Background

The present invention relates to an adjustable glass clamping device of a glass lifter for a vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, the glass lifter is mainly installed at any place where glass is needed of a vehicle body (not shown in the figure), and comprises: the guide rail 100, the glass clamping device 500 slidingly connected to the guide rail 100, and the driving control device 900, wherein the glass (not shown) is clamped and fixed by the glass clamping devices 500, the driving control device 900 controls the glass clamping devices 500 to lift on the guide rail 100 through the driving members 1, the driving members 1 can be steel cables as shown in fig. 1, the steel cables are movably bridged between two ends of the guide rail 100 and are connected to the driving control device 900 in an extending manner, so that the driving control device 900 can control the steel cables to move along the length direction of the guide rail 100, and thus the glass clamping device 500 in the technical scheme can be driven to correspondingly slide on the guide rail 100, and the glass clamping device 500 drives the glass to move accordingly to achieve the lifting purpose.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the glass holding apparatus 500 of the present invention includes: a glass holder 5, a limiting member 6 and an adjusting screw 7.
The glass holder 5 is slidingly connected to the guide rail 100 and is of any possible construction, and in this embodiment is described as comprising a base 51, preferably a clamp 52 and a stiffener 53.
The clamp 52 has a clamping groove 521 for clamping the glass, and one and the other opposite surfaces, the base 51 is fixed to one surface of the clamp 52, the reinforcement 53 is fixed to the other surface of the clamp 52, and the clamp 52 is preferably fixed between the base 51 and the reinforcement 53 by a fixing member 54.
The base 51 has two screw connection portions 511, and in this embodiment, the base 51 is formed with two walls, each of which is provided with one screw connection portion 511; the base 51 further has a receiving space 512 between the two screw connection portions 511, and a plurality of inner walls surrounding each other are formed at positions corresponding to the receiving space 512 of the base 51, wherein the inner walls include a wall surface facing each other.
The limiting member 6 is fixedly connected to the driving member 1 and located at one position of the base 51, in this embodiment, the limiting member 6 is limited between a plurality of inner walls surrounding the accommodating space 512 by taking accommodating in the accommodating space 512 as an example; specifically, the limiting member 6 has a pivot portion 61 and a fixing portion 62 for fixing the driving member 1, wherein the fixing portion 62 can be a clamping slot for clamping and fixing the driving member 1, and the limiting member 6 is limited by the driving member 1 and can only move along with the driving member 1.
The adjusting screw 7 has two thread sections 71 and a limited portion 72 between the two thread sections 71, the limited portion 72 can be any type of unthreaded structure, in this embodiment, a smooth rod section is taken as an example, and the caliber of the smooth rod section is smaller than that of each thread section 71.
The two thread sections 71 of the adjusting screw 7 are rotatably screwed to the two screw connection portions 511 of the base 51 respectively, so that the limited portion 72 is located in the accommodating space 512 or between the two screw connection portions 511, and the pivot portion 61 of the limiting member 6 is pivoted to the limited portion 72 of the adjusting screw 7, so that the adjusting screw 7 is limited to the limiting member 6 and can rotate only about the axis thereof; the stopper 6 is equivalently fitted between two thread segments 71 having a large diameter of the adjusting screw 7 to perform stopper.
Accordingly, the limiting piece 6 can move along with the driving piece 1, and the limiting piece 6 is embedded between the two thread sections 71, so that the limiting piece 6 can drive the glass holder 5 to move together through the adjusting screw 7, so that the glass holder 5 can slide back and forth relative to the guide rail 100, and the purpose of controlling the glass to lift can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to enable the positioning element 6 to be reciprocally adjusted, the positioning element 6 is spaced from the inner wall surrounding the accommodating space 512 along the direction along which the driving element 1 reciprocally moves, specifically, two spacing distances D1 and D2 are respectively provided between two opposite ends of the positioning element 6 and two inner walls thereof, so that the positioning element 6 can be adjusted to abut against one of the two inner walls only in one direction and can be adjusted to abut against the other of the two inner walls in the other direction, in other words, the two spacing distances D1 and D2 are the lengths of the positioning element 6 that can be reciprocally adjusted (fine-adjusted).
As shown in fig. 6, when the glass is fixed to the plurality of glass holders 5 and the glass is skewed in the direction between the vehicle head and the vehicle tail, for example, if one side of the glass is higher, the adjusting screw 7 is only controlled to rotate in one direction (the adjusting screw 7 can only rotate but cannot move because of being limited), so that the glass holders 5 slide down along the guide rail 100 relative to the adjusting screw 7 (see arrow shown in fig. 6), that is, the spacing distance D1 is shortened (see fig. 4), and the originally higher side is adjusted by fine adjustment until one end of the limiting member 6 abuts against one of the two inner walls.
As shown in fig. 7, if one side of the glass is lowered, the adjusting screw 7 is controlled to rotate in the other direction, so that the glass holder 5 slides upward along the guide rail 100 (see arrow shown in fig. 7) relative to the adjusting screw 7, that is, the spacing distance D2 (see fig. 4) is shortened, so that the originally lowered side is adjusted by fine adjustment, and the maximum fine adjustment distance is until the other end of the limiting member 6 abuts against the other one of the two inner walls.
As shown in fig. 4, the adjusting screw 7 may have an adjusting portion 73, and the adjusting portion 73 may have any structure capable of rotating the adjusting screw 7, and in this embodiment, an inner polygonal screw hole is described as an example, so that the adjusting screw 7 can be controlled to rotate by using a tool having a corresponding outer polygonal shape.
Referring to fig. 1, a glass lifter having a glass clamping device 500 is mounted on a vehicle body, and in this embodiment, the glass lifter is described as being mounted on a vehicle door, so as to control lifting of a window glass, and fine-adjust the window glass having a skew condition after loading, so that the window glass can be completely closed with the vehicle body.
In summary, according to the present invention, the adjusting screw 7 is screwed on the glass holder 5, the adjusting screw 7 is limited by the limiting member 6 and can only rotate, the limiting member 6 can only move along with the driving member 1 and is limited in the accommodating space 512 of the glass holder 5, so that the fine adjustment can be performed for each glass holder 500, and the user can adjust the ascending or descending of one side edge of the glass only by controlling the adjusting screw 7 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, thereby having the effects of convenience, time saving and labor saving.
In addition, the technical scheme of the invention is particularly suitable for the vehicle types without window frames, because when the vehicle body does not have the window frames, the glass rises to the top and is not abutted against the window frames, but is abutted against the vehicle body, so that the situation that the vehicle body cannot be closed easily occurs, but by the aid of the glass clamping device 500 capable of being finely adjusted by the technical scheme, the upper edge of the rising glass and the vehicle body can be completely closed, and high precision and high quality of the vehicle types without window frames can be displayed.
