本发明公开了一种皮带接驳机,包括上、下对置的压板,上下两个压板分别安装在一个支座上,位于上侧的压板与支座之间从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,气囊与夹板之间设有连接板,夹板与支座固定连接,所述连接板的下侧面上形成多个沿其长度方向设置的长槽,所述长槽中设有与其长度对应的弹簧,弹簧沿长槽长度方向设置,所述弹簧的直径大于长槽的深度。本发明的目的是提供一种性能更优、皮带压接质量更好的皮带接驳机。

本发明涉及皮带接驳设备技术领域,具体涉及一种皮带接驳机。
背景技术
皮带接驳机是一种对两段皮带进行热压连接的设备,使两段独立的皮带能能实现无痕连接。
现有的皮带接驳机一般都包括上压板和下压板,皮带在上压板和下压板之间完成压接操作,其中上压板和下压板中均设有加热片作为热源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种性能更优、皮带压接质量更好的皮带接驳机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种皮带接驳机,包括上、下对置的压板,上下两个压板分别安装在一个支座上,位于上侧的压板与支座之间从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,气囊与夹板之间设有连接板,夹板与支座固定连接,所述连接板的下侧面上形成多个沿其长度方向设置的长槽,所述长槽中设有与其长度对应的弹簧,弹簧沿长槽长度方向设置,所述弹簧的直径大于长槽的深度,其特征在于:上下两个压板的压接面上分别设置一层毛毯,位于上侧的支座上设有进气风孔,所述的进气风孔上设有过滤网,位于上侧的支座内设有风机,风机的出风口朝下设置,位于上侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端一,位于下侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端二,所述的电源连接端一和电源连接端二通过电线实现电连接,位于上侧的支座的右端设有控制接驳机工作的控制模块。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,围栏可限制连接板在其宽度方向上的移动,所述围栏上还设有限制连接板向上移动的铆接条。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述加热片设置在压板与夹板之间,压板、夹板、加热片三者平行设置,所述压板宽度方向的两端分别向其中间弯曲形成限制加热片在压板宽度方向发生移动的限位部,限位部与压板形成U型结构,所述压板长度方向的一端设有挡板,所述限位部上沿压板长度方向设有若干相互间隔的缺口,所述夹板上设有若干与其垂直的卡接板,所述卡接板与所述缺口对应设置,所述夹板宽度方向的两端伸至所述U型结构内,所述夹板长度方向的一端设有与所述挡板对应的固定板,挡板和固定板上分别设有连接孔,连接孔中设有固定连接两者的螺钉,所述围栏由卡接板的末端向上延伸形成。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述连接板中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁,夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,横梁与围栏围成两个长形的气囊安置空间,所述气囊为长条形,两个气囊安置空间中分别安置一个气囊。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述气囊安置空间的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块和下夹持块,上夹持块和下夹持块的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿,上夹持块和下夹持块通过螺钉固定连接。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述弹簧的上下两侧分别与连接板和夹板相抵。

本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的皮带接驳机,其对皮带接驳机的各个部位进行了优化,得到了一种性能更优、皮带压接质量更好的皮带接驳机。其压带平整、高效、散热快、施力均衡,能实现皮带的无痕连接。

位于上侧的压板1的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片3、夹板2、气囊a3,夹板2与压板1固定连接,气囊a3与夹板2之间设有连接板a1,通过对气囊a3进行充气和放气来实现夹板2的下压动作,所述连接板a1的下侧面上形成多个沿其长度方向设置的长槽b1,所述长槽b1中设有与其长度对应的弹簧b2,弹簧b2沿长槽b1长度方向设置,所述弹簧b2的直径大于长槽b1的深度,使弹簧b2的上下两侧分别能与连接板a1和夹板2相抵,通过弹簧b2来传递压力,夹板2宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏a4,围栏a4与连接板a1宽度方向的两侧相抵,围栏a4可限制连接板a1在其宽度方向上的移动,所述围栏a4上还设有限制连接板a1向上移动的铆接条b3,铆接条b3可进行弯曲变形。
连接板a1起到中间传递件的作用,气囊安置在连接板a1上侧,弹簧b2安置在连接板a1下侧。
连接板a1为一长条形的板体,其下侧面上沿其长度方向设有多条相互平行且间隔的隔板b4,相邻的隔板b4围成长槽b1。
气囊a3上方设有支座a9,支座a9与围栏a4固定连接。
通过在气囊a3与压板1之间设置连接板a1和铺设倒立的弹簧b2,通过多根弹簧b2来平衡连接板a1向下的施力,使得压板1各个部位受力均衡,压板1在下压的过程中能保持平衡,不会发生偏斜,保证压带的平整性。
加热片3设置在压板1与夹板2之间,压板1、夹板2、加热片3三者平行设置,所述压板1宽度方向的两端分别向其中间弯曲形成限制加热片3在压板1宽度方向发生移动的限位部4,限位部4与压板1形成U型结构,所述压板1长度方向的一端设有挡板5,挡板5用于在一端限制加热片在长度方向上的移动,所述限位部4上沿压板1长度方向设有若干相互间隔的缺口6,所述夹板2上设有若干与其垂直的卡接板7,所述卡接板7与所述缺口6对应设置,装配时,卡接板7装置在缺口6中,所述夹板2宽度方向的两端伸至所述U型结构内,所述夹板2长度方向的一端设有与所述挡板5对应的固定板8,挡板5和固定板8上分别设有连接孔9,连接孔9中设有固定连接两者的螺钉。围栏a4由卡接板7的末端向上延伸形成。
弯曲的限位部4的末端会先与加热片3接触,实现夹持加热片3,而要使限位部4的前端也能接触夹持加热片3,则需要较大角度的弯曲限位部4,且比较困难,本专利中,限位部4的前端夹持夹板2,则可在限位部4弯曲角度较小的情况下,实现限位部4的前端也能间接夹持加热片3。
缺口6被限位部4分成若干段,位于压板1长度方向两端的一段限位部4上设有分隔槽10,所述分隔槽10把该段限位部4分隔成多个夹持部11。该夹持部11相对限位部4可作进一步的弯曲,在夹板2的两端对夹板进行进一步的夹紧固定,使之固定更牢固。
加热片3与压板1紧密相贴,更有利于热的传递。
限位部4、夹持部11可通过工具来施力调节弯曲角度。
通过压板1和夹板2来夹持固定加热片3,其中压板1宽度方向两端形成的U型夹持限位结构能对加热片3在压板1宽度方向的移动进行完全限制,并能对加热片3在压板1和夹板2的夹持方向进行一定的限位,其中夹板2也被夹持在U型夹持结构,该U型夹持能限制夹板2在夹持方向的移动,同时卡接板7与缺口6配合能限制夹板2在其宽度方向的移动,通过限位部4和夹板2的双重固定方式对加热片3进行固定,使之固定牢固,并实现良好的热传导。
位于上侧的压板1的上侧面从下至上依次设有加热片3、夹板2、气囊a3,夹板2与压板1固定连接,并把加热片3夹持在其中,所述夹板2上设置一安置气囊a3的连接板a1,连接板a1为长条形,连接板a1中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁a2,夹板2宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏a4,围栏a4也与支座a9固定连接,横梁a2与围栏a4围成两个长形的气囊安置空间a5,所述气囊a3为长条形,两个气囊安置空间a5中分别安置一个气囊a3,气囊a3被安置在支座a9与夹板2之间。
连接板a1与气囊a3接触的面为平面,可在该接触面上设置凹凸的纹路a10,使气囊与压板的接触更稳定,不会发生打滑。
气囊安置空间a5的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,气囊夹持装置与支座a9固定连接,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7,上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿a8,上夹持块a6和下夹持块a7通过螺钉固定连接。
通过双气囊a3来对压板1施压,使压板1整体受力均衡,保证皮带压接的质量。由于气囊a3充气后,其中间会先膨胀起来,且气囊a3边缘会上翘,这样就会造成压板1的边缘受力不均,而本申请中气囊a3在压板1宽度方向分布,对压板1的施力较均衡,气囊a3也可设置更多个,使压板1的受力更均衡。
支座a9上设有风孔c1,支座内安装有向下吹风的风机(图未示出),连接板a1上侧面的中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁a2,所述横梁a2上设有连通连接板a1上下两侧的进气孔c2,进气孔c2对应风孔c1设置。
横梁a2中间形成一贯通横梁a2长度方向两端的气槽c3,所述进气孔c2设置在气槽c3的底部,进气孔c2沿连接板a1长度方向设有多个。气槽c3起到分流气体的作用,使气体能均匀的进入到风室,避免出现单点强风、弱风的现象。
风机通过进气孔c2把冷风吹如连接板a1与夹板2之间,由于连接板a1与夹板2形成上下间隔的配合,所以连接板a1与夹板2之间形成风室,从连接板a1中间进入的冷风会向整个风室流动,形成良好的散热效果。
上下两个压板1的压接面上分别设置一层毛毯100,毛毯100在压板1和皮带之间起到缓冲及保护皮带的作用,保护皮带不被压伤、烫伤,位于上侧的支座a9上设有进气风孔300,所述的进气风孔300上设有过滤网200,位于上侧的支座a9内设有风机,风机的出风口朝下设置并与所述的风孔c1连接,过滤网200可避免外界的杂物进入设备内部;位于上侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端一,位于下侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端二,所述的电源连接端一和电源连接端二通过电线实现电连接,位于上侧的支座的右端设有控制接驳机工作的控制模块,该设置方便使用者的操作,把电线连接端和操作端分开设置,可避免凌乱的电线对操作产生影响。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,上述假设的这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种皮带接驳机,包括上、下对置的压板,上下两个压板分别安装在一个支座上,位于上侧的压板与支座之间从下至上依次设有加热片、夹板、气囊,夹板与压板固定连接,气囊与夹板之间设有连接板,夹板与支座固定连接,所述连接板的下侧面上形成多个沿其长度方向设置的长槽,所述长槽中设有与其长度对应的弹簧,弹簧沿长槽长度方向设置,所述弹簧的直径大于长槽的深度,其特征在于:上下两个压板的压接面上分别设置一层毛毯,位于上侧的支座上设有进气风孔,所述的进气风孔上设有过滤网,位于上侧的支座内设有风机,风机的出风口朝下设置,位于上侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端一,位于下侧的支座的左端设有电源连接端二,所述的电源连接端一和电源连接端二通过电线实现电连接,位于上侧的支座的右端设有控制接驳机工作的控制模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,围栏可限制连接板在其宽度方向上的移动,所述围栏上还设有限制连接板向上移动的铆接条。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述加热片设置在压板与夹板之间,压板、夹板、加热片三者平行设置,所述压板宽度方向的两端分别向其中间弯曲形成限制加热片在压板宽度方向发生移动的限位部,限位部与压板形成U型结构,所述压板长度方向的一端设有挡板,所述限位部上沿压板长度方向设有若干相互间隔的缺口,所述夹板上设有若干与其垂直的卡接板,所述卡接板与所述缺口对应设置,所述夹板宽度方向的两端伸至所述U型结构内,所述夹板长度方向的一端设有与所述挡板对应的固定板,挡板和固定板上分别设有连接孔,连接孔中设有固定连接两者的螺钉,所述围栏由卡接板的末端向上延伸形成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述连接板中间沿其长度方向设置一凸起的横梁,夹板宽度方向的两端分别设有凸起的围栏,横梁与围栏围成两个长形的气囊安置空间,所述气囊为长条形,两个气囊安置空间中分别安置一个气囊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述气囊安置空间的长度方向的两端分别设置一个气囊夹持装置,所述气囊夹持装置包括上夹持块和下夹持块,上夹持块和下夹持块的夹持面上均设有凸起的夹持齿,上夹持块和下夹持块通过螺钉固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述弹簧的上下两侧分别与连接板和夹板相抵。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述连接板为一长条形的板体,其下侧面上沿其长度方向设有多条相互平行且间隔的隔板,相邻的隔板围成长槽。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种皮带接驳机,其特征在于:所述缺口被限位部分成若干段,位于压板长度方向两端的一段限位部上设有分隔槽,所述分隔槽把该段限位部分隔成多个夹持部。
