背景技术
[0002] 随着社会的发展,停车难问题日益凸显,地下停车库的需求日渐增多。常规的地下 停车库采用车库深井直接挖掘的方式,不仅工期长,而且施工中容易出现较多的问题。
[0003] 地下连续墙是一种稳定性较高、施工较为简单的建筑施工技术,如中国专利 CN107747308A公开的技术内容:一种地下连续墙施工方法,具体步骤包括:1)在地面通过 钢筋和混凝土将支撑墙与墙板浇筑成一体的预制墙体,同时将拉环通过钢柱一体浇筑于支 撑墙内;2)将钢筋笼固定于预制墙体内,形成半预制地下墙;3)在地面上采用一种挖槽机 械,沿着深开挖工程的周边轴线,在泥浆护壁条件下,开挖出一条狭长的深槽;4)对深槽内 部进行清渣,清渣后,通过吊车将安装有钢筋笼的预制墙体放置深槽内;依次将预制墙体放 置于深槽内,并将相邻预制墙体通过L型块与L型槽的配合连接成一体,再通过地面设置的 抵接装置对预制墙体上端进行抵接,防止预制墙体上浮;5)通过注浆管将混凝土注入钢筋 笼内以及相邻预制墙板的通槽内,逐渐通过混凝土将深槽内部浇筑满,再拔出注浆管;6) 再通过注浆管插设于预制墙体与深槽侧壁之间的间隙内进行浇筑混凝土,将间隙浇筑满后 拔出注浆管;7)再重复以上步骤,依次将若干预制墙体放置于深槽内,形成完整的地下连续 墙。
[0004] 上述技术方案通过在地面上预制墙体再放入地下来进行地下连续墙的施工,虽然 能够增强建筑对外界作用力的抵抗能力,但是由于地下停车库的单井通道面积并不大,如 此施工较为复杂、工期较长,比较适用于建筑栗站、水池、建筑物基坑、仓库等大面积的地下 建筑物,并不适用于需要追求工期短及安全性的地下停车库中。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,针对停 车库的具体形状及施工要求对传统地下连续墙进行了施工方法上的改进,依次建成的地下 停车库安全性好,施工工期短,效率极高。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案: 一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,包括以下步骤: A. 选定施工区域及停车库的通道数量,随后挖设相应长度的导沟并筑起与导沟长度相 同的导墙; B. 采用成槽机在泥浆护壁的条件下沿着导沟挖设槽段; C. 将接头管沿成槽机挖设的槽段的最边侧缓慢吊放直至触底; D •在成槽机挖设的槽段除接头管之外的空余处吊放入钢筋笼; E •在钢筋笼中防止多根浇捣管,并用浇捣管浇灌混凝土直至混凝土高度达到预设高度; F •在混凝土凝固后拔出接头管以形成单个墙体; G •里复上还A-F步骤,并通过接头将单个墙体连接在一起以形成地下连续墙,在连续墙 合围空间内进行开挖以形成停车库深井。
[0006]在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案: 所述接头为预制混凝土接头或止水钢板接头中的一种或多种;所述止水钢板接头为十 字型、工字型或王字型。由于深度较深的地下地下连续墙锁口管起拔阻力大,不容易控制拔 管时间,且锁口管与槽壁接触面小,容易造成混凝土绕流,给接头的处理造成困难,所以采 用不会发生上述问题的止水钢板接头或预制混凝土接头。
[0007]还包括以下步骤,根据地质情况的不同: 若施工区域底部的地址位于基岩,没有承压水,则直接浇筑底板进行封底; 若施工区域底部的地质位于圆砾层,承压水头高,则在深井开挖前对坑底土进行加固 处理,避免挖至坑底出现管涌,无法进行封底,所述加固处理为放置底板钢筋后注浆加固或 预打高压旋喷桩。
[0008]所述底板钢筋的放置方式为植筋方式,由于地下连续墙施工精度低,往往预埋不 准,因此采用开挖后植筋的方式可避免上述问题的发生。该底板钢筋与地下连续墙的钢筋 笼之间采用直螺纹接驳器和锚固钢筋进行连接。
[0009]还包括以下步骤:设置预埋件,采用土体开挖后植筋的方式进行设置。一般预埋件 的施工方式是在地下连续墙上预埋,锚板与锚筋穿孔塞焊,并与地下连续墙钢筋焊接固定, 避免钢筋下放时变形过大,影响定位精度。但是由于地下连续墙施工精度较差,预埋件常常 定位不准,无法使用,因此采用土体开挖后植筋的方式,类似于地上结构的幕墙后置埋件方 式,较为简单合理。
[0010] 所述停车库的通道数量大于一时,各停车库深井之间通过加设一段地下连续墙的 方式进行分隔,或采用分段开挖、分段施工以形成分隔墙的方式进行分隔。在多个停车库深 井设置时,中间采用结构受力构件进行分隔可减小地下连续墙的受力跨度,优势明显。采用 地下连续墙的方式进行分隔时,虽然造价稍高,但是挖土时不必施工支撑,挖土速度快,工 期短,井道结构的刚度较大;采用分隔墙的方式进行分隔时,造价较低,但挖土时需要施工 分隔墙,挖土速度受到一定影响,工期较慢。
[0011] 本发明的优点是:对传统的地下连续墙施工方法进行适应性改进,颠覆了传统地 下停车库的施工方法,使得以此建成的地下停车库安全性高、施工工期合理、施工效率高、 方法简单易管理,是现有多规格地下停车库深井的优选施工方法。

Claims (6)
1.一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 选定施工区域及停车库的通道数量,随后挖设相应长度的导沟并筑起与导沟长度相同 的导墙; 采用成槽机在泥浆护壁的条件下沿着导沟挖设槽段; 将接头管沿成槽机挖设的槽段的最边侧缓慢吊放直至触底; 在成槽机挖设的槽段除接头管之外的空余处吊放入钢筋笼; 在钢筋笼中防止多根浇捣管,并用浇捣管浇灌混凝土直至混凝土高度达到预设高度; 在混凝土凝固后拔出接头管以形成单个墙体; 重复上述A-F步骤,并通过接头将单个墙体连接在一起以形成地下连续墙,在连续墙合 围空间内进行开挖以形成停车库深井。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,所述接头 为预制混凝土接头或止水钢板接头中的一种或多种;所述止水钢板接头为十字型、工字型 或王字型。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以 下步骤: 若施工区域底部的地址位于基岩,则直接浇筑底板进行封底; 若施工区域底部的地质位于圆砾层,则在深井开挖前对坑底土进行加固处理,所述加 固处理为放置底板钢筋后注浆加固或预打高压旋喷桩。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,所述底板 钢筋的放置方式为植筋方式,该底板钢筋与地下连续墙的钢筋笼之间采用直螺纹接驳器和 锚固钢筋进行连接。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以 下步骤:设置预埋件,采用土体开挖后植筋的方式进行设置。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车库用地下连续墙的施工方法,其特征在于,所述停车 库的通道数量大于一时,各停车库深井之间通过加设一段地下连续墙的方式进行分隔,或 采用分段开挖、分段施工以形成分隔墙的方式进行分隔。
