Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly UV hand-wiping filling coloring coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of functional monomer; 13-30 parts of aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin; 25-32 parts of polyether modified polyester acrylic resin; 15-25 parts of pigment and filler; 0.5-5 parts of wetting dispersant; 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent; 4-8 parts of a photoinitiator; wherein the functional monomer is one or a mixture of polyethylene glycol 400 diacrylate and glycerol methoxyl monoacrylate; the photoinitiator is 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone matched with 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenyl phosphine oxide or phenyl bis (2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide. The low-viscosity UV resin is matched with a special UV monomer, a proper amount of filler with higher smoothness and photoinitiators with different wavelengths are added, so that a good construction effect and no stimulation to human skin are achieved, the adhesive force between the low-viscosity UV resin and a base material and the upper paint film is good, the next procedure can be performed after the color wiping is completed, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of UV (ultraviolet) curing coatings, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly UV hand-wiping filling coloring coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The furniture industry wants to make a coating effect with transparent color, distinct gradation and strong three-dimensional sense, which is realized by the first degree coloring of materials, and the used coating is filling coloring coating which is commonly called filler. Further, the mixture is prepared from polyethylene glycol 400 diacrylate and glycerol methoxy monoacrylate according to a ratio of 4: (1-5) in terms of mass ratio.

The polyethylene glycol 400 diacrylate belongs to a macromolecular active monomer, has high curing speed and good flexibility, but has large viscosity, and the glycerol methoxyl monoacrylate has low viscosity, good diluting capacity and low drying speed, is mixed according to the proportion, can ensure the curing speed and also can provide proper viscosity, thus not only reaching the physical property of a paint film, but also ensuring better construction wiping performance.

25 kg of functional monomer glycerol methoxy monoacrylate (TPGMEMA), 28 kg of aliphatic urethane acrylic resin, 32 kg of polyether modified polyester acrylic resin, 0.5 kg of photoinitiator phenyl bis (2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide (819), 0.1 kg of defoaming agent, 1 kg of dispersing agent, 15 kg of talcum powder, 0.5 kg of wax powder and 1 kg of fumed silica are mixed and stirred, 7 kg of photoinitiator phenyl bis (2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide is added after full dispersion, and the mixture is stirred and fully dispersed uniformly without hard blocks. The experimental results for this example are: the product has basically moderate viscosity, moderate film hardness, deep curing effect and good wiping performance.
Example 3
Taking 15 kg of functional monomer polyethylene glycol 400 diacrylate (PEG400DA), 5 kg of glycerol methoxy monoacrylate (TPGMEMA), 20 kg of aliphatic urethane acrylic resin, 25 kg of polyether modified polyester acrylic resin, 0.5 kg of phenyl bis (2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide (819), 0.1 kg of defoaming agent, 1 kg of dispersing agent, 15 kg of KB-121 talcum powder, 0.5 kg of wax powder and 1 kg of fumed silica, mixing and stirring, adding 5 kg of photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone (1173) after full dispersion, and stirring and fully dispersing uniformly without hard blocks. The experimental results for this example are: the product has basically moderate viscosity, moderate hardness of paint film, deep curing effect and good wiping performance.
Example 4

The environment-friendly UV hand-wiping filling coloring coating is milky semitransparent jelly-like liquid, has the viscosity of 110-120 k mu (30 ℃), has the solid content of 98.5-99 wt% of the paint, and has extremely low odor. The storage stability (50 ℃/7d) of the product is tested, and the result is no abnormity.
When coating, adding a proper amount of oily color concentrate, dispersing the product, uniformly coating the product on the surface of wood by using a brush, wiping the wood by using a wiping cloth, wherein the coating amount is 20-40 g/square meter, and then carrying out ultraviolet curing.
