技术领域
本发明总的涉及用金属板制的罐,该罐包括一管形主体,主体的下缘固定一底壁,上缘固定一结构环,其内周边限定一个用来座放及固定一压力装配盖的座。更具体地,本发明涉及这类罐的压力盖的固定及密封系统。
背景技术
近十多年,已知的一些金属罐具有结构环,该结构环一般被固定到罐的管形主体的上缘上,并且包括一个悬下的内圆周裙部,限定进到罐内部的开口,还具有一总的为圆柱形的座,密封盖的圆周壁可压力装配到座上,在罐使用时密封盖可手工打开及关上。
在这些现有技术的罐中,在安装位置盖的轴向固定及密封通过把盖的圆周壁压力座放在结构环的内圆周裙部上来达到。由于这种盖的轴向锁定程度低和没有进行处理的裙部的自由的下缘与罐装的产品结构接触造成了这类罐的缺点。
为了消除上述缺点,本申请人的同时悬而未决的专利申请PI9600454提出了一种技术方案,按照该方案,在开口的圆周裙部及盖的圆周壁限定的部件之一设一个环形槽,其可装配到上述部件中另一个设的具有类似该环形槽的段的一个相应的圆周凹口中。在这种结构中,槽和凹口有基本一致的半圆形形状,限定成使得所述的部件相互配合,在它们的面对的表面有基本完全的接触。
虽然这种结构保证盖的轴向锁定程度好,避免了由于冲击、内压增加等造成不适当的打开,保持罐装产品不与空气接触,但是其缺点是要求环形槽及圆周凹口在制造时要有高的精度,使得盖关闭时所述的槽与凹口之间相互只有小的表面接触。
由于通常这类罐有尺寸误差,在槽和相应的圆周凹口之间通常有一定的轴向间隙,使相应的面对表面之间的结构减小到只有一条接触的圆周线。这种接触不保证罐有合适的密封性,使罐装产品会变质。
已知的罐和盖的结构的另一普通缺点是在所述的罐的装料装置处罐的自动关闭。通常可观察到罐的内环的固定的圆周边位于座放在中心开口上的盖的上缘平面的同一水平或稍高的位置。在这种情形下,会发生不恰当的关闭,当罐穿过或充装机的闭合辊或活塞下面时,盖不充分地插入罐中及压力不够。
已知结构的另一个缺点是在罐装产品逐渐消耗过程中,溅到罐的结构环上的产品会发生积累,使以后对盖进行关闭更加困难,并因而使得空气会与罐装产品发生接触,例如会使产品氧化,另外,在罐装产品成分中有挥发元素时,如油漆,所述的元素的蒸发引起罐装的其它产品硬化。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种带有一压力盖的罐,其轴向固定及密封性好,在制造要互锁的部件时不要求高的尺寸精度或结构的复杂性。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述类型的罐,其使在以后关盖和密封重新关闭的盖的情形下产品在罐的结构环上的累积很少或没有。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种上述类型的罐,在产品充填装置,可安全关闭盖。
为实现本发明的这些和其目的及优点,本发明提供了一种带盖的罐,包括一个管形的主体,其上部往里装着一个结构环,结构环的内圆周边容纳一个盖的圆周壁,在盖的圆周壁和结构环中的一个包括一个圆周槽,在罐关闭状态,该圆周槽装在设在圆周壁和结构环中另一个上的相应的圆周凹口中,所述的圆周壁和结构环中至少一个是可以弹性变形的以允许装入及除去盖,其特征在于所述的圆周槽和圆周凹口形状及尺寸使得在罐的关闭状态,它们可沿至少两条接触的圆周线相互座对着,该两条圆周线是同轴的,并设在相互平行且有轴向位移和与罐的轴线横交的平面中,所述的圆周线在槽的最里面的径向圆周线的径向外面,至少两条相邻的圆周线中一条的平面比所述的槽的最里面的径向圆周线的平面低。

下面参照图1,图2说明本发明,图中示出一罐,包括一管形主体10,该主体为任意的多边形,例如圆柱形,其上缘通常固定着一个结构环20,其内周边限定了一圆形的上开口,占据罐的轮廓的总面积的主要部分,并形成一座,盖30要座放及固定在该座上。
按照本发明,管形主体10的结构环20的内缘与一个悬下的裙部21接合,该裙部21限定了盖30的固定座。罐的结构环20形状为中间有至少一个增强的上环形槽22,这是通过弯折内环20的板而得到的,该槽22具有例如倒U形,具有圆边,并且在所述的结构环20的中平面上方突出。设置增强的上环形槽22可以与通常设置在结构环20的平面下面突出的下环形槽23联合应用。
设置增强的上环形槽22可使罐的结构环20更坚硬,可减小形成所述的结构环的板的厚度,因而减少材料的消耗。
在所示的结构中,悬下的裙部21的自由端向上弯曲,直到它碰到悬下的裙部21的内表面的邻近部分,以便限定一个圆周槽24,该槽24是管形的,并具有例如基本圆形的横向的形状。
在另一个的可能结构中(末示出),去掉了悬下的裙部21,或用结构环20的倾斜的内部分代替,以便使圆周槽24与结构环内缘相邻,并且向上弯曲及径向向外直到它碰到结构环的上表面的相邻部分。

环形槽24及圆周凹口34尺寸定成使得盖30可装在罐中,避免自发的开口,但是允许在使用者把轴向抽拉力加到盖30上时可移出所述的盖30。在结构环20的悬下的裙部21弹性变形到足够把环形槽24从圆周凹口34中分离出就可开盖。
盖30的底壁31设有管形的压回部分35,该部分35沿轴向设在中间,最好向上突出,以便对要关上盖的罐提供附加的内容积,和提供对抗由于内压增加使盖自然打开的附加的安全性。
管形压回部分35有一个环形台阶36,其把所述的管形压回部分35的上部直径减小,也避免罐堆起时加上另一个盖。管形压回部分35的上端壁37有一个斜的圆周面37a,用来对盖增强结构强度。盖30的圆周壁32还设有一个缘38,限定了一个斜面,圆周槽24沿着该斜面滑动,在盖向下滑动进入关闭位置时通过所述的盖30的圆周壁32和悬下的裙部21限定的至少一个部件的弹性变形,圆周槽24沿该斜面滑动。

按照本发明,接触的圆周线25、26通过悬下的裙部21和圆周凹口34的部件中至少一个的弹性变形来限定及保持,在接触的圆周线25、26相对于槽的最里面的圆周线设置的作用下对所述的部件限定。在本发明的结构一个可能方案中,所述的接触的圆周线25、26中至少一个低于槽的最里面的圆周线的平面。在两条接触的圆周线25、26低于槽的最里面的圆周线的技术方案中,盖30的上圆周边33座对着结构环20起到限制盖30进一步进到罐中的止挡的作用,也起到所述的接触的圆周线25、26的座放条件的保持器的作用。在这个条件下,两条接触的圆周线25、26工作使罐的盖锁定在关闭状态下,最里面的圆周线还保证罐的内装物的密封。在这种结构中,通过悬下的裙部21的弹性变形保持盖的关闭状态。
在所示的结构中,接触的圆周线25、26限定成相对于圆周槽24的最里面的圆周线相互相对,例如通过相互轴向对齐。在这种结构中,在圆周槽24和圆周凹口34之间的相互座放条件通过它们的相互的致动来达到并用悬下的裙部21和圆周凹口部件的弹性变形来保持。盖30的上圆周边33座放对着结构环20仅用作限制盖30进入罐中的止挡。

虽然没有示出,但是本发明还可能有其它结构,例如设有至少一个圆周槽装入相应的圆周凹口中,可在罐的悬下的裙部21及盖30的圆周壁32限定的部件中任一个上设槽及凹口。

2.按照权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于所述的结构环(20)的内圆周边结合着一个悬下的裙部(21),所述的裙部(21)容纳所述的盖(30)的圆周壁(32),并且设有圆周槽(24)及圆周凹口(34)限定的元件中的一个。
3.按照权利要求2的罐,其特征在于所述的接触的圆周线由所述的悬下的裙部(21)和圆周凹口(34)限定的部件中至少一个的弹性变形限定及保持。
4.按照权利要求3的罐,其特征在于所述的接触的圆周线(25、26)的数目为两条,并限定成相对所述的槽的最里面的圆周线的平面相互相对。
5.按照权利要求4的罐,其特征在于所述的相邻的圆周线(25、26)是轴向相互对齐的。
6.按照权利要求1的罐,其特征在于所述的接触的圆周线(25、26)是由所述的圆周凹口(34)的斜表面部分对着所述的圆周槽(24)的接触限定的。
7.按照权利要求1的罐,其特征在于所述的圆周槽(24)具有圆形。
8.按照权利要求1的罐,其特征在于所述的盖(30)的圆周壁(32)设有一下缘,限定一斜面,在所述的盖(30)向下位移到关闭位置时,所述的圆周壁(32)和结构环(20)部件之一的弹性变形使所述的圆周槽(24)沿着该斜面滑动。
9.按照权利要求1的罐,其特征在于所述的结构环(20)的上部结合一个增强的环形槽(22),其位于通常固定在罐的管形主体(10)中的上缘的平面上方突出的含有盖(30)的上圆周边(33)的平面下面。
10.按照权利要求1的罐,其特征在于所述的盖(30)的底壁(31)上方设有一个管形的压回部分(35),该部分是轴向的及在中间的,并且该部分的上端壁(37)有一个圆周的倾斜面(37a)。
