Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an automatic insert plate device with a liftable end of an integrated steel module is disposed at a discharge end of a conveying line 2 of the integrated steel module 1, and comprises a gantry frame 3, a lifting seat 4 and an automatic insert plate assembly 5. The gantry frame 3 comprises two upright posts 30 arranged at vertical intervals and a cross beam 31 connected between the tops of the two upright posts 30, two ends of the lifting seat 4 are assembled on the two upright posts 30 in a lifting manner through guide assemblies, the guide assemblies comprise linear guide rails 6 and sliding blocks 7, the linear guide rails 6 are vertically fixed on the upright posts 30, and the sliding blocks 7 are installed on the lifting seat 4. The automatic plugboard assembly 5 is fixed on the lifting seat 4 and is positioned on one side where the conveying line 2 is arranged.
The lifting seat 4 is connected with a lifting driving device, the lifting driving device comprises two lifting oil cylinders 8, each upright post 30 is provided with one lifting oil cylinder 8, the bottom ends of the two lifting oil cylinders 8 are connected to the upright posts 30, and the other ends of the two lifting oil cylinders are respectively connected to two ends of the lifting seat 4.
The supporting roller 9 is installed at the top of the lifting seat 4, and when the lifting seat 4 is in a descending state, the roller surface of the supporting roller 9 is just positioned at the bottom surface of the integrated steel module 1, so that the integrated steel module 1 is conveyed to play a supporting role.
When the integrated steel module 1 is subjected to the plate inserting operation, the lifting cylinder 8 drives the lifting seat 4 to be in a lifting state, at the moment, the conveying line 2 conveys the integrated steel module 1 in place, the automatic plate inserting operation is performed through the automatic plate inserting assembly 5, after the plate inserting operation is completed, the lifting cylinder 8 drives the lifting seat 4 to be in a descending state, no interference is formed on the integrated steel module 1, and therefore the integrated steel module 1 can be smoothly conveyed into the next process through the supporting roller 9.
