技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种补肾丸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活节奏的加快，生活压力大、肾透支的人越来越多。中医认为肾为“先天之本，后天之根”。肾藏精，精化气，气分阴阳。肾阴对脏腑组织器官起着滋养、濡润的作用，是人体阴液的根本；肾阳对脏腑经络组织器官起着推动、温煦的作用，是人体阳气的根本。肾阴与肾阳均以肾精为物质基础，维持着整体阴阳的相对平衡。肾虚多为精、气、阴、阳亏损，可因先天禀赋不足、后天失养、劳累过度、房事不节、久病亏损等所致。常见肾精不足证有：肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证、肾气不固证、肾虚水泛证和肾不纳气证。肾虚涉及心、脑、肺、肾、肝等多个系统疾病的不同病理阶段，尤其是在慢性肾炎、糖尿病、高血压病等病证的中、后期较为突出。
中国专利《一种补肾药》(专利申请号：CN201610034853.6)公开了一种补肾药，配方独特，加工方便，疗效明显，对男人房事疲倦，腰腿无力，眩目有特殊的功效。但是药效的吸收率较低，疗程长，且有副作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种补肾丸及其制备方法，通过以煅阴起石、松花粉提取物和猪血提取物为主要原料，同时辅以多种天然中草药为配料，成分搭配合理，无毒副作用，疗效快，同时具有养肾保健的功效。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石3～7份、松花粉提取物20～30份、猪血提取物7～12份、鹿角胶3～6份、白芍5～7份、黑芝麻10～13份、核桃10～13份、山药6～10份、芡实4～10份。
优选地，一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石4～6份、松花粉提取物22～28份、猪血提取物8～10份、鹿角胶4～5份、白芍5.5～6.5份、黑芝麻11～12份、核桃11～12份、山药7～9份、芡实6～8份。
优选地，一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石5份、松花粉提取物25份、猪血提取物9份、鹿角胶4.5份、白芍6份、黑芝麻11.6份、核桃11.6份、山药8份、芡实7份。
优选地，所述松花粉提取物的制备方法为：取松花粉加入5～15倍量质量分数为40～99％的乙醇溶液，于60℃下重复提取1～4次，每次提取0.5～2h；合并滤液，滤去药渣，减压浓缩，得松花粉提取物。
优选地，所述猪血提取物的制备方法为：取猪血除去水液，将有形成分高速破碎；收集血浆，静置20min，除去杂猪血；加入5倍量90％乙醇溶液煮沸，放冷至30～60℃，分离乙醇，收集固形物；再次加入3倍量乙醇浸泡10～30h，分离乙醇，收集固形物；按比例为20:1加入木瓜酶，搅拌均匀，干燥，得猪血提取物。
优选地，一种补肾丸的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取煅阴起石、鹿角胶、白芍、黑芝麻、核桃、山药和芡实混合，加入5～8倍量的水浸泡0.5h，煎煮1h，过滤，药渣再次加入8倍量的水，煎煮1h，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，得中药浓缩液；
(2)在中药浓缩液中加入松花粉提取物和猪血提取物并搅拌均匀，投入微波萃取装置中进行微波萃取2次，萃取功率为400～600W，每次萃取4～8min，每次加入70％乙醇的量为浓缩液重量的2倍，得萃取液，浓缩干燥，每100g粉末加炼蜜100g制成大蜜丸，即得本发明制备的补肾丸。
本发明所述各主要功能成分作用机理如下：
阴起石是一种短纤维的石棉类矿石，其多与阳起石伴生。性味温，咸；归肾经。具有补肾益阴、温补命门、治遗精早泄、白带血浊等功效。可用于肾阳虚的阳痿、下焦虚寒、宫冷、症瘕崩漏、腰膝冷痹等。在发明中取其补肾益阴、温补命门、治遗精早泄、白带血浊之功效。
松花粉含有松树植株所具有的一切营养成分和生命活性物质，其中有多种蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、多种矿物质元素、近百种酶和辅酶等，且搭配合理能够全部补充、均衡人体所需的营养，具有提高免疫力、抗衰老、抗疲劳、补肝肾、滋五脏、益精血、降血脂和养颜等功效。在本发明中起到养肾保健的作用。
猪血提取物中含有丰富的血红素铁，铁元素是合成血红蛋白的主要原料，及时补充能够有效的治疗缺铁性贫血，能够提高机体造血和补血能力，可在短期内快速改善贫血症状。在本发明中可有效提高药物的滋阴养肾效果。
黑芝麻，具有补肝肾，滋五脏，益精血，润肠燥的功效。核桃，能补肾固精，为滋补强壮食品，肉能润养，皮能敛涩。山药，具有健脾胃、益肺肾、补虚嬴功效，用于治疗少便溏、虚劳、喘咳、尿频、带下、消渴。芡实，有固肾涩精、补脾止泄之效，主湿痹腰脊膝痛，补中除暴疾，益精气，强志，令耳目聪明。
本发明具备以下有益效果：
本发明制备的补肾丸通过以煅阴起石、松花粉提取物和猪血提取物为主要原料，同时辅以多种天然中草药为配料，成分搭配合理，不仅含有均衡人体所需的多种营养，更具有温补壮阳、益精温肾、滋阴补血、暖腰膝、抗疲劳、补充体力、养肾保健等功效。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石3份、松花粉提取物20份、猪血提取物7份、鹿角胶3份、白芍5份、黑芝麻10份、核桃10份、山药6份、芡实4份。
所述松花粉提取物的制备方法为：取松花粉加入5～15倍量质量分数为40～99％的乙醇溶液，于60℃下重复提取1～4次，每次提取0.5～2h；合并滤液，滤去药渣，减压浓缩，得松花粉提取物。
所述猪血提取物的制备方法为：取猪血除去水液，将有形成分高速破碎；收集血浆，静置20min，除去杂猪血；加入5倍量90％乙醇溶液煮沸，放冷至30～60℃，分离乙醇，收集固形物；再次加入3倍量乙醇浸泡10～30h，分离乙醇，收集固形物；按比例为20:1加入木瓜酶，搅拌均匀，干燥，得猪血提取物。
一种补肾丸的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取煅阴起石、鹿角胶、白芍、黑芝麻、核桃、山药和芡实混合，加入5～8倍量的水浸泡0.5h，煎煮1h，过滤，药渣再次加入8倍量的水，煎煮1h，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，得中药浓缩液；
(2)在中药浓缩液中加入松花粉提取物和猪血提取物并搅拌均匀，投入微波萃取装置中进行微波萃取2次，萃取功率为400～600W，每次萃取4～8min，每次加入70％乙醇的量为浓缩液重量的2倍，得萃取液，浓缩干燥，每100g粉末加炼蜜100g制成大蜜丸，即得本发明制备的补肾丸。

一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石4份、松花粉提取物22份、猪血提取物8份、鹿角胶4份、白芍5.5份、黑芝麻11份、核桃11份、山药7份、芡实6份。
实施例3
一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石5份、松花粉提取物25份、猪血提取物9份、鹿角胶4.5份、白芍6份、黑芝麻11.6份、核桃11.6份、山药8份、芡实7份。
实施例4
一种补肾丸，以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石6份、松花粉提取物28份、猪血提取物10份、鹿角胶5份、白芍6.5份、黑芝麻12份、核桃12份、山药9份、芡实8份。
实施例5
一种补肾丸，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石7份、松花粉提取物30份、猪血提取物12份、鹿角胶6份、白芍7份、黑芝麻13份、核桃13份、山药10份、芡实10份。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于，在制备的补肾丸中没有添加煅阴起石。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于，在制备的补肾丸中没有添加松花粉提取物。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于，在制备的补肾丸中没有添加猪血提取物。
功效验证
选择240例肾虚患者进行实验，年龄为30-70岁，主要症状：头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、失眠多梦、盗汗遗精、五心烦热、咽干肿痛、四肢无力、尿频尿急、性事不利等2种症状及以上。随机分成8组，每组30例，对以上患者分别服用本发明实施例1-5和对比例1-3制备的补肾丸，早晚各服药一粒，7天为一疗程，连续服用三个疗程后观察并记录患者的治疗情况，结果如下表1所示：
疗效评价标准：
显效：头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、失眠多梦、盗汗遗精、五心烦热、咽干肿痛、四肢无力、尿频尿急、性事不利等症状几乎消失；
有效：以上症状有明显改善；
无效：以上症状无改善。

由上表可知，通过实施例1与对比例1的对比可知，在制备的补肾丸中添加煅阴起石，可将肾虚患者各种症状得到改善的有效率提高26.6％；通过实施例1与对比例2的对比可知，在制备的补肾丸中添加松花粉提取物，可将肾虚患者各种症状得到改善的有效率提高16.6％；通过实施例1与对比例3的对比可知，在制备的补肾丸中添加猪血提取物，可将肾虚患者各种症状得到改善的有效率提高20.0％。具体实例：
钟某，女，38岁，宫寒疼经，胃肠胀气，下阴坠疼，乳腺增生，色斑，白带多，服用本发明实施例1制备的补肾丸，三个疗程后，各种妇科炎症消失，淡化色斑，面如桃花。
佘某，男，56岁，频繁出现咽干肿痛、四肢无力、尿频尿急、性事不利等症状，服用本发明实施例4制备的补肾丸，两个疗程后以上症状得到明显改善，继续服用三个疗程后症状几乎消失。
综上可知，本发明制备的补肾丸具有显著的滋阴养肾效果，而在其中加入煅阴起石、松花粉提取物和猪血提取物，均可有效提高肾虚患者的治疗效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种补肾丸，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石3～7份、松花粉提取物20～30份、猪血提取物7～12份、鹿角胶3～6份、白芍5～7份、黑芝麻10～13份、核桃10～13份、山药6～10份、芡实4～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补肾丸，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石4～6份、松花粉提取物22～28份、猪血提取物8～10份、鹿角胶4～5份、白芍5.5～6.5份、黑芝麻11～12份、核桃11～12份、山药7～9份、芡实6～8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种补肾丸，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原材料组成：煅阴起石5份、松花粉提取物25份、猪血提取物9份、鹿角胶4.5份、白芍6份、黑芝麻11.6份、核桃11.6份、山药8份、芡实7份。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的一种补肾丸，其特征在于，所述松花粉提取物的制备方法为：取松花粉加入5～15倍量质量分数为40～99％的乙醇溶液，于60℃下重复提取1～4次，每次提取0.5～2h；合并滤液，滤去药渣，减压浓缩，得松花粉提取物。
5.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的一种补肾丸，其特征在于，所述猪血提取物的制备方法为：取猪血除去水液，将有形成分高速破碎；收集血浆，静置20min，除去杂猪血；加入5倍量90％乙醇溶液煮沸，放冷至30～60℃，分离乙醇，收集固形物；再次加入3倍量乙醇浸泡10～30h，分离乙醇，收集固形物；按比例为20:1加入木瓜酶，搅拌均匀，干燥，得猪血提取物。
6.一种制备如权利要求1～5任一项所述的一种补肾丸的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)取煅阴起石、鹿角胶、白芍、黑芝麻、核桃、山药和芡实混合，加入5～8倍量的水浸泡0.5h，煎煮1h，过滤，药渣再次加入8倍量的水，煎煮1h，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.05，得中药浓缩液；
(2)在中药浓缩液中加入松花粉提取物和猪血提取物并搅拌均匀，投入微波萃取装置中进行微波萃取2次，萃取功率为400～600W，每次萃取4～8min，每次加入70％乙醇的量为浓缩液重量的2倍，得萃取液，浓缩干燥，每100g粉末加炼蜜100g制成大蜜丸，即得本发明制备的补肾丸。
