The invention discloses multifunctional cover-closing cutting equipment which comprises a certificate cover gluing mechanism, a certificate cover inner page cover-closing mechanism and a certificate die-cutting mechanism, wherein a certificate cover storage mechanism is connected with the certificate cover gluing mechanism through a first conveying mechanism, and a pneumatic manipulator is arranged corresponding to the certificate cover storage mechanism; the second conveying mechanism is arranged to connect the certificate cover gluing mechanism and the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism; the certificate inner page storage mechanism is connected with a certificate cover inner page covering mechanism through a third conveying mechanism, and a paper rubbing unit for conveying the certificate inner page to the third conveying mechanism is arranged in the certificate inner page storage mechanism; the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism is provided with an alignment positioning unit for aligning the certificate inner page with the certificate cover before covering; the fourth conveying mechanism is connected with the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism and the certificate die cutting mechanism. The invention can automatically complete the processing procedures of covering and closing the inner pages of the certificate and the cover of the certificate, cutting into books and stacking.

Background
In life, various certificates are used, such as membership cards, job title cards, house property cards, land cards, stock certificates, student certificates and the like; the types and sizes of these certificates are different, and most certificates are made manually.
With the development of technology, mechanical automation is a trend that manual operation is not blocked, and various certificate printing and processing devices are also available on the market. However, these printing and processing devices have certain limitations, and different devices are required to be used for processing certificates with different specifications, sizes and thicknesses, or manual processing is required, so that the processing cost is greatly increased and the manpower resource is wasted.

One structure of the mechanism for covering the inner page of the certificate cover comprises an upper constant pressure roller and a lower carrier roller, wherein the upper constant pressure roller and the lower carrier roller can automatically adjust the opposite rolling interval according to the covering thickness.
Further, a fifth conveying mechanism is arranged to connect the certificate die-cutting mechanism and the certificate stacking mechanism.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the multifunctional cover-closing and cutting equipment can automatically complete the processing process of covering and closing the inner pages of the certificate and the cover of the certificate and cutting the inner pages into books and stacking the inner pages of the certificate, and solves the problem that the inner pages of the certificate and the cover of the certificate are difficult to process on the same equipment due to different specifications, sizes and thicknesses of the certificate.

The invention discloses multifunctional laminating and cutting equipment, which structurally comprises a certificate cover storage mechanism 4, a certificate cover gluing mechanism 1, a certificate cover inner page laminating mechanism 2, a certificate die cutting mechanism 3 and a certificate stacking mechanism 13 which are sequentially arranged from left to right, wherein the certificate inner page storage mechanism 7 is arranged beside the rear side of the certificate cover inner page laminating mechanism 2, as shown in figure 1.
The certificate cover storage mechanism 4 is connected with the certificate cover gluing mechanism 1 through a first conveying mechanism 5, a pneumatic manipulator 6 is arranged corresponding to the certificate cover storage mechanism 4, and the pneumatic manipulator 6 can grasp and place a certificate cover 15 in the certificate cover storage mechanism 4 on the first conveying mechanism 5, as shown in fig. 1.
The certificate cover gluing mechanism 1 is connected with the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism 2 through a second conveying mechanism 8, and the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism 2 is provided with an alignment positioning unit 10, as shown in fig. 1.
The inner page storage mechanism 7 is connected with the inner page covering mechanism 2 of the certificate cover through a third conveying mechanism 9, a paper rubbing unit is arranged in the inner page storage mechanism 7, and the paper rubbing unit can convey the inner page of the certificate to an alignment positioning unit 10 on the inner page covering mechanism 2 of the certificate cover, as shown in fig. 1.
The inner page covering mechanism 2 of the certificate cover is connected with the certificate die-cutting mechanism 3 through a fourth conveying mechanism 11, and the certificate die-cutting mechanism 3 is connected with the certificate stacking mechanism 13 through a fifth conveying mechanism 12, as shown in fig. 1.
The certificate cover gluing mechanism 1 comprises an upper gluing roller 1-1 and a lower jacking roller 1-2, the lower jacking roller 1-2 can automatically adjust the opposite rolling interval between the upper gluing roller 1-1 and the lower jacking roller 1-2 according to the thickness of the certificate cover 15 in an up-and-down moving mode, a glue storage roller 1-3 is arranged beside the right side of the upper gluing roller 1-1, the glue storage roller 1-3 can automatically adjust the gap between the glue storage roller 1-3 and the gluing roller 1-1 according to the left-and-right movement of the thickness of the gluing layer, glue storage grooves for storing glue 14 are formed between the upper half roller surfaces of the upper gluing roller 1-1 and the glue storage roller 1-3, and the gap between the glue storage roller 1-3 and the glue storage roller 1-1 corresponds to the glue amount on the upper gluing roller 1-1, as shown in fig. 2.
The inner page covering mechanism 2 of the certificate cover comprises an upper constant pressure roller 2-1 and a lower carrier roller 2-2, wherein the upper constant pressure roller 2-1 can automatically adjust the opposite rolling interval between the upper constant pressure roller 2-1 and the lower carrier roller 2-2 according to the up and down movement of the covering thickness, and the opposite rolling interval is matched with the thickness of the inner page 16 of the certificate and the cover 15 of the certificate and the thickness of the glue layer 17 on the cover 15 of the certificate, as shown in figure 3.
The working steps of the invention are as follows:
1. the certificate cover 15 and the printed inner pages 16 are placed in the certificate cover store 4 and the inner pages store 7, respectively.
2. The air-operated robot 6 grips the certificate envelope 15 (back face up) and places it onto the first transport mechanism 5, and the paper-rubbing unit rubs the inner pages 16 of the certificate onto the third transport mechanism 9.
3. The first transporting mechanism 5 transports the certificate cover 15 between the upper glue roller 1-1 and the lower top pressure roller 1-2 of the certificate cover gluing mechanism 1, the upper glue roller 1-1 uniformly coats the back surface of the certificate cover 15 with a glue layer 17.
4. The second transport mechanism 8 transports the certificate cover 15 coated with the glue layer 17 to the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism 2, and the third transport mechanism 9 transports the certificate inner page 16 to the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism 2, with the certificate inner page 16 aligned on the back surface of the certificate cover 15 by the alignment positioning unit 10.
5. The aligned inner pages 16 and envelope 15 are bonded together by the upper constant pressure roller 2-1 and lower idler roller 2-2 being pressed together to form a certificate.
6. The fourth conveying mechanism 11 transmits the covered and compacted certificate to the certificate die-cutting mechanism 3, and the certificate is cut according to the required size by pressing a cutting knife after colliding with the positioning block.
7. The fifth conveying mechanism 12 transmits the cut certificate to the certificate stacking mechanism 13, and after the certificate is stacked to a certain height, an operator packs and removes the cut certificate, and the automatic packing machine can be matched, so that an automatic production process is realized.
The working process is monitored by a PLC programmable controller matched with various sensors, and corresponding executing mechanisms automatically complete covering, cutting and stacking of certificates according to instructions.

a certificate cover gluing mechanism (4) is arranged corresponding to the certificate cover gluing mechanism (1), the certificate cover gluing mechanism (4) is connected with the certificate cover gluing mechanism (1) through a first conveying mechanism (5), and a pneumatic manipulator (6) for grabbing a certificate cover (15) and placing the certificate cover (15) on the first conveying mechanism (5) is arranged corresponding to the certificate cover gluing mechanism (4);
the second conveying mechanism (8) is arranged to connect the certificate cover gluing mechanism (1) and the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism (2);
the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism (2) is correspondingly provided with a certificate inner page storing mechanism (7), the certificate inner page storing mechanism (7) is connected with the certificate cover inner page covering mechanism (2) through a third conveying mechanism (9), and a paper rubbing unit for conveying a certificate inner page (16) to the third conveying mechanism (9) is arranged in the certificate inner page storing mechanism (7);
