本发明公布了一种负压式桑叶切割机,属于蚕业机电技术领域。本发明的机子进料筒、上腔体、刀片、下腔体、电机、脚架、隔板,其中进料筒为圆柱体,其特征是,所述脚架的架面为一圆环,在脚架架面焊接一块通过架面圆心的横板,电机固定在横板下方,所述隔板位于横板的上方,刀片位于隔板的上方且其中部与电机的输出轴相连,进料筒设置在所述上腔体的上端并与之连为一体,所述上、下腔体分别安设在所述脚架架面的上部和下部。本发明的有益效果是:桑叶通过负压被吸入机器腔体内受切割,切割速度快,使用安全,通过机器后出来的叶片可直接喂蚕,还可以根据需要调节电机的转速以得到不同宽窄的桑片。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种负压式桑叶切割机,属于蚕业机电技术领域。
背景技术
我国南方桑蚕生产区域,大部分蚕农采摘桑叶回家后,因桑叶过大过宽,特别是蚕虫处于一至三龄时,虫体过小爬不上桑叶的背面或正面,故而此时不宜直接喂蚕虫,需要把桑叶变成小片,蚕农用手工切割叶子,耗时多,效率低,宜州市很多发明人在攻克这一技术难题,如宜州市何汗伍研发的“一种切叶机”,于2014年8月15日申请了专利,申请号为201410400180.2,这件专利申请技术方案存在的缺陷是,长弯刀片数量过多且位于转动杆上,转动杆水平安置;进料壳、机壳的形状无法产生负压;桑叶随着重力往下运动,导致桑叶下移不均匀且容易被卡住;切割效果不好,主要表现为切割后的叶片有大有小不均匀;长弯刀片过多易伤使用者的手、不安全。本人用了一年多时间,经过多次研制、试用,成功地制成了一台负压式桑叶切割机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种负压式桑叶切割机,切割桑叶速度快,使用安全,过机子后的叶片可直接喂蚕。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种负压式桑叶切割机,包括进料筒、上腔体、刀片、下腔体、电机、脚架、隔板,其中进料筒为圆柱体,其特征是,所述脚架的架面为一圆环,在脚架架面焊接一块通过架面圆心的横板,电机固定在横板下方,所述隔板位于横板的上方,刀片位于隔板的上方且其中部与电机的输出轴相连,进料筒设置在所述上腔体的上端并与之连为一体,所述上、下腔体分别安设在所述脚架架面的上部和下部。所述刀片为单面刀片,一面平板长形,一面弯弧长形,弯弧形的一面朝下;在进料筒的下端设置向下倾斜的导叶板;上、下腔体均为半球状或脸盆状腔体,进料筒的直径小于或等于上腔体的直径。
本发明的有益效果是,桑叶通过负压被吸入机器腔体内受切割,切割桑叶速度快,使用安全,通过机器后出来的叶片可直接喂蚕,还可以根据需要调节电机的转速以得到不同宽窄的桑片。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式进一步表述本发明的结构原理及使用方法。
实施例一,进料筒的直径与上腔体的直径相同,不设导叶板。选用铁质材料把脚架制成三个脚、架面为圆环的架子,在圆环上焊接一块横板,该板通过圆环的圆心,把电机安置在横板的下面,电机的输出轴与刀片中心相连,隔板位于横板与刀片之间,把上、下腔体分别安设在脚架架面的上部和下部,进料筒焊接在上腔体的上端,设置好开关及线路,就制成了一台桑叶切割机。使用时,在下腔体的下端摆设一只箩筐或其它盛装桑叶的容器,按下开关,电机通电,刀片水平飞速旋转,这时用手抓桑叶往进料筒里塞入,桑叶被往下吸入,因为刀片旋转的同时把风往下带走,产生了负压,当桑叶通过刀片的工作面时即被切割。不断地把桑叶投入进料筒里,桑叶就被不断地切割,这样重复操作,直到桑叶被切完为止。
实施例二,进料筒的直径小于上腔体的直径,把刀片制成长楔形状,单面刀口,刀片的一面呈长方形条状,另一面呈弯弧长形状,弯弧形的一面朝下,在进料筒的下端内壁设置两块向下倾斜的导叶板,上、下腔体为半球状腔体,其它部件和上述部件的位置连接关系与例一相同。根据多次试验试用,本实施例的产品切割桑叶的效果最好。当接通电源后,由于进料筒的直径小于上腔体的直径,导叶板起到减少桑叶悬浮时间、阻止桑叶作圆周悬浮运动的作用;再加上刀片的弯弧形面朝下,使得上下腔体内的负压增加,切割桑叶的效果更加好。又由于电机设在横板的下方,刀片与进料筒有一段距离,这样刀片不会伤到使用者的手,达到了使用安全的效果。
实施例三,在例二的基础上增加一个电机调速器,这样电机就变成了可调速的电机,就可以根据蚕虫龄期的不同而改变电机的转速,就会得到不同宽窄的桑片。

1.一种负压式桑叶切割机,包括进料筒、上腔体、刀片、下腔体、电机、脚架、隔板,所述进料筒为圆柱体,其特征在于,所述脚架的架面为一圆环,在所述脚架架面焊接一块通过架面圆心的横板,所述电机固定于横板下方,所述隔板位于横板的上方,所述刀片位于隔板的上方且其中部与电机的输出轴相连,所述进料筒设置在所述上腔体的上端并与之连为一体,所述上、下腔体分别安设在所述脚架架面的上部和下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负压式桑叶切割机,其特征在于,所述刀片为长楔形状,一面为平板长形,一面为弯弧长形,弯弧形的一面朝下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负压式桑叶切割机,其特征在于,在所述进料筒下端设置向下倾斜的导叶板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种负压式桑叶切割机,其特征在于,所述上、下腔体均为半球状或脸盆状腔体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种负压式桑叶切割机,其特征在于,所述进料筒的直径小于或等于上腔体的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种负压式桑叶切割机,其特征在于,在所述电机为可调速的电机。
