一种如上所述的多功能保健内衣面料的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)按原料重量份计将壳聚糖、麦饭石和中草药复方粉混合均匀后进行超低温真空冷冻制成超细微粉末,过600~800目筛后与纳米碳纤维粉和纳米石粉组合物混合均匀,于10~20℃温度条件下加入植物精油组合物,得混合物料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物料加入到棉、麻、羊毛、丝、锦纶、涤纶、腈纶、丙纶、粘胶纤维纺丝液中,同时加入抗菌剂和阻燃剂继续混合均匀,织制,得面料成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过调整内衣面料原料组分及配比,其中的植物精油组合物不仅使该面料的保健效果更全面,同时有效提高了其它功能性粉料在面料成品中的分散均匀性和利用率。本发明兼具多种保健功能,如缓解疲劳、护肤养肤、促进血液循环、抗菌消炎、防螨防虫、改善新陈代谢、远红外辐射发热、负离子及微量元素释放、预防及治疗多种疾病等。
本发明的制备方法工艺简单,可操纵性强,有利于大规模工业化生产。

实施例1
一种多功能保健内衣面料,其按原料重量份计包括如下组分:
其中所述纳米石粉组合物为六环石粉、海底砂矿粉、长岛球石粉和有机硒粉的混合物;所述植物精油组合物为柠檬精油、洋甘菊精油、金银花精油和薄荷精油的混合物;所述中草药复方粉为白茯苓粉、珍珠粉、麦门冬粉、干地黄粉和白术粉的混合物。
制备方法:
1)按原料重量份计将壳聚糖、麦饭石和中草药复方粉混合均匀后进行超低温真空冷冻制成超细微粉末,过800目筛后与纳米碳纤维粉和纳米石粉组合物混合均匀,于10℃温度条件下加入植物精油组合物,得混合物料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物料加入到棉、麻、羊毛、丝、锦纶、涤纶、腈纶、丙纶、粘胶纤维纺丝液中,同时加入抗菌剂和阻燃剂继续混合均匀,织制,得实施例1面料成品。
实施例2
一种多功能保健内衣面料,其按原料重量份计包括如下组分:
其中所述纳米石粉组合物为电气石粉、有机锗粉和蛋白石页岩粉的混合物;所述植物精油组合物为玫瑰精油、红景天精油、薰衣草精油和柏树精油的混合物;所述中草药复方粉为人参粉和藏红花粉的混合物。
制备方法:
1)按原料重量份计将壳聚糖、麦饭石和中草药复方粉混合均匀后进行超低温真空冷冻制成超细微粉末,过600目筛后与纳米碳纤维粉和纳米石粉组合物混合均匀,于20℃温度条件下加入植物精油组合物,得混合物料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物料加入到棉、麻、羊毛、丝、锦纶、涤纶、腈纶、丙纶、粘胶纤维纺丝液中,同时加入抗菌剂和阻燃剂继续混合均匀,织制,得实施例2面料成品。
实施例3
一种多功能保健内衣面料,其按原料重量份计包括如下组分:
其中所述纳米石粉组合物为蛋白石页岩粉、六环石粉和有机硒粉的混合物;所述植物精油组合物为红景天精油、柏树精油和洋甘菊精油的混合物;所述中草药复方粉为藏红花粉、珍珠粉和干地黄粉的混合物。
制备方法:
1)按原料重量份计将壳聚糖、麦饭石和中草药复方粉混合均匀后进行超低温真空冷冻制成超细微粉末,过700目筛后与纳米碳纤维粉和纳米石粉组合物混合均匀,于15℃温度条件下加入植物精油组合物,得混合物料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合物料加入到棉、麻、羊毛、丝、锦纶、涤纶、腈纶、丙纶、粘胶纤维纺丝液中,同时加入抗菌剂和阻燃剂继续混合均匀,织制,得面料成品。
上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的工艺及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.一种多功能保健内衣面料,其特征在于,按原料重量份计包括如下组分:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保健内衣面料,其特征在于:所述纳米石粉组合物选自电气石粉、有机锗粉、蛋白石页岩粉、六环石粉、海底砂矿粉、长岛球石粉、有机硒粉中的至少两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保健内衣面料,其特征在于:所述植物精油组合物选自玫瑰精油、红景天精油、薰衣草精油、柏树精油、柠檬精油、洋甘菊精油、金银花精油、薄荷精油中的至少两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保健内衣面料,其特征在于:所述中草药复方粉选自人参粉、藏红花粉、白茯苓粉、珍珠粉、麦门冬粉、干地黄粉、白术粉中的至少两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能保健内衣面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂选自ZnOw氧化锌晶须复合抗菌剂、纳米银Ag10N抗菌剂、天然甲壳素纤维抗菌剂、SCJ-920天然壳聚糖纤维抗菌剂、天然竹纤维抗菌剂、天然大麻竹纤维抗菌剂中的其中一种。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述的多功能保健内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下工艺步骤:
1)按原料重量份计将壳聚糖、麦饭石和中草药复方粉混合均匀后进行超低温真空冷冻制成超细微粉末,过600~800目筛后与纳米碳纤维粉和纳米石粉组合物混合均匀,于10~20℃温度条件下加入植物精油组合物,得混合物料;
