Abstract

本发明公开了一种双导流复合芯体,包括隔水层和外包覆层,所述隔水层的两侧对称固定有吸水层,所述吸水层包括内包覆层、吸水性颗粒和膨松棉,所述内包覆层呈凸台状结构,所述膨松棉固定在内包覆层内部的中部,所述吸水性颗粒填充在内包覆层内部,所述内包覆层远离隔水层的一侧固定有导流层,所述导流层远离内包覆层的一侧固定有面层,所述外包覆层包裹在隔水层、吸水层、导流层和面层的外侧,且外包覆层的顶部设有开口,所述外包覆层顶部的内侧固定有尼龙钩带,此双导流复合芯体,通过对两个面层位置的变换,使复合芯材可使用两次,减少了对包装材料的浪费,而且可对体液进行集中吸收,提高了吸水材料的应用率和复合芯材的吸水性能。

一种双导流复合芯体
技术领域
本发明涉及复合芯材技术领域,具体为一种双导流复合芯体。
背景技术
吸收芯体是一次性吸收用品最重要的组成部分,一次性吸收用品性能的优劣主要由吸收芯体决定,例如吸水性、保持性、扩散性等。
复合型吸收芯材常作为尿不湿的制作材料,现有技术的复合型吸收芯材大多只有一个导流面,使尿不湿产品只能使用一次,这样对尿不湿产品的包装材料造成大量的浪费,而且现有复合芯材的吸水层排布均匀,不能根据婴儿的身体部位对体液进行集中吸收,降低了复合芯材吸水性能的同时,导致部分吸水材料不能充分应用。为此,我们提出一种双导流复合芯体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双导流复合芯体,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双导流复合芯体,包括隔水层和外包覆层,所述隔水层的两侧对称固定有吸水层,所述吸水层包括内包覆层、吸水性颗粒和膨松棉,所述内包覆层呈凸台状结构,所述膨松棉固定在内包覆层内部的中部,所述吸水性颗粒填充在内包覆层内部,所述内包覆层远离隔水层的一侧固定有导流层,所述导流层远离内包覆层的一侧固定有面层,所述外包覆层包裹在隔水层、吸水层、导流层和面层的外侧,且外包覆层的顶部设有开口,所述外包覆层顶部的内侧固定有尼龙钩带,所述面层远离导流层一侧与尼龙钩带对应的位置固定有尼龙绒带,所述面层顶部的尼龙绒带与尼龙钩带粘接。
优选的,所述膨松棉呈凸台状结构,且与内包覆层的形状保持一致。
优选的,所述导流层呈“凹字”型结构,且与内包覆层远离吸水层的一侧贴合。
优选的,所述尼龙钩带设有六个,且六个尼龙钩带对称固定在外包覆层顶部的内壁上。
优选的,所述膨松棉的两侧对称固定有多个限位网,且多个限位网分别与内包覆层顶部和底部的内壁固定。
优选的,所述吸水性颗粒由高吸收性树脂材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过对两个面层位置的变换,使复合芯材可使用两次,减少了对包装材料的浪费,而且可对体液进行集中吸收,提高了吸水材料的应用率和复合芯材的吸水性能,使用时,通过导流层将面层表面的体液进行传导,通过内包覆层内部的吸水性颗粒可以对体液进行吸收,内包覆层呈凸台状结构,使内包覆层中间部位填充的吸水性颗粒较多,通过隔水层可以防止吸水层内部的体液向下扩散,满足了复合芯材对体液的集中吸收,通过尼龙钩带与尼龙绒带之间的粘结作用,对面层的位置进行固定,当一侧的面层使用过后,可将另一侧的面层固定到顶部,实现了复合芯材的两次使用。
2、本发明膨松棉呈凸台状结构,且与内包覆层的形状保持一致,使膨松棉两侧的吸水性颗粒填充的更加均匀,导流层呈“凹字”型结构,且与内包覆层远离吸水层的一侧贴合,使复合芯材更加平整,尼龙钩带设有六个,且六个尼龙钩带对称固定在外包覆层顶部的内壁上,使面层与外包覆层的固定更加稳定,膨松棉的两侧对称固定有多个限位网,且多个限位网分别与内包覆层顶部和底部的内壁固定,通过限位网可对吸水性颗粒的位置起到限位作用,防止了吸水性颗粒聚集在一起,吸水性颗粒由高吸收性树脂材料制成,吸水性强。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种双导流复合芯体,包括隔水层1和外包覆层8,所述隔水层1的两侧对称固定有吸水层2,所述吸水层2包括内包覆层3、吸水性颗粒4和膨松棉5,所述内包覆层3呈凸台状结构,所述膨松棉5固定在内包覆层3内部的中部,所述吸水性颗粒4填充在内包覆层3内部,所述内包覆层3远离隔水层1的一侧固定有导流层6,所述导流层6远离内包覆层3的一侧固定有面层7,所述外包覆层8包裹在隔水层1、吸水层2、导流层6和面层7的外侧,且外包覆层8的顶部设有开口9,所述外包覆层8顶部的内侧固定有尼龙钩带10,所述面层7远离导流层6一侧与尼龙钩带10对应的位置固定有尼龙绒带11,所述面层7顶部的尼龙绒带11与尼龙钩带10粘接。
所述膨松棉5呈凸台状结构,且与内包覆层3的形状保持一致,使膨松棉5两侧的吸水性颗粒4填充的更加均匀。
所述导流层6呈“凹字”型结构,且与内包覆层3远离吸水层2的一侧贴合,使复合芯材更加平整。
所述尼龙钩带10设有六个,且六个尼龙钩带10对称固定在外包覆层8顶部的内壁上,使面层7与外包覆层8的固定更加稳定。
所述膨松棉5的两侧对称固定有多个限位网12,且多个限位网12分别与内包覆层3顶部和底部的内壁固定,通过限位网12可对吸水性颗粒4的位置起到限位作用,防止了吸水性颗粒4聚集在一起。
所述吸水性颗粒4由高吸收性树脂材料制成,吸水性强。
工作原理:通过对两个面层7位置的变换,使复合芯材可使用两次,减少了对包装材料的浪费,而且可对体液进行集中吸收,提高了吸水材料的应用率和复合芯材的吸水性能,使用时,通过导流层6将面层7表面的体液进行传导,通过内包覆层3内部的吸水性颗粒4可以对体液进行吸收,内包覆层3呈凸台状结构,使内包覆层3中间部位填充的吸水性颗粒4较多,通过隔水层1可以防止吸水层2内部的体液向下扩散,满足了复合芯材对体液的集中吸收,通过尼龙钩带10与尼龙绒带11之间的粘结作用,对面层7的位置进行固定,当一侧的面层7使用过后,可将另一侧的面层7固定到顶部,实现了复合芯材的两次使用。

1.一种双导流复合芯体,包括隔水层(1)和外包覆层(8),其特征在于:所述隔水层(1)的两侧对称固定有吸水层(2),所述吸水层(2)包括内包覆层(3)、吸水性颗粒(4)和膨松棉(5),所述内包覆层(3)呈凸台状结构,所述膨松棉(5)固定在内包覆层(3)内部的中部,所述吸水性颗粒(4)填充在内包覆层(3)内部,所述内包覆层(3)远离隔水层(1)的一侧固定有导流层(6),所述导流层(6)远离内包覆层(3)的一侧固定有面层(7),所述外包覆层(8)包裹在隔水层(1)、吸水层(2)、导流层(6)和面层(7)的外侧,且外包覆层(8)的顶部设有开口(9),所述外包覆层(8)顶部的内侧固定有尼龙钩带(10),所述面层(7)远离导流层(6)一侧与尼龙钩带(10)对应的位置固定有尼龙绒带(11),所述面层(7)顶部的尼龙绒带(11)与尼龙钩带(10)粘接,通过对两个面层(7)位置的变换使复合芯材可使用两次;
所述膨松棉(5)呈凸台状结构,且与内包覆层(3)的形状保持一致;
所述导流层(6)呈“凹字”型结构,且与内包覆层(3)远离吸水层(2)的一侧贴合;
所述膨松棉(5)的两侧对称固定有多个限位网(12),且多个限位网(12)分别与内包覆层(3)顶部和底部的内壁固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双导流复合芯体,其特征在于:所述尼龙钩带(10)设有六个,且六个尼龙钩带(10)对称固定在外包覆层(8)顶部的内壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双导流复合芯体,其特征在于:所述吸水性颗粒(4)由高吸收性树脂材料制成。
