近年来随着药肥一体化及喷灌、滴灌、有机酸叶面肥等技术的发展,植物生长调节剂与肥料,尤其是水溶性肥料的复配制剂已成为药肥一体化的方向。硼、糖、钙、胺鲜酯(da-6)配合使用可促进花粉管的伸长,使花粉管在开花后1小时迅速生长,这有助于农作物提前受精,提高农作物的早期坐果率。合理配施磷钾肥和喷施适宜浓度多效唑可有效提高羊茅草对高温逆境的适应能力,显著延长植物的绿色期。目前市场上促进植物增长的药品,主要是一些化学农药,以破坏植物细胞结构的方式,加速细胞分裂生长,在此过程中,容易造成药物进入植物枝叶中,起到了暂时加快植物枝叶增长的功效,但长期使用,使植物中进入了大量的化学有害物质,将会导致植物得病死掉,不适宜经常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前植物生长调节剂以化学农药破坏植物细胞结构的方式,加速细胞分裂生长,却使得植物生长过程中积累大量有害物质的问题,提供一种植物生长调节剂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
一种植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为1:10~20取壳聚糖和氢氧化钠溶液混合,搅拌20~35min,静置2~3h,于80~85℃,搅拌45~60min,冷却,得壳聚糖液,取壳聚糖液加入壳聚糖液质量2~5%的壳聚糖酶,于温度为28~35℃,搅拌反应2~4h,于85~95℃下灭酶处理10~15min,冷却至室温,得小分子壳聚糖液;
(2)取小分子壳聚糖液按质量比2:4~5加入助剂混合2~4h,再升温至60~65℃持续3~4h,调pH,过滤,取滤渣干燥,得干燥物,备用;
(3)取水花生放入池塘中养殖,每平方米分布2~4kg水花生,距池塘围埂0.3m、每隔0.8~2m分布10~20只田螺,每2~3天向池塘每平方米加入2~3L榨汁液,培养1~2个月,得预处理水花生,取预处理水花生干燥,粉碎过筛,取过筛颗粒按质量比1:3~4加入乙醚进行混合,进行超声波萃取,得萃取物;
(4)按质量比1:1~2取榨渣和污水处理厂脱水污泥干燥,粉碎过筛,收集过筛颗粒,用过筛颗粒质量2~3倍的NaHCO 3溶液浸渍3~5h,搅拌15~25min,过滤,取滤渣干燥,后以700℃~800 ℃无氧高温热解2~4h,得热解物,取热解物加入过热解物质量8~15%的十六烷基三甲基铵混合,复合生物炭;
(5)按质量比20~45:18~35:15~25:5~10:20~40取步骤(2)中备用的干燥物、萃取物、复合生物炭、植物诱导剂、水进行混合,得混合物,收集混合物,即得植物生长调节剂。
所述步骤(3)中榨汁液是按重量份数计,取10~15份水、5~10份黄豆、3~6份玉米放入榨汁机中榨汁,即得榨汁液;榨渣即为所述步骤(4)中所用。

(1)按质量比为1:15取脱乙酰度为90%的壳聚糖和质量分数为8%的氢氧化钠溶液混合,以235r/min搅拌30min,于室温下静置2.5h,移入恒温磁力搅拌器,于83℃,以400r/min转速,搅拌55min,冷却至室温,得壳聚糖液,取壳聚糖液加入壳聚糖液质量4%的壳聚糖酶,于温度为32℃,以500r/min恒温搅拌反应3h后,于90℃下灭酶处理13min,待自然冷却至室温,得小分子壳聚糖液;
(2)取小分子壳聚糖液按质量比2:3加入助剂混合3h,再升温至63℃持续3.5h,用Tris-HCl 缓冲液调pH至7.3,过滤,取滤渣于65℃烘箱干燥,得干燥物,备用;
(3)取水花生放入池塘中养殖,每平方米分布3kg水花生,距池塘围埂0.3m,每隔1m分布15只田螺,每2.5天向池塘每平方米加入2.5L榨汁液,培养1.5个月,得预处理水花生,取预处理水花生自然晾干,粉碎过60目筛,取过筛颗粒按质量比1:3加入乙醚进行混合,于温度50℃下,以250W超声波萃取28min,得萃取物;
(4)按质量比1:1取榨渣和污水处理厂脱水污泥干燥,粉碎过120筛,收集过筛颗粒,用过筛颗粒质量2.5倍的质量份数为25%的NaHCO 3溶液浸渍4h,以325r/min搅拌20min,过滤,取滤渣于80℃烘箱干燥,后投入马弗炉以750℃无氧高温热解3h,得热解物,取热解物加入过热解物质量12%的十六烷基三甲基铵混合,复合生物炭;
(5)按质量比30:25:20:8:30取步骤(2)中备用的干燥物、萃取物、复合生物炭、植物诱导剂、水进行混合,得混合物,收集混合物,即得植物生长调节剂。
助剂为无水乙醇、一氯乙酸、柠檬酸钠按质量比7:2:4混合,即得助剂。
榨汁液为按重量份数计,取15份水、10份黄豆、6份玉米放入榨汁机中榨汁,即得榨汁液;榨渣即为步骤(4)中所用。
植物诱导剂为按质量比1:5:4取赤霉酸、吲哚乙酸、芸苔素内酯混合,即得植物诱导剂。
一种植物生长调节剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为1:20取脱乙酰度为95%的壳聚糖和质量分数为10%的氢氧化钠溶液混合,以250r/min搅拌35min,于室温下静置3h,移入恒温磁力搅拌器,于85℃,以500r/min转速,搅拌60min,冷却至室温,得壳聚糖液,取壳聚糖液加入壳聚糖液质量5%的壳聚糖酶,于温度为35℃,以600r/min恒温搅拌反应4h后,于95℃下灭酶处理15min,待自然冷却至室温,得小分子壳聚糖液;
(2)取小分子壳聚糖液按质量比2:5加入助剂混合4h,再升温至65℃持续4h,用Tris-HCl 缓冲液调pH至7.5,过滤,取滤渣于70℃烘箱干燥,得干燥物,备用;
(3)取水花生放入池塘中养殖,每平方米分布4kg水花生,距池塘围埂0.3m,每隔2m分布20只田螺,每3天向池塘每平方米加入3L榨汁液,培养2个月,得预处理水花生,取预处理水花生自然晾干,粉碎过60目筛,取过筛颗粒按质量比1:4加入乙醚进行混合,于温度60℃下,以250W超声波萃取30min,得萃取物;
(4)按质量比1:2取榨渣和污水处理厂脱水污泥干燥,粉碎过120筛,收集过筛颗粒,用过筛颗粒质量3倍的质量份数为30%的NaHCO 3溶液浸渍5h,以350r/min搅拌25min,过滤,取滤渣于85℃烘箱干燥,后投入马弗炉以800 ℃无氧高温热解4h,得热解物,取热解物加入过热解物质量15%的十六烷基三甲基铵混合,复合生物炭;
(5)按质量比45:35:25:10:40取步骤(2)中备用的干燥物、萃取物、复合生物炭、植物诱导剂、水进行混合,得混合物,收集混合物,即得植物生长调节剂。
对比例:巢湖市某公司生产的植物生长调节剂
将上述方法制备的实施例1、2、3样品和对比例在进行生物农药检测。其测试结果记录于表1。

由表1可知,本发明的植物生长调节剂以化学农药破坏植物细胞结构的方式,促进了加速细胞的分裂生长,且在植物生长过程中有效的减少了大量有害物质,值得推广使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为1:10~20取壳聚糖和氢氧化钠溶液混合,搅拌20~35min,静置2~3h,于80~85℃,搅拌45~60min,冷却,得壳聚糖液,取壳聚糖液加入壳聚糖液质量2~5%的壳聚糖酶,于温度为28~35℃,搅拌反应2~4h,于85~95℃下灭酶处理10~15min,冷却至室温,得小分子壳聚糖液;
(2)取小分子壳聚糖液按质量比2:4~5加入助剂混合2~4h,再升温至60~65℃持续3~4h,调pH,过滤,取滤渣干燥,得干燥物,备用;
(3)取水花生放入池塘中养殖,每平方米分布2~4kg水花生,距池塘围埂0.3m、每隔0.8~2m分布10~20只田螺,每2~3天向池塘每平方米加入2~3L榨汁液,培养1~2个月,得预处理水花生,取预处理水花生干燥,粉碎过筛,取过筛颗粒按质量比1:3~4加入乙醚进行混合,进行超声波萃取,得萃取物;
(4)按质量比1:1~2取榨渣和污水处理厂脱水污泥干燥,粉碎过筛,收集过筛颗粒,用过筛颗粒质量2~3倍的NaHCO 3溶液浸渍3~5h,搅拌15~25min,过滤,取滤渣干燥,后以700℃~800 ℃无氧高温热解2~4h,得热解物,取热解物加入过热解物质量8~15%的十六烷基三甲基铵混合,复合生物炭;
(5)按质量比20~45:18~35:15~25:5~10:20~40取步骤(2)中备用的干燥物、萃取物、复合生物炭、植物诱导剂、水进行混合,得混合物,收集混合物,即得植物生长调节剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中榨汁液是按重量份数计,取10~15份水、5~10份黄豆、3~6份玉米放入榨汁机中榨汁,即得榨汁液;榨渣即为所述步骤(4)中所用。
3.根据权利要求1所述植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中助剂为无水乙醇、一氯乙酸、柠檬酸钠按质量比5~7:2:4混合,即得助剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中超声波萃取的参数,功率250W,温度40~60℃,时间15~30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述植物生长剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中植物诱导剂为按质量比1:5:3~4取赤霉酸、吲哚乙酸、芸苔素内酯混合,即得植物诱导剂。
