The concrete base surface treated by the embodiment has the advantages that the anti-seepage pressure is more than 1.2MPa, the water absorption rate in 48 hours is less than 1%, the increase rate of the compressive strength reaches more than 35%, and the concrete base surface has good anti-seepage and waterproof effects.

An all-water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent, which is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: sodium fluoride: 3-7 parts; sodium silicate: 5-25 parts; inorganic silica sol: 13-25 parts; sodium hydroxide: 3-7 parts of water: 38-67 parts.
2. An all-water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent according to claim 1, wherein: the inorganic silica sol is alkaline inorganic silica sol without a stabilizer.

An all-water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pH value of the alkaline non-stable formulation inorganic silica sol is 11.0-13.0; the average particle diameter of the inorganic silica sol colloidal particles of the alkaline non-stabilizer type is 3 to 19 nm.

A fully water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: sodium fluoride: 3-5 parts; sodium silicate: 5-10 parts; inorganic silica sol: 15-20 parts of a solvent; sodium hydroxide: 4-6 parts and water: 40-50 parts.

An all-water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent according to claim 4, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: sodium fluoride: 3 parts of a mixture; sodium silicate: 7 parts; inorganic silica sol: 16 parts of a mixture; sodium hydroxide: 5 parts and water: 44 parts.

An all-water-like inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent according to claim 4, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: sodium fluoride: 5 parts of a mixture; sodium silicate: 6 parts of (1); inorganic silica sol: 18 parts of a mixture; sodium hydroxide: 4 parts and water: 45 parts of the raw materials.
7. A method for preparing the full water-like inorganic penetration crystallization waterproofing agent according to claim 4, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
A. weighing each component according to the proportion parts, firstly dissolving sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide in water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
B. adding sodium fluoride into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a secondary mixed solution;
C. and adding inorganic silica sol into the secondary mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the full-water-sample inorganic capillary crystalline waterproofing agent.
