本发明涉及一种制冷剂灌装设备。
背景技术
气罐能用于灌装各种气体例如制冷剂,气罐由罐体和罐盖组件经罐体密封圈密封而成,罐盖组件上设置有阀嘴,阀嘴内有阀门,当阀门受压时即开,现有技术中,通常需要将罐体、罐盖组件、罐体密封圈组装在一起,对气罐抽真空,最后,灌入制冷剂,工作步骤比较多,需要用不同的设备加工。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种制冷剂灌装设备,多部工序在同一设备中完成。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种制冷剂灌装设备,其特征是,包括:
机架;
筒柱,其轴心设置有中心孔、侧壁设置有抽真空口和制冷剂灌装口,筒柱的顶部设置有密封外螺纹、底部端面设置有下密封圈,中心孔与抽真空口和制冷剂灌装口连通;
开阀杆,其插入中心孔,能在中心孔内上下移动;
密封螺母,拧入筒柱的密封外螺纹;
弹性密封圈,其紧套开阀杆且位于密封螺母和筒柱之间,能对中心孔的顶部进行密封;
活动支架,其中部镂空、底部与密封螺母固定;
封罐气缸,其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与活动支架的顶部固定;
定向板,两块,其开设有U字形槽,定向板固定在机架上,活动支架的两侧嵌入U字形槽且仅能沿着U字形槽上下移动;
开阀气缸,其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与开阀杆的顶部固定,开阀气缸设置在活动支架的镂空部;
外压桶,其与筒柱的中部固定,外压桶的内壁设置有压簧腔;
内压桶,其套装在外压桶内且套在筒柱外,内压桶相对于筒柱能上下移动,内压桶设置有外凸环、内凹弹性圈腔和内凹环,外凸环位于压簧腔内,内凹弹性圈腔位于内凹环下方;
压簧,放置在压簧腔内,当外压桶下移时,通过压簧施压给内压桶的外凸环,并且带动内压桶下移;
爪型模具,由多只组成,多只爪型模具按圆周排列且互相之间留有缝隙,爪型模具的顶部设置有凸块,该凸块插入内压桶的内凹环,爪型模具下部为弯脚;
爪型模具弹性圈,其部分嵌入内压桶的内凹弹性圈腔,爪型模具弹性圈能使爪型模具顶向筒柱,当筒柱下移,下密封圈压到气罐罐体顶部的罐盖组件时,筒柱通过触及弯脚,使弯脚朝外移动,弯脚的尖部顶向罐盖组件,形成罐盖组件内凹部,该罐盖组件内凹部嵌入气罐罐体顶部的内凹部使罐盖组件与气罐的罐体联为一体,罐盖组件与气罐罐体顶部之间设置有罐体密封圈,使得气罐成为密封罐;
真空泵,其经真空电磁阀连通抽真空口,当气罐成为密封罐后,开阀杆能插入气罐的阀嘴,打开其内的阀门对气罐抽真空;
计量泵,其输入端连通制冷剂源、输出端经计量电磁阀连通制冷剂灌装口,气罐抽真空完成后完成灌制冷剂;
工作台,其固定在机架上,工作台上设置有对气罐灌装时的定位块;
控制器,控制封罐气缸、开阀气缸、真空电磁阀、计量泵和计量电磁阀动作。
作为优选,所述开阀杆由大直径圆柱与小直径圆柱组成,大直径圆柱与筒柱中心孔的上部紧密接触,小直径圆柱外能流过制冷剂。
作为优选,所述弯脚为圆弧脚。
作为优选,所述筒柱的底部为锥形,该锥形与圆弧脚接触。
作为优选,所述爪型模具至少在六只。

活动支架22,其中部镂空、底部与密封螺母26固定;
封罐气缸21,其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与活动支架22的顶部固定;
定向板24,两块,其开设有U字形槽,定向板24固定在机架上,活动支架22的两侧嵌入U字形槽且仅能沿着U字形槽上下移动;
开阀气缸23,其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与开阀杆25的顶部固定,开阀气缸23设置在活动支架22的镂空部;
外压桶32,其与筒柱31的中部固定,外压桶32的内壁设置有压簧腔321;
内压桶35,其套装在外压桶32内且套在筒柱31外,内压桶35相对于筒柱31能上下移动,内压桶35设置有外凸环351、内凹弹性圈腔和内凹环,外凸环351位于压簧腔321内,内凹弹性圈腔位于内凹环下方;
压簧33,放置在压簧腔321内,当外压桶32下移时,通过压簧33施压给内压桶35的外凸环351,并且带动内压桶35下移;
爪型模具36,由多只组成,多只爪型模具36按圆周排列且互相之间留有缝隙,爪型模具36的顶部设置有凸块361,该凸块361插入内压桶35的内凹环,爪型模具36下部为弯脚362;
爪型模具弹性圈34,其部分嵌入内压桶35的内凹弹性圈腔,爪型模具弹性圈34能使爪型模具36顶向筒柱31,当筒柱31下移,下密封圈37压到气罐11罐体顶部的罐盖组件41时,筒柱31通过触及弯脚362,使弯脚362朝外移动,弯脚362的尖部顶向罐盖组件41,形成罐盖组件41内凹部,该罐盖组件41内凹部嵌入气罐11罐体顶部的内凹部111使罐盖组件41与气罐11的罐体联为一体,罐盖组件41与气罐11罐体顶部之间设置有罐体密封圈42,使得气罐11成为密封罐;
真空泵,其经真空电磁阀连通抽真空口291,当气罐11成为密封罐后,开阀杆25能插入气罐11的阀嘴,打开其内的阀门对气罐11抽真空;
计量泵,其输入端连通制冷剂源、输出端经计量电磁阀连通制冷剂灌装口292,气罐11抽真空完成后完成灌制冷剂;
工作台52,其固定在机架上,工作台52上设置有对气罐11灌装时的定位块51, 定位块51可选与气罐11适配的圆弧定位块;
控制器,控制封罐气缸21、开阀气缸23、真空电磁阀、计量泵和计量电磁阀动作。
开阀杆25由大直径圆柱与小直径圆柱251组成,大直径圆柱与筒柱31中心孔的上部紧密接触,小直径圆柱251外能流过制冷剂。
弯脚362为圆弧脚。
筒柱31的底部为锥形,该锥形与圆弧脚接触。
爪型模具36至少在六只。
本发明的工作原理是,先将气罐11的罐体放置在工作台52上,将罐盖组件41及罐体密封圈42放置在罐体的顶部,封罐气缸21动作,筒柱31带动外压桶32下移,通过压簧33带动内压桶35和爪型模具36下压罐盖组件41,当筒柱31继续下移时,触及弯脚362向外移动,使得罐盖组件41形状改变形成罐盖组件41内凹部并且嵌入气罐11罐体顶部的内凹部111使罐盖组件41与气罐11的罐体联为一体,筒柱31继续下移,使得下密封圈37紧贴罐盖组件41的顶面,开启开阀气缸23,开阀杆25插入气罐11的阀嘴,打开其内的阀门,开启真空电磁阀,真空泵对气罐抽真空,关闭真空电磁阀,开启计量泵和计量电磁阀将定量的制冷剂灌入气罐11内,灌装完成后,关闭计量泵和计量电磁阀,开阀气缸23、封罐气缸21依次复位,爪型模具36在爪型模具弹性圈34的作用下复位。等待下次灌装。

密封螺母(26),拧入筒柱(31)的密封外螺纹;
弹性密封圈(27),其紧套开阀杆(25)且位于密封螺母(26)和筒柱(31)之间,能对中心孔的顶部进行密封;
活动支架(22),其中部镂空、底部与密封螺母(26)固定;
封罐气缸(21),其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与活动支架(22)的顶部固定;
定向板(24),设有两块,其开设有U字形槽,定向板(24)固定在机架上,活动支架(22)的两侧嵌入U字形槽且仅能沿着U字形槽上下移动;
开阀气缸(23),其缸体与机架固定、活塞杆与开阀杆(25)的顶部固定,开阀气缸(23)设置在活动支架(22)的镂空部;
外压桶(32),其与筒柱(31)的中部固定,外压桶(32)的内壁设置有压簧腔(321);
内压桶(35),其套装在外压桶(32)内且套在筒柱(31)外,内压桶(35)相对于筒柱(31)能上下移动,内压桶(35)设置有外凸环(351)、内凹弹性圈腔和内凹环,外凸环(351)位于压簧腔(321)内,内凹弹性圈腔位于内凹环下方;
