本发明涉及一种监控摄像头安装支架,具体涉及一种监控万向调节支架。
背景技术
现有的监控摄像头固定支架分为传统的吊装万向支架、小型的万向两球珠支架和鸭嘴支架。传统吊装支架,设计托杆为圆管受力小万向部位一点支撑易损承重力小;小型的两珠万向支架,托杆两端用球珠固定承重极低万向调节支撑都不稳定;鸭嘴式支架,稳定整体结构稳定操作发杂功能单一不能吊装不能达到任意方位调节。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种监控万向调节支架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种监控万向调节支架,由底座、托杆、万向调节机构、压片和固定螺丝组成,底座设置若干与墙体连接的固定孔,托杆一端连接于底座,托杆的另一端设置弧形凸台,弧形凸台中间设置万向球卡孔,万向球卡孔一侧设置用于调节压片的轨道孔,万向调节机构包括万向球、设置在万向球顶部的螺杆和设置在螺杆上的紧固旋钮,压片本体中间设置万向球卡孔,万向球卡孔一侧设置螺栓孔,压片本体前端垂直设置卡台,卡台设置方形卡孔,固定螺丝穿过托杆的轨道孔和压片的螺栓孔从而将万向球卡接于托杆和压片的万向球卡孔中,万向球顶部的螺杆穿过压片的万向球卡孔与监控摄像头底部连接固定。
上述压片本体上的万向球卡孔和方形卡孔彼此连通,可用于大于90度的吊装调节。
本发明监控万向调节支架安装时,先将底座固定于墙上,固定螺丝穿过托杆的轨道孔和压片的螺栓孔从而将万向球卡接于托杆和压片的万向球卡孔中,万向球顶部的螺杆穿过压片的万向球卡孔与摄像头固定连接,万向球配合压片通过托杆上的轨道孔可滑到调节任意角度。
本发明的监控万向调节支架,万向球配合压片通过托杆上的轨道孔可滑到调节任意角度,适用于挂载监控摄像头及各领域小挂件调节万向角度,具有设计合理、调节方便和结构牢固的优点。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种监控万向调节支架,由底座1、托杆2、万向调节机构3、压片4和固定螺丝5组成,底座1设置若干与墙体连接的固定孔8,托杆2的杆体21一端连接于底座1,托杆2的杆体21另一端设置弧形凸台22,弧形凸台22中间设置万向球卡孔23,万向球卡孔23一侧设置用于调节压片的轨道孔24,万向调节机构3包括万向球、设置在万向球顶部的螺杆6和设置在螺杆6上的紧固旋钮7,压片4本体中间设置万向球卡孔41,万向球卡孔41一侧设置螺栓孔42,压片本体前端垂直设置卡台43,卡台43设置方形卡孔44,固定螺丝5穿过托杆2的轨道孔24和压片4的螺栓孔42从而将万向球卡接于托杆2的万向球卡孔23和压片4的万向球卡孔41中,万向球顶部的螺杆6穿过压片4的万向球卡孔41与监控摄像头底部连接固定,万向球顶部的螺杆6下部设置凸边9,压片本体上的万向球卡孔41和方形卡孔44彼此连通,可用于大于90度的吊装调节
