Abstract
本发明公开了一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,包括壳体,在壳体上设置有进风口以及出风口;在壳体内由上至下分别设置有除尘滤网、紫外线灯管、光催化剂板、活性炭过滤网以及风机;风机的出风口通过排风管道连接到壳体两侧的侧壁上,在侧壁上设置有风道连接到出风口;在所述的壳体内部还设置有除尘滤网安装座,除尘滤网安装在固定框架上,所述的固定框架插接在所述的除尘滤网安装座上,并可在除尘滤网安装座上抽拉移动;在壳体上除尘滤网对应的区域设置有可打开的第一盖板。本发明提供的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,通过打开壳体上的盖板,可以将除尘滤网以及活性炭滤网拉出进行清洗,方便快捷,无需整机拆卸后清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,特别涉及一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展以及环境的污染,空气净化器越来越被人们熟悉,一般来说,空气净化器吸收被污染的周围空气,对所吸收的空气进行净化,并将清洁空气排出至外部,由此对空气净化器周围区域的空气进行净化;尽管空气净化器能够对周围区域的空气进行净化,由于现在空气中的粉尘等较多,对于空气净化器内的滤网需要经常拆卸进行清洗,但是现有的空气净化器需要整体将净化器拆开才能进行滤网的清洗,使用起来很是不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题,提供一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,包括壳体,在所述的壳体上设置有进风口以及出风口;在所述的壳体内由上至下分别设置有除尘滤网、紫外线灯管、光催化剂板、活性炭过滤网以及风机;所述的风机的出风口通过排风管道连接到壳体两侧的侧壁上,在侧壁上设置有风道连接到出风口;在所述的壳体内部还设置有除尘滤网安装座,所述的除尘滤网安装在固定框架上,所述的固定框架插接在所述的除尘滤网安装座上,并可在所述的除尘滤网安装座上抽拉移动;在所述的壳体上除尘滤网对应的区域设置有可打开的第一盖板。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的活性炭过滤网安装在活性炭过滤网安装框上,所述的活性炭过滤网安装框通过其上的导轨与壳体内部侧壁上的活性炭过滤网安装座上的导槽连接,活性炭过滤网安装框可在所述的活性炭过滤网安装座上前后移动。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的壳体上活性炭过滤网对应的区域设置有可打开的第二盖板。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的进风口设置在壳体的顶部。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的出风口设置在壳体的两个侧部。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,通过打开壳体上的盖板,可以将除尘滤网以及活性炭滤网拉出进行清洗,方便快捷,无需整机拆卸后清洗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1到图2所示的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,包括壳体3,在所述的壳体3上设置有进风口1以及出风口13。在本实施例中,进风口1设置在壳体3的顶部,所述的出风口13设置在壳体3的两个侧部。
在所述的壳体3内由上至下分别设置有除尘滤网12、紫外线灯管2、光催化剂板9、活性炭过滤网5以及风机7;所述的风机7的出风口通过排风管道6连接到壳体3两侧的侧壁上,在侧壁上设置有风道连接到出风口13。
在所述的壳体3内部还设置有除尘滤网安装座10,所述的除尘滤网12安装在固定框架11上,所述的固定框架11插接在所述的除尘滤网安装座10上,并可在所述的除尘滤网安装座10上抽拉移动。在所述的壳体3上除尘滤网12对应的区域设置有可打开的第一盖板14。
在需要更换或者清洗除尘滤网12的时候,首先打开第一盖板14,当然第一盖板14与壳体3之间设置有密封条,保证第一盖板14在关闭的时候,空气不会从第一盖板14与壳体3之间漏出。然后将固定框架11连同除尘滤网向外拉出,然后将固定框架11连同除尘滤网12取出进行更换或者清洗。清洗完成之后,再将固定框架11连同除尘滤网12插入除尘滤网安装座10中,最后再将第一盖板14关闭即可。
所述的活性炭过滤网5安装在活性炭过滤网安装框4上,所述的活性炭过滤网安装框4通过其上的导轨与壳体3内部侧壁上的活性炭过滤网安装座8上的导槽连接,活性炭过滤网安装框4可在所述的活性炭过滤网安装座8上前后移动。
在所述的壳体3上活性炭过滤网5对应的区域设置有可打开的第二盖板15,同样的第而盖板15与壳体3之间设置有密封条,保证第二盖板15在关闭的时候,空气不会从第二盖板15与壳体3之间漏出。。
本发明提供的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,通过打开壳体上的盖板,可以将除尘滤网以及活性炭滤网拉出进行清洗,方便快捷,无需整机拆卸后清洗。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:包括壳体,在所述的壳体上设置有进风口以及出风口;在所述的壳体内由上至下分别设置有除尘滤网、紫外线灯管、光催化剂板、活性炭过滤网以及风机;所述的风机的出风口通过排风管道连接到壳体两侧的侧壁上,在侧壁上设置有风道连接到出风口;在所述的壳体内部还设置有除尘滤网安装座,所述的除尘滤网安装在固定框架上,所述的固定框架插接在所述的除尘滤网安装座上,并可在所述的除尘滤网安装座上抽拉移动;在所述的壳体上除尘滤网对应的区域设置有可打开的第一盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的活性炭过滤网安装在活性炭过滤网安装框上,所述的活性炭过滤网安装框通过其上的导轨与壳体内部侧壁上的活性炭过滤网安装座上的导槽连接,活性炭过滤网安装框可在所述的活性炭过滤网安装座上前后移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:在所述的壳体上活性炭过滤网对应的区域设置有可打开的第二盖板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的进风口设置在壳体的顶部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带易拆卸过滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的出风口设置在壳体的两个侧部。
