The pressing portion 212 is slidable relative to the main body portion 211 in a direction parallel to the insertion hole 11. The chuck 22 is fixedly connected to the main body 211 and inserted into the casing 10 through the insertion hole 11. The chuck 22 is provided with a first catching portion 221. The locking member 30 is slidably connected to the inside of the housing 10, and the sliding direction of the locking member 30 is parallel to the sliding direction of the pressing portion 212. The locking member 30 includes a first abutting portion 31 adjacent to the insertion hole 11 and a second retaining portion 32 fixed relative to the first abutting portion 31. The first abutting portion 31 slides relative to the chuck 22 to transmit a sliding moment to the second retaining portion 32 and drive the second retaining portion 32 to separate from the first retaining portion 221.
It is understood that the card-inserting device 100 is applied to an electronic device, which may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, or the like. The card support 20 is used for loading a smart card, and the card support 20 is inserted into the housing 10 to insert the smart card into the housing 10. The door 21 covers the insertion opening 111 to prevent the smart card from falling out of the housing 10.
By the door plate 21 comprising the main body 211 and the pressing part 212, the pressing part 212 can slide relative to the main body 211, and the pressing part 212 transmits a sliding moment to the locking member 30, so that the second retaining part 32 of the locking member 30 is separated from the first retaining part 221 of the chuck 22, thereby facilitating the removal of the receptacle 20 from the housing 10.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the casing 10 is a rear casing of a mobile phone battery. The casing 10 includes a frame 12 and a middle plate 13 fixedly connected to the frame 12. The frame 12 comprises two oppositely arranged long side plates 121 and two oppositely arranged short side plates 122. Two of the long side plates 121 and two of the short side plates 122 are fixed to the periphery of the middle plate 13. The long side plate 121 and the short side plate 122 are substantially perpendicular to the middle plate 13. The insertion hole 11 is opened in the long side plate 121. The long side plate 121 has an outer side surface 123 and an inner side surface 124 provided opposite to the outer side surface 123. The insertion hole 11 penetrates the outer side surface 123 and the inner side surface 124. The insertion opening 111 of the insertion hole 11 is provided in the outer surface 123. The insertion opening 111 is oriented substantially perpendicular to the long side plate 121 and substantially parallel to the middle plate 13. The insertion hole 11 is substantially in the shape of an oval racetrack. The longitudinal direction of the insertion hole 11 is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the long side plate 121. The inner side of the frame 12 is used for placing a main board and functional devices of the electronic equipment. The frame 12 and the middle plate 13 are both metal pieces. The frame 12 and the middle plate 13 are integrally provided. The middle plate 13 and the frame 12 protect the card holder 20, and are used for bearing a main board and functional devices of an electronic device.
In the present embodiment, the door panel 21 is slidably fitted to the insertion hole 11 in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the insertion hole 11. Namely, the main body portion 211 is in sliding fit with the insertion hole 11, and drives the pressing portion 212 to be in sliding fit with the insertion hole 11. The body portion 211 has an outer surface 213 and an inner surface 214 disposed opposite the outer surface 213. The body portion 211 is engaged with the insertion hole 11, and the outer surface 213 is flush with the outer side surface 123 of the long side plate 121, so as to improve the appearance of the card-inserting device 100. The catch 31 rotates near the inner surface 214. When the pressing portion 212 and the body portion 211 together cover the insertion hole 11, a surface of the pressing portion 212 away from the chuck 20 is flush with the outer surface 213. The pressing portion 212 slides toward the chuck 20 under the action of a pressing force, that is, the pressing portion 212 slides relative to the chuck 20 along a direction parallel to the insertion direction of the main body portion 211 and the insertion hole 11, one surface of the pressing portion 212 away from the chuck 20 is located in the insertion hole 11, and the pressing portion 212 drives the second clamping portion 32 of the locking member 30 to separate from the first clamping portion 221, so that the card holder 20 can be separated from the housing 10. The pressing portion 212 and the body portion 211 may be located at both ends of the insertion hole 11 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The ratio of the body portion 211 to the door panel 21 is larger than the ratio of the pressing portion 212 to the door panel 21.
In this embodiment, the locking member 30 has a rod shape. The locking member 30 is slidably coupled to the middle plate 13. The lengthwise direction of the locker 30 is substantially parallel to the direction of the insertion hole 11. That is, the length direction of the locking member 30 is parallel to the insertion direction of the main body 211 and the insertion hole 11. The sliding direction of the locking member 30 is also substantially parallel to the insertion direction of the main body 211 and the insertion hole 11. The first abutting portion 31 is located at one end of the locking member 30. The first abutting portion 31 at least partially extends into the insertion hole 11. The second retaining portion 32 is bent. When the first abutting portion 31 transmits the sliding moment of the pressing portion 212 to the second retaining portion 32, the second retaining portion 32 is dislocated from the first retaining portion 221, and the second retaining portion 32 is elastically deformed and finally separated from the first retaining portion 221.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a sliding slot 222 is disposed at an end of the chuck 22 facing the pressing portion 212, and the sliding slot 222 extends along a direction parallel to the sliding direction of the pressing portion 212. The peripheral side wall of the sliding rod 232 is in sliding fit with the inner side wall of the sliding groove 222. When the sliding rod 232 slides to the closed end 2221, one surface of the pressing part 212 away from the chuck 22 is flush with the outer side surface 123, so as to improve the appearance performance of the door panel 21. The sliding slot 222 penetrates through the chuck 22, the slider portion 23 further includes a second protrusion 233 disposed opposite to the first protrusion 231 and fixed to the pressing portion 212, the sliding rod 232 is fixed between the first protrusion 231 and the second protrusion 233, and the chuck 22 is partially located between the first protrusion 231 and the second protrusion 233. The second protrusion 233 is fixedly connected to the pressing portion 212. The first protrusion 231 and the second protrusion 233 limit the pressing portion 212 from sliding relative to the chuck 22 along a direction parallel to the sliding rod 232, and prevent the pressing portion 212 from being displaced relative to the main body 22 along the direction parallel to the sliding rod 232. The sliding slot 222 further has a second closed end 2222 opposite to the first closed end 2221, and the second closed end 2222 limits the sliding rod 232 to drive the pressing portion 212 to abut against the chuck 22. The sliding rod 232 slides to the second closed end 2222, and there is a gap between the pressing portion 212 and the chuck 22, so as to prevent the pressing portion 212 and the chuck 22 from being pressed against each other, and prevent the retainer 20 from being damaged.
