Abstract
本发明一种农药组合物,其中有效活性组分由活性成分A和活性成分B组成的,活性成分A为丙硫菌唑,活性成分B为苦参碱;所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为15∶1~42.75∶1;所述组合物以丙硫菌唑和苦参碱为有活性成分配以农药助剂以及填料制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型;所述的剂型是乳油、水剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂;所述的助剂有溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂。本发明组合物有效活性成分丙硫菌唑与苦参碱在给定的范围内表现出很好的增效作用,防效明显高于单剂,用料少;本发明所述组合物能够对于小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病有特效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种农药组合物。
背景技术
白粉病,是自幼苗到抽穗均可发病。主要危害小麦叶片,也危害茎和穗子。在叶片上开始产生黄色小点,而后扩大发展成圆形或椭圆形病斑,表面生有白色粉状霉层。一般情况下部叶片比上部叶片多,叶片背面比正面多。霉斑早期单独分散,后联合成一个大霉斑,甚至可以覆盖全叶,严重影响光合作用,使正常新陈代谢受到干扰,造成早衰,产量受到损失。
霜霉病是由真菌中的霜霉菌引起的植物病害。是一种专性寄生菌,从幼苗到收获各阶段均可发生,以成株受害较重。主要危害叶片,由基部向上部叶发展。发病初期在叶面形成浅黄色近圆形至多角形病斑,容易并发角斑病,空气潮湿时叶背产生霜状霉层,有时可蔓延到叶面。后期病斑枯死连片,呈黄褐色,严重时全部外叶枯黄死亡,类似黄萎病。
因此,开发新的高效、低毒、安全的复配杀菌剂防治小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病具有重要的意义。
为了解决此问题,特此提出本发明。
发明内容
丙硫菌唑是公司研制的一种新型广谱三唑硫酮类杀菌剂,主要用于防治谷类、麦类豆类作物等众多病害,丙硫菌唑毒性低,无致畸,致突变型,对胚胎无毒性,对人和环境安全。其作用机理是抑制真菌中甾醇的前体---羊毛甾醇或2,4-亚甲基二氢羊毛甾14位上的脱甲基化作用。主要用于防治禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦、油菜和豆类作物等众多病害。几乎对所有麦类病害都有很好的防治效果,如小麦和大麦的白粉病、纹枯病等。还能防治油莱和花生的土传病害,如菌核病,以及主要叶面病害,如灰霉病、霜霉病、褐斑病和锈病等。
丙硫菌唑结构图式:
苦参碱C15H24N2O,CAS号:519-02-8,是苦参提取物中的一种生物碱,对 害虫具有触杀、胃毒、内吸、忌避、拒食、绝育、干拢脱皮、麻痹神经中枢系统, 虫体蛋白凝固、虫体气孔堵死,害虫窒息死亡等生物活性。靶标大,多点位追杀, 能抑制抗药性的产生,对已经产生抗性的害虫仍有很强的活性。能抑制菌体的生 物合成,又能影响菌丝体的生物氧化过程,而且杀菌谱较广,对真菌、细菌、病 毒均有抑制作用,杀菌机理是抑制菌体生物合成,影响菌体的生物氧化过程。苦 参碱对植物还有明显的刺激生长功能,是一种环保型,属无残留低毒农药产品。

本发明的目的在于提出一种农药组合物,使其防治小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病,该组合物的有效成分为化学农药丙硫菌唑与植物源农药苦参碱复配,并防止病菌抗性的产生或延缓抗性速度,使用成本低、防效好的杀菌组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种农药组合物,其中有效活性组分由活性成分A和活性成分B组成的,活性成分A为丙硫菌唑,活性成分B为苦参碱。
优选的,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为15∶1~42.75∶1。
在一个实施例中,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为19∶1。
在一个实施例中,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为29∶1。
在一个实施例中,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为36.5∶1。
在一个实施例中,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为39∶1。
所述的农药组合物,两个有效成分的作用机理不同,两者复配,具有一定的互补作用和增效作用。
所述的丙硫菌唑和苦参碱为有活性成分的组合物按照本领域技术人员所公知的方法,加入相应的助剂及填料,可以制成乳油、水剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂等剂型。
所述的助剂有溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂。
所述的溶剂选自:二甲苯、100号溶剂油、150号溶剂油、200号溶剂油、甲醛中的一种或多种。
所述的助溶剂选自:甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、环己酮、甲苯、丙酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种
所述的乳化剂选自:脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、农乳500号、农乳700号、烷基糖苷、α-烯基磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
所述的分散剂选自:木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
所述湿润剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、皂角粉、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、蚕沙、无患子粉、茶枯粉中的一种或多种。
所述的崩解剂选自:膨润土、硫酸铵、氯化铝、尿素、氯化镁、葡萄糖中的一种或多种。
所述的粘结剂选自:淀粉、硅藻土、环糊精、PVA、松香、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素中的一种或多种。
所述的消泡剂选自:C8-210脂肪醇类化合物、环氧大豆油、乙醇、硅酮类化合物、有机硅油、C10-C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物中的一种或多种。
所述的抗冻剂选自:山梨醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、尿素、氯化钠中的一种或多种。
所述的增稠剂选自:明胶、黄原胶、聚乙二醇、有机膨润土、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
所述填料选自:轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、聚乙烯醇水溶液、水中的一种或多种。
所述的pH调节剂选自:盐酸、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、氯化铵中的一种或多种。
本发明的组合物主要用于防治小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明组合物有效活性成分丙硫菌唑与苦参碱在给定的范围内表现出很好的增效作用,防效明显高于单剂,用料少;丙硫菌唑与苦参碱按不同比例复配后,对农业病害的防治效果明显提高,在防治效果相同的情况下,大大降低了有效成分的使用量,从而降低了对环境的危害以及延缓了病原菌的抗性。
(2)本发明所述组合物能够对于小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病有特效。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本文,下面将结合案例对本发明提出的组合物进行详细说明,实验中所用25%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(美国默赛技术公司)从市场购买得到。
实施例1:40%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱悬浮剂
丙硫菌唑39%、苦参碱1%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%、木质素磺酸钙4.5%、乙二醇3%、黄原胶0.3%、有机硅油0.15%、去离子水补足100%。将以上原料按常规配制悬浮剂的方法混合制得40%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱悬浮剂。
实施例2:16%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱微囊悬浮剂
丙硫菌唑15.0%、苦参碱1.0%、二甲苯5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钙3%、乙二醇3%、明胶0.3%、有机硅油0.2%、尿素18%、甲醛37%、氯化铵4%、盐酸3%、水5.5%。将以上原料按常规配制微囊悬浮剂的方法混合制得16%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱微囊悬浮剂。
实施例3:15%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱乳油
丙硫菌唑14.6%、苦参碱0.4%、农乳500号3%、农乳700号4%、二甲苯8%、甲醇3%、200号溶剂油补足100%。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法混合制得15%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱乳油。
实施例4:10%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水剂
丙硫菌唑9.5%、苦参碱0.5%、α-烯基磺酸钠4%、烷基糖苷3%、皂角粉2%、去离子水补足100%将以上原料按常规配制水剂的方法混合制得10%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水剂。
实施例5:30%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱可湿性粉剂
丙硫菌唑29%、苦参碱1%、茶枯粉4%、木质素磺酸钠3%、硅藻土补足100%。将以上原料按照常规配制可湿性粉剂的方法混合制得30%的丙硫菌唑·苦参碱可湿性粉剂。
实施例6:12%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱微乳剂
丙硫菌唑11.7%、苦参碱0.3%、二甲苯2%、甲醇3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙5%、α-烯基磺酸钠4%、去离子水补足100%。将以上原料按照常规配制微乳剂的方法制得12%的丙硫菌唑·苦参碱微乳剂。
实施例7:35%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水分散粒剂
丙硫菌唑34.2%、苦参碱0.8%、木质素磺酸钠5%、硫酸铵3%、聚羧酸盐3%、淀粉2%、凹凸棒土补足100%。将以上原料按照常规配制水分散粒剂的方法混合制得到35%的丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水分散粒剂。
实施例8:20%%丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水乳剂
丙硫菌唑19%、苦参碱1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5%、聚羧酸盐4%、淀粉2%、烷基糖苷2.5%、丙二醇4%、去离子水补足100%。将以上原料按照常规配制水乳剂的方法混合制得到20%的丙硫菌唑·苦参碱水乳剂。
实施例应用一:丙硫菌唑与与苦参碱复配的室内毒力测定
1、丙硫菌唑和与苦参碱不同配比联合毒力测试
1.1供试药剂
98%丙硫菌唑原药(浙江中山化工集团股份有限公司)、5%苦参碱母药(内蒙古清源保生物科技有限公司),丙硫菌唑与与苦参碱不同比例混配制剂。
1.2供试病原菌
白粉病、霜霉病
1.3单剂测定方法
对白粉病和霜霉病采用平皿法,将培养好的霜霉病菌在无菌条件下,用直径为5mm的灭菌打孔器自菌落边缘窃取菌饼,用接种器接种于含药平板中央,菌丝面朝上。接种后盖上盖子,置于培养箱中,在培养温度为27±1℃,相对湿度85%-95%的条件下培养。每处理设置4次重复,并设空白对照。用DPS软件统计求毒力回归方程、各药剂的EC50。
1.4不同配比的联合毒力测定方法
根据单剂的毒力测定结果,用不同配比的丙硫菌唑与苦参碱采用上述1.3的方法进行测定,计算EC50,并按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),并按下列公式计算:

PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率;
CTC=(ATI/TTI)*100

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用,结果见表1、表2。

实施例应用二:丙硫菌唑与苦参碱复配的药效试验
用实施例1-8所得的复配制剂与各组分单剂进行大田药效试验。选择无风无雨的天气进行试验,在调查的整个阶段无降雨,以小麦白粉病和葡萄霜霉病为试验对象,每次施药间隔期为7d,共施药3次,以末次施药后7d,14d分别调查白粉病和霜霉病,并计算防效。根据调查结果,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
病情指数按公式(1)计算,计算结果保留小数点后两位:

由表3可以看出,丙硫菌唑与苦参碱复配后能有效地防治小麦白粉病,防治效果优于对照药剂,持效期长,末次施药后7d防效达80%以上,并且在试验用药范围内,对靶标作物没有药害,且在实施例2中,微囊悬浮剂缓慢释放持效期长。
2、丙硫菌唑与苦参碱组合物对葡萄霜霉病田间试验

由表4可以看出,丙硫菌唑与苦参碱复配后能有效地防治葡萄霜霉病,防治效果优于对照药剂,持效期长,末次施药后14d防效达81%以上,并且在试验用药范围内,对靶标作物没有药害,,且在实施例2中,微囊悬浮剂缓慢释放持效期长。
综合以上试验结果可以看出,丙硫菌唑与苦参碱按不同比例复配后,对农业病害的防治效果明显提高,在防治效果相同的情况下,大大降低了有效成分的使用量,从而降低了对环境的危害以及延缓了病原菌的抗性。

1.一种农药组合物,其中有效活性组分由活性成分A和活性成分B组成的,活性成分A为丙硫菌唑,活性成分B为苦参碱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为15∶1~42.75∶1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为19∶1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为29∶1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为36.5∶1。
6.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为39∶1。
7.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物以丙硫菌唑和苦参碱为有活性成分配以农药助剂以及填料制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
