Through the interaction between the cover 5 and the carrier plate 2, the information cards loaded on the trays 31 and 61 can be in close contact with the elastic sheet 21 on the carrier plate 2, so that the carrier plate 2 can read the data on the information cards conveniently. The additional cover body 5 and the bearing plate 2 form an accommodating space Z1, so that the bearing plate 2 can read data of the information card conveniently, and the reliability of the card seat assembly 10 is further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the information card in the card holder assembly 10 can be tightly contacted with the elastic sheet 21 on the loading plate 2, and the cover 5 can also be removed.
Referring to fig. 8, the cover 5 has a first cover edge D1, a second cover edge D2, and two third cover edges D3 connected between the first cover edge D1 and the second cover edge D2.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the cover 5 forms a receiving portion 51, the receiving portion 51 has a side 51a and a bottom 51b adjacent to each other, the length of the side 51a extends along the sliding direction of the card holders 3, 6, the bottom 51b forms the closed end a1, and the elastic element 41 is elastically connected between the bottom 51b and the first end 421 of the lever 42. Specifically, the edge of a portion of the third cover side D3 of the cover 5 near the second cover side D2 is bent to form a side 51a and a bottom 51b to form a receiving portion 51 for receiving the elastic element 41. The first elastic end 41a of the elastic element 41 is fixed on the bottom edge 51b, and the second elastic end 41b of the elastic element 41 is a free end for abutting against the lever 42. The accommodating portion 51 allows the elastic member 41 to be always confined in the accommodating portion 51 when compressed, and does not separate from the carrier plate 2 or pop out the carrier plate 2 due to its large elasticity, thereby further improving the reliability of the card holder assembly 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the cover 5 may further include a supporting protrusion 421a, and one end of the elastic member 41 is fixed to the supporting protrusion 421 a.
It will be appreciated that the bottom 51b is L-shaped, i.e., the bottom 51b and the side 51a enclose a smaller space for the first elastic end 41a to be fixed. Of course, in other embodiments, the bottom side 51b may also be straight.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the cover body 5 further has an extending portion 51c, one end of the extending portion 51c is bent and connected to the side 51a, and the other end of the extending portion 51c extends toward a direction close to the bearing plate 2, so that the extending portion 51c and the side 51a form a space enclosing the elastic member 41. Specifically, the extending portion 51c is shaped like a semi-circular arc and integrally formed with the side 51a, and the extending portion 51c and the side 51a form a space for enclosing the elastic member 41, so as to prevent the elastic member 41 from being pushed out toward the extending portion 51c due to a large external force, thereby further improving the reliability of the card holder assembly 10.
Further, referring to fig. 11, the accommodating portion 51 further has a rib 51e, the rib 51e is disposed opposite to the side 51a, and the first end 421 of the lever 42 is movable between the rib 51e and the bottom 51 b. Specifically, the rib 51e of the receiving portion 51 can be formed by bending the second cover edge D2, so that the elastic element 41 is further limited in the space enclosed by the side edge 51a and the rib 51e, the sliding stroke of the first end 421 of the lever 42 is limited, the first end 421 of the lever 42 is prevented from protruding out of the loading plate 2 to interfere with other devices, and the reliability of the card seat assembly 10 is further improved.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 12, the receiving portion 51 may also be formed on the bearing plate 2, and the receiving portion 51 may have the same structure as that of the cover 5, and therefore, will not be described herein again.
Further, referring to fig. 13, the cover 5 further has an elastic portion 52, an end of the elastic portion 52 extends toward the second end 422 close to the lever 42, and an end of the elastic portion 52 can abut against the second end 422 of the lever 42. By further providing the elastic portion 52 on the cover 5, a better abutting action between the second end 422 of the lever 42 and the trays 31, 61 can be achieved. Of course, in other embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the elastic portion 52 of the cover 5 may not be provided.
Referring to fig. 13, the elastic portion 52 has a first elastic section 521 and a second elastic section 522 connected in sequence, the first elastic section 521 is disposed on an edge of the cover 52, the second elastic section 522 has a bending portion 522a, the bending portion 522a protrudes toward the second end 422 of the lever 42, and the bending portion 522a abuts against the second end 422 of the lever 42. Specifically, the first elastic segment 521 is disposed on the second cover edge D2, and the second elastic segment 522 is gradually separated from the second cover edge D2 to gradually incline to the second end 422 of the lever 42. Of course, in other embodiments, referring to fig. 14, the elastic portion 52 may also be a spring disposed on the second cover edge D2.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the locking manner of the blocking plates 32, 62 of the card holders 3, 6 and the housing 1 includes, but is not limited to, the following embodiments:
in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 15 to fig. 17, a protrusion 1b is disposed on a hole wall of a through hole 1a, the baffle 32 is slidably connected to the tray 31, a groove 321b is disposed on a side surface of the baffle 32, and the baffle 32 is slidably disposed in the through hole 1a along a radial direction of the through hole 1 a; when the baffle 32 slides until the groove 321b of the baffle 32 is engaged with the projection 1b, the baffle 32 is locked on the housing 1, and the baffle 32 is in a first stop position relative to the tray 31; when the baffle 32 slides until the groove 321b of the baffle 32 is disengaged from the projection 1b, the baffle 32 is ejected out of the housing 1 by the elastic force of the lever 42, and the baffle 32 is in the second stop position relative to the tray 31.
Specifically, referring to fig. 16, the length of the through hole 1a along the radial direction, i.e., the Y direction, is greater than the length of the baffle 32 along the Y direction, so that the baffle 32 has a sliding space along the Y direction when being disposed in the through hole 1a of the housing 1. A convex block 1b is convexly arranged on one hole wall of the through hole 1 a.
Referring to fig. 17, the side surface of the baffle 32 is correspondingly recessed with a groove 321b, and when the baffle 32 slides along the Y direction and slides towards the protrusion 1b, the groove 321b on the baffle 32 can be finally clamped with the protrusion 1b, so as to lock the baffle 32 on the housing 1. When the card holder 3 needs to be taken out, the baffle 32 is shifted, so that the baffle 32 slides towards the direction away from the convex block 1b and slides along the Y direction, the baffle 32 is unlocked on the shell 1, and the second end 422 of the lever 42 always has reverse elastic force to abut against the tray 31, and once the baffle 32 is unlocked, the tray 31 can be ejected out of the shell 1 by the reverse elastic force of the second end 422 of the lever 42, so that the card taking can be realized.
It can be understood that the baffle 32 is slidably connected to the tray 31, and the baffle 32 can slide along the Y direction relative to the tray 31 and correspondingly stays at the first staying position or the second staying position relative to the tray 31, that is, when the baffle 32 slides, the tray 31 can be always fixed relative to the carrier plate 2, which is convenient for the carrier plate 2 to read the data of the information card on the tray 31.
The sliding connection structure of the baffle 32 and the tray 31 includes, but is not limited to, the following embodiments:
referring to fig. 17, the tray 31 includes a tray 31 body and a first sliding plate 312 fixed to the tray 31 body, the tray 31 body is used for carrying the information card, the baffle 32 includes a baffle body 621, and a second sliding plate 322 and a third sliding plate 323 fixed to the baffle 32 body, the second sliding plate 322 and the third sliding plate 323 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the first sliding plate 312 in a sliding manner, so that the baffle 32 is connected to the tray 31 in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the through hole 1 a.
Referring to fig. 17, the card holder assembly 10 further includes a pin 33, the first sliding plate 312 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 312a, an extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 312a extends along a radial direction of the through hole 1a, the second sliding plate 322 is provided with a first through hole 322a, the pin 33 includes a first portion 331 and a second portion 332 fixedly connected to the first portion 331, the first portion 331 is located in the first through hole 322a to be fixed relative to the second sliding plate 322, and the second portion 332 is located in the strip-shaped groove 312a to be slidably connected to the first sliding plate 312.
The third sliding plate 323 is provided with a second through hole 323a, the second through hole 323a is coaxially arranged with the first through hole 322a, the pin 33 further includes a third portion 333, the third portion 333 is connected to a side of the second portion 332 away from the first portion 331, and the third portion 333 is located in the second through hole 323 a.
Referring to fig. 15, when the card-seat assembly 10 needs to be locked, the baffle 32 is pulled to slide the baffle 32 along the Y direction and towards the protrusion 1b, and the groove 321b on the baffle 32 can be finally clamped with the protrusion 1b, so that the baffle 32 is locked on the housing 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 16, when the card-holder assembly 10 needs to be unlocked, the blocking plate 32 is shifted, so that the blocking plate 32 slides away from the protrusion 1b and slides along the Y direction, and the blocking plate 32 is unlocked on the housing 1, and since the second end 422 of the lever 42 always has reverse elastic force to abut against the tray 31, once the blocking plate 32 is unlocked, the tray 31 is ejected out of the housing 1 by the reverse elastic force of the second end 422 of the lever 42, and the card can be taken out.
According to the locking structure of the baffle 32 of the card support 3 and the shell 1, the baffle 32 is shifted to slide along the Y direction to enable the baffle 32 to be buckled with or separated from the shell 1 to lock and unlock the card support 3, no tool is additionally adopted, and the card taking is convenient.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 18 to 20, the hole wall of the through hole 1a is provided with a locking groove 1c, the baffle plate 62 includes a baffle plate body 621 and at least one locking member 622 rotatably connected to the baffle plate body 621, the baffle plate body 621 is connected to the tray 61, the baffle plate body 621 is provided with at least one locking hole 1c, the locking member 622 is received in the locking hole 1c of the baffle plate body 621, and the locking member 622 is provided with a limiting protrusion 6222; when the locking member 622 rotates until the limiting projection 6222 of the locking member 622 is located in the locking groove 1c, the baffle body 621 is locked on the housing 1; when the locker 622 rotates until the limit projection 6222 of the locker 622 is disengaged from the locking groove 1c, the barrier body 621 ejects the housing 1 under the elastic force of the lever 42.
Specifically, referring to fig. 19, the size of the through hole 1a corresponds to the size of the baffle body 621, and when the baffle body 621 is located in the through hole 1a, the baffle body 621 can cover the opening of the through hole 1 a. The hole wall of the through hole 1a is concavely provided with a locking groove 1 c.
The locker 622 passes through the locking hole 1c of the barrier body 621, and the locker 622 can rotate in the locking hole 1 c. When the locking member 622 rotates until the limiting projection 6222 is positioned in the locking groove 1c, the baffle body 621 is locked on the housing 1; when the locking member 622 rotates to the position-limiting protrusion 6222 and leaves the locking groove 1c, the blocking plate body 621 is unlocked on the housing 1, and since the second end 422 of the lever 42 always has reverse elastic force to abut against the tray 61, once the blocking plates 32 and 62 are unlocked, the tray 61 can be ejected out of the housing 1 by the reverse elastic force of the second end 422 of the lever 42, and the card taking can be realized.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 18 to 20, the locking member 622 includes a rotating pin 6221 and a locking piece 6222, the rotating pin 6221 is located in the locking hole 1c of the baffle body 621, the rotating pin 6221 extends out of the baffle body 621, and the locking piece 6222 is sleeved on the rotating pin 6221, so that the locking piece 6222 forms the limiting protrusion 6222 of the locking member 622.
Specifically, the end of the rotating pin 6221 is flush with the outer surface of the shutter body 621 to improve the smoothness of the outer surface of the housing 1.
It is understood that the baffle body 621 and the tray 61 may be fixedly connected. Of course, in other embodiments, the baffle body 621 may also be hinged to the tray 61.
Referring to fig. 18, when the card-seat assembly 10 needs to be locked, the rotating pin 6221 is rotated until the limiting protrusion 6222 is located in the locking groove 1c, so as to lock the blocking plate 62 on the housing 1.
Referring to fig. 20, when the card holder assembly 10 needs to be unlocked, the rotating pin 6221 is rotated, so that the rotating pin 6221 rotates until the limiting protrusion 6222 leaves the locking groove 1c, so that the shutter body 621 is unlocked on the housing 1, and since the second end 422 of the lever 42 always has a reverse elastic force to abut against the tray 61, once the shutters 32 and 62 are unlocked, the tray 61 is ejected out of the housing 1 by the reverse elastic force of the second end 422 of the lever 42, and the card can be taken out.
When the electronic device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application needs to be loaded with an information card, the information card is loaded on the tray 61; then, the tray 61 slides into the housing 1 through the through hole 1a of the housing 1, and the information card on the tray 61 abuts against the elastic sheet 21 on the bearing plate 2, so that the bearing plate 2 can read the data on the information card; then, after the tray 61 slides to the maximum stroke, the baffles 32 and 62 are locked relative to the housing, at this time, the second end 422 of the lever 42 always provides reverse elastic force to the tray 61, and as long as the locking force between the baffles 32 and 62 and the housing is released, the tray 61 can be ejected out of the shell 1 under the action of the elastic force in the direction of the second end 422, so that the card taking is realized.
When the electronic device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application needs to take out the information card, the baffles 32 and 62 fluctuate, so that the baffles 32 and 62 are unlocked relative to the housing, and the tray 61 can be ejected out of the shell 1 under the action of the elastic force in the direction of the second end 422, thereby realizing card taking.
The card seat assembly 10 and the electronic device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application lock the baffle plates 32 and 62 of the card holders 3 and 6 on the shell 1, and can realize the unlocking of the baffle plates 32 and 62 and the shell 1 by stirring the baffle plates 32 and 62, and the second end 422 of the lever 42 always provides the elastic force for ejecting the shell 1 out of the card holders 3 and 6, so that when the baffle plates 32 and 62 and the shell 1 are in the unlocking state, the baffle plates 32 and 62 can be ejected out by the second end 422 of the lever 42, and the card seat assembly 10 and the electronic device 100 which are convenient to take the card are provided.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications are also considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (20)

1. A card seat assembly is applied to an electronic device and is characterized by comprising a shell, a bearing plate, a card support and an elastic assembly, wherein the bearing plate is fixed in the shell, the card support is provided with a through hole, the card support is provided with a tray and a baffle connected to the tray, the tray penetrates through the through hole of the shell and is connected to the bearing plate in a sliding mode, the elastic assembly comprises an elastic piece and a lever, the elastic piece is arranged on the bearing plate in an elastic mode along the sliding direction of the card support, the lever is connected to the bearing plate in a rotating mode, the first end of the lever abuts against the elastic piece, and the second end of the lever can abut against the tray; when the baffle of the card support is locked on the shell, the second end of the lever provides reverse elastic force for the card support; after the baffle is stirred by an external force, the baffle is unlocked with the shell, and the baffle is ejected out of the shell under the action of the second end of the lever; the outer surface of the baffle is coplanar with the outer surface of the housing.

The cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein the cartridge assembly defines a receiving portion, the receiving portion has a closed end and an open end opposite to each other, and a cavity communicating with the open end, one end of the elastic member is fixed to the closed end, the other end of the elastic member extends toward the direction close to the open end, and the first end of the lever extends into the open end and abuts against the other end of the elastic member.
3. The cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein an edge of the carrier plate is bent to form the receiving portion.
4. The card holder assembly of claim 2, further comprising a cover body, wherein the cover body is mounted on the loading board and encloses an accommodating space together with the loading board, the accommodating space faces the through hole, the card holder is slidably disposed in the accommodating space, the elastic assembly is located in the accommodating space, and an edge of the cover body is bent to form the accommodating portion.
5. The card holder assembly according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the receiving portion has a side edge and a bottom edge adjacent to each other, the side edge has a length extending along a sliding direction of the card holder, and the bottom edge forms a closed end of the receiving portion, and the elastic member is elastically connected between the bottom edge and the first end of the lever.
6. The cartridge assembly of claim 5, wherein the receiving portion further includes a rib, the rib is disposed opposite the side, and the first end of the lever is movable between the rib and the bottom edge.
7. The card socket assembly of claim 5, wherein the carrier plate further has an extension portion, one end of the extension portion is connected to the side edge in a bending manner, and the other end of the extension portion extends toward a direction close to the carrier plate, so that the extension portion and the side edge form a space enclosing the elastic member.
8. The cartridge assembly of claim 4, wherein the cover further has a resilient portion having an end portion extending toward and abuttable against the second end of the lever.
9. The cartridge assembly of claim 8, wherein the resilient portion has a first resilient segment and a second resilient segment connected in sequence, the first resilient segment is disposed on an edge of the cover, the second resilient segment has a bent portion, the bent portion protrudes toward the second end of the lever, and the bent portion abuts against the second end of the lever.
10. The cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein the first end of the lever has a first surface abutting against the resilient member and a second surface facing the peripheral surface of the resilient member.
11. The cartridge assembly of claim 10, wherein the first surface of the lever further comprises a positioning protrusion, and the elastic member is disposed on the positioning protrusion.
12. The cartridge assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a torque between the first end of the lever and the rotational axis of the lever is less than a torque between the second end of the lever and the rotational axis of the lever.
13. The card socket assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wall of the through hole is provided with a bump, the baffle is slidably connected to the tray, the side surface of the baffle is provided with a groove, and the baffle is slidably arranged in the through hole along the radial direction of the through hole; when the baffle slides to the position that the groove of the baffle is embedded with the lug, the baffle is locked on the shell, and the baffle is in a first stop position relative to the tray; when the baffle slides to the groove of the baffle and is separated from the bump, the baffle ejects out of the shell under the action of the elastic force of the lever, and the baffle is located at a second stop position relative to the tray.

The cartridge assembly of claim 13, wherein the tray includes a tray body and a first sliding plate fixed to the tray body, the tray body is configured to carry an information card, the baffle includes a baffle body and a second sliding plate and a third sliding plate fixed to the baffle body, the second sliding plate and the third sliding plate are slidably connected to opposite sides of the first sliding plate, respectively, so that the baffle is slidably connected to the tray along a radial direction of the through hole.
15. The cartridge assembly of claim 14, further comprising a pin, wherein the first sliding plate is provided with a strip-shaped groove, the strip-shaped groove extends along a radial direction of the through hole, the second sliding plate is provided with a first through hole, the pin comprises a first portion and a second portion fixedly connected with the first portion, the first portion is located in the first through hole to be fixed relative to the second sliding plate, and the second portion is located in the strip-shaped groove to be slidably connected with the first sliding plate.
16. The cartridge assembly of claim 15, wherein the third slide plate has a second through hole disposed therein, the second through hole being coaxial with the first through hole, the pin further comprising a third portion connected to the second portion on a side thereof remote from the first portion, the third portion being disposed in the second through hole.
17. The card holder assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wall of the through hole is provided with a locking groove, the baffle comprises a baffle body and at least one locking member rotatably connected to the baffle body, the baffle body is connected to the tray, the baffle body is provided with at least one locking hole, the locking member is accommodated in the locking hole of the baffle body, and the locking member is provided with a limiting protrusion; when the locking piece rotates to the position that the limiting protrusion of the locking piece is positioned in the locking groove, the baffle body is locked on the shell; when the retaining member rotates to the limit protrusion of the retaining member to be separated from the locking groove, the baffle body is ejected out of the shell under the action of the elastic force of the lever.
18. The cartridge assembly of claim 17, wherein the locking member comprises a rotation pin and a locking plate, the rotation pin is disposed in the locking hole of the baffle body, the rotation pin extends out of the baffle body, and the locking plate is sleeved on the rotation pin, so that the locking plate forms a limiting protrusion of the locking member.
19. The cartridge assembly of claim 18, wherein an end of the pivot pin is flush with an outer surface of the baffle body.
20. An electronic device, comprising a main board and the card socket assembly of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the carrier board is electrically connected to the main board.
