Abstract
本发明涉及用于由不同材料制成的管子以及由

紧、偶联和连接件。已知有许多种类型的流体管道,
例如,水管、污水管、煤气管、油管和其它管子以及软
管之类的管道。这些管道都是由管子或软管管段用
各种连接件互相连接起来的。从最广义的方面来说,
这种装置包括一有一起紧密作用的结构的相当宽的
金属带,所述金属带设计成包绕在一橡胶之类的材料
的带上并包绕在管子或软管上。
Description
本发明涉及用于由不同材料制成的管子以及由塑料、橡胶或类似材料制成流体管道之类的软管的夹紧、偶联和连接件。
已知有许多种类型的流体管道,例如,水管、污水管、煤气管、油管和其它管子以及软管之类的管道。这些管道都是由管子或软管管段用各种连接件互相连接起来的。
还已知市场上有大量的不同形状和构造的连接和接头件。
本发明涉及那种被称为夹紧式管接头的连接件,其用于但不仅限于已在喷漏流体的金属或合成材料管道的修理,特别适用于为了避免有关流体,例如液体或气体的损失,以及泄漏的后果可能损害环境而必须进行立即和迅速修理的场合。
从最广义的方面来说,这种装置包括一有一起紧密作用的结构的相当宽的金属带,所述金属带设计成包绕在一橡胶之类的材料的带上并包绕在管子或软管上。
本发明涉及这种被称之为而且尤其被称之为紧密或箍紧件的夹紧和接头件。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种用于修理管子的接头件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种易于固定在管子的破损部位上并很容易地将其包紧不漏的接头件。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种也可用于连接两个管子的端头的接头件。
根据本发明,提供了一种夹紧式接头及修理件,它包括一弯曲成象一个套筒结构的相当宽的金属带,金属带的两个自由边缘向外延伸并分别向外弯曲而包到一加强体上,所述两个向外延伸的部分互相不平行,并且向其边缘倾斜,有一个或多个板件覆靠在所述延伸部分上,所述板件和所述向外延伸部分上设有多个通孔,用多个螺栓穿过所述通孔,并在螺栓上拧上螺母。

首先参看图1,这种夹持和接头件包括金属带是以像一个套筒的样子套在要连接的两个对头的管子端头上,最好是管子和金属之间加一层垫料3,或者包绕在已在漏泄的导管的破损部位上,包绕上之后,使筒状部分1的两个自由边缘部分1′从筒状部分1的圆形空间2径向地向外延伸并弯曲。
延伸部分1′再弯回径向包住用于加强所述延伸部分的两个辅板4。延伸部分1′最好有鼓起的凸部5,在其中央设置通孔9,以便拧上多个螺栓6和螺母。螺栓穿过辅板4和延伸部分1′并穿过半球面垫块5。还有另一板件7使得可以对所述延伸部分施加压力。
通过旋紧螺栓6,两板段1′将被以显而易见的方式拉向一起。不论所述装置是处于“张开”位置还是“并合”位置,球面垫块5都能使所述螺母和螺栓保持相互平行。
可以看出,两个延伸部分1′并不是互相不平行的而且倾斜的,这样通过旋紧螺栓6,所述延伸部分的自由边缘互相接触,起一个支点轴的作用,使得可以正确拧紧。为了将这种新装置包绕在一给定的管子上,在延伸部分1′上设有多个槽8,它可以使得不必拆下螺栓6就能包绕到管子上。
图6表示本发明的装置的另一实施例,其中,代替球面垫块5的是将延伸部分1′沿一波浪线弯曲成一连续的纵向凸部,而当旋紧螺栓6时,两自由边缘接触在一起。
图7表示本发明的再一个实施例。同样,筒状部分1具有自由边缘1′,但这些部分被延伸并弯曲包绕一刚性体10。螺栓6穿过刚性体上的孔10′以及半球面压板7。两延伸部分1′之一上有一槽8,它使得可以不必拆下螺栓6而只让槽口8骑上或抽离螺栓6就能包上或取下筒状部分。
通过旋转螺栓6,两板段1′将以显而易见的方式拉向一起。半球面压板7使所述螺母保持在相同的位置上。再进一步旋紧螺栓,延伸部分1′的最外边缘1″将接触并起到一支点轴线的作用。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明的新接头件因有轴线或枢转支点是结构独特的。这一枢转支点使得这种接头件可以箍紧并起一个反作用点的作用。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于输送流体的管子和软管管道的夹持式接头件和修理件,它包括一相当宽的金属带(相对于有关管道的直径而言),所述金属带弯曲成一圆形的象套筒一样的结构,其两个自由边缘径向向外延伸并弯曲而包绕一加强体,所述向外延伸的边缘部分上设有通孔,有螺栓穿过所述通孔并且用螺母拧在所述螺栓上将所述两延伸部分压靠到一起,这样可以迅速地将所述筒状部分包绕在有关导道上。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述两个延伸部分不是互相平行的,所述两自由边缘起到一转动轴或反作用点的作用。
3、如权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于,有两个板件覆靠在两个延伸部分上。
4、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述延伸部分包围一具有通孔的刚性材料制成的加强体。
5、如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,有一半球面的压板垫在所述延伸部分上。
6、如权利要求4和5所述的装置,其特征在于,两个延伸部分之一上设置有槽口,其便于将所述筒状部分包绕到管道上或从其上取下。
