The distance between 44 and 43 can be adjusted by replacing 434 and 444 with different lengths, so that the device is suitable for different markets and people sizes, and the operation comfort is improved; the left contact and the right contact can be electric switches or hydraulic valves.
The grounding fixing plate comprises an upper connecting plate, a bolt hole and a corresponding projection welding nut are arranged on the upper connecting plate and used for being connected with the pedal control assembly, a lower connecting plate is designed at the rear end of the upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate avoiding hole is arranged on the lower connecting plate, and a lower connecting plate avoiding hole is arranged on the lower connecting plate; a contact mounting plate is arranged at the front end of the upper connecting plate, a first contact and a second contact are arranged on the contact mounting plate, and the positions of the avoidance holes of the lower connecting plate correspond to the first contact and the second contact; the bottom of the lower connecting plate is provided with a ground plate, and the ground plate is connected with the cockpit bottom plate through bolts; a first limit rubber block and a second limit rubber block are respectively designed below the first contact and the second contact, so that the contact is prevented from being damaged due to excessive operation; the positions of the contact I and the contact II correspond to the left contact matching surface and the right contact matching surface; an inclined plane connecting plate is arranged in front of the contact mounting plate and connected with the mounting plate, a projection welding stud is arranged on the mounting plate and fixed through a nut after penetrating through the threaded hole and the contact I.
When the left pedal is stepped, the matching surface of the left contact touches the first contact, the first return spring is compressed, and when the left pedal is released, the matching surface of the left contact is separated from the first contact, and the first return spring is reset. The same applies to the right foot pedal.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention optimizes and improves the operating mechanism of the construction machine, so that the operating mechanism can be reasonably arranged at the bottom of the operating room, thereby not only effectively saving a large amount of space, but also lifting the operating position and ensuring better operating visual field. The design and the details of all the parts are designed to ensure that the mechanism can be more reasonably arranged, so that the basic use requirement is ensured, the occupied space is effectively saved, the cost is reduced, the arrangement occupied space is transferred to the bottom of an operator, and the unused space in the prior art is more fully utilized.

An avoiding hole is formed in the first connecting plate 22. And the bolt is used for disassembling and assembling the fixing hole of the operating rod fixing bracket.
Bearings are arranged at the connecting positions of the first matching shaft 251 and the second matching shaft 252 and the connecting control rod body assembly 1, and the two ends of the bearings are fixed through nuts.
The control rod elastic fixing part 3 comprises a press connection ring 31, a first connection rod 32 is designed behind the press connection ring 31, the first connection rod 32 penetrates through a return spring 33, a nut gasket assembly 34 is designed at the tail end of the first connection rod 32, the first connection rod 32 passes through the nut gasket assembly 34 and the top of the control rod fixing support 2, and the press connection ring 31 is connected with the control rod body assembly 1.

The left pedal 43 is composed of a left pedal shaft tube 431, a left pedal 432 and a left contact matching surface 433; the left pedal 432 and the left contact matching surface 433 are connected to a left pedal shaft tube 431, and the left pedal shaft tube 431 is sleeved on the pedal stepped shaft 42; the right pedal 44 is composed of a right pedal shaft pipe 441, a right pedal plate 442, and a right contact fitting surface 443, and the composition structure thereof is the same as that of the left side.
A first matching sleeve 434 and a left fixing nut gasket component 435 are connected to the left side of the pedal stepped shaft 42, and the first matching sleeve 434 and the left fixing nut gasket component 435 are respectively installed at two ends of a left pedal shaft tube 431; a second matching sleeve 444 and a right fixing nut and washer assembly 445 are connected to the right side of the pedal stepped shaft 42, and the second matching sleeve 444 and the right fixing nut and washer assembly 445 are respectively installed at two ends of the right pedal shaft tube 441. When the left pedal 43 is stepped on, the left contact fitting surface 433 touches the contact one 541, the return spring one 5412 is compressed, and when the left pedal 43 is released, the left contact fitting surface 433 is separated from the contact one 541, and the return spring one 5412 is returned. The right foot rest 44 works the same way.
