本发明涉及一种防刺穿的轮胎材料。
背景技术
目前,在传统的汽车防刺穿的轮胎材料中,大多数的主要成份是天然橡胶或者合成橡胶,有的可以获得较大牵引力,但其磨损很快,缩短使用寿命;有的损坏较慢,但其抓地性能较差,影响使用安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防刺穿的轮胎材料。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防刺穿的轮胎材料,由以下体积份的原材料制成:天然橡胶30-35份、耐磨剂3-5份、PVC粉末50-65份、粘结剂10-20份、聚芳酰胺2-5份、促进剂2-3份、硫化剂5-10份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防刺穿的轮胎材料,成本低廉,制造出的轮胎寿命长、磨损慢、硬度高,可以防止一般的刺穿,保护了轮胎的正常使用。
