效果好，敲打导向精确，对物料进行捶打能达到预想的突出效果。
本发明采用了如下技术方案：一种橡胶碎料锤装置，包括锤体1，所述橡胶碎料锤装置还包括承压板2、导轨6，所述锤体1设有锤压平面3，所述承压板2的上表面设有第一凸体4，所述锤压平面3设有第二凸体5，所述第一凸体4与所述第二凸体5间交错配合，所述导轨6为弧形导轨，所述导轨6的中心设有槽7，所述锤体1固定连接有滑轴8，所述滑轴8与所述槽7滑动连接，所述导轨6与所述承压板2侧固定连接。
本发明的有益效果如下：所述导轨6为设于承压板2两侧的零件，所述锤体1设有手柄，所述锤体1沿着所述导轨6做弧形的捶打运动，导致捶打准确无误，由于所述第一凸体4与所述第二凸体5间交错配合，所述第一凸体4与所述第二凸体5形成如同齿轮啮合姿态，从而能够更加充分的碾碎物料，具有突出的效果，另外本装置纯手工操作，通过导轨6达到精确省力的目的。本装置的捶打碾碎效果好，敲打导向精确，对物料进行捶打能达到预想的突出效果。
