In operation, water flows from the lower part of the cylindrical shell 32, flows through the inside of the cylindrical shell 32, enters the spherical shell 31, and is sprayed out from the slits 311 on the wall of the spherical shell 31. The four spray heads spray water into the dish washer from different directions, so that the dish washer has the advantages of large spray angle and wide spray range, and can realize effective cleaning in a larger range.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, an embodiment of a waterway system of a dishwasher of the present invention includes a water pump 5, a lower waterway 4, a lower spray arm 7, an upper waterway 2, an upper spray arm 1, and a spray head assembly provided in the present invention. The water pump 5 is fixed at the lower part of the bottom shell 6 and comprises an upper outlet a 51, an upper outlet b 52, a rear outlet 53 and a water inlet 54; the upper outlet a 51 is connected to the water inlet of the lower spray arm 7, the upper outlet b 52 is connected to the water inlet of the lower water passage 4, and the rear outlet 53 is connected to the upper water passage 2. The lower spray arm 7 is located above the bottom shell 6. The lower waterway 4 is located at the lower part of the bottom shell 6 and has a water inlet and four water outlets, the four water outlets are respectively connected with the water inlets at the lower ends of the cylindrical shells 32 of the four nozzles 3, and the nozzles 3 are located above the bottom shell 6. The upper waterway 2 bypasses the lower bowl basket 8 from the rear and is connected with the upper spray arm 1, and the upper spray arm 1 is positioned below the upper bowl basket 9.
When the water pump works, water flow enters the water pump from the water inlet 54 of the water pump 5, and is divided into three paths to flow out after being pressurized. One path of the cleaning solution flows out from the upper outlet a 51, enters the lower spray arm 7, is sprayed to the lower bowl basket 8 through a nozzle of the lower spray arm 7, and cleans the tableware in the lower bowl basket 8; the other path flows out from an upper outlet b 52, enters a lower waterway 4, enters water inlets of four spray heads 3 through four outlets of the lower waterway 4 respectively, is sprayed and cleaned in multiple directions, and the third path is injected into an upper waterway 2 through a rear outlet 53, enters an upper spray arm 1 through the upper waterway 2, is sprayed to an upper bowl basket 9 through a nozzle of the upper spray arm 1, and cleans tableware in the upper bowl basket 9.
According to the waterway system, under the traditional spray cleaning mode of the upper spray arm and the lower spray arm, a plurality of spray heads are additionally arranged for carrying out multidirectional additional cleaning, so that the cleaning effect is greatly improved.
The dish washer using the waterway system as shown in fig. 8-9 can wash tableware in all directions without dead angles, effectively improves the washing performance of the dish washer, and has low manufacturing cost, low failure rate and good stability.
