Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a lighting lamp socket, which includes a lamp socket body, wherein the lamp socket body is connected with a lamp tube 30 to form a complete lamp, a circuit board is disposed on the lamp tube 30, and the lamp tube 30 is fixed on the lamp socket body. The lamp socket body includes a base 10 and an upper cover 20 as in the prior art, and the base 10 is connected with the upper cover 20, specifically, slidably connected in the present invention. In this embodiment, the base 10 is provided with a mounting groove 101 and a fixing portion 102, the mounting groove 101 is used for providing some internal components of the base 10, and the fixing portion 102 is used for being connected with the upper cover 20 to form a fixing. The fixing portion 102 extends with a protruding strip 103 on both sides in the width direction, and the inner wall of the upper cover 20 is slidably connected to the protruding strip 103.
In the mounting groove 101, two sets of clamping assemblies are provided, and each set of clamping assemblies includes a clamping spring 104 and a clamping elastic sheet 105, typically, but not limited to, a single set of clamping springs 104 and clamping elastic sheets 105, for example, two clamping springs 104 of each set of clamping assemblies may be provided. In each group of clamping assemblies, one end of the clamping spring 104 is fixed with the inner wall of the mounting groove 101, the other end of the clamping spring is connected with the clamping elastic sheet 105, and the clamping spring 104 is used for enabling the clamping elastic sheet 105 to be abutted with the clamping elastic sheet 105 of the other group of clamping assemblies. The clamping assembly is used for clamping and fixing pins of the lamp tube, and the clamping elastic sheet 105 can clamp the pins between the clamping elastic sheet and the lamp tube under the natural state of the spring by utilizing the elasticity of the spring.
The upper cover 20 is provided with a strip-shaped paying-off through groove 201 and a push pin 202 positioned below the paying-off through groove 201, and when the upper cover 20 slides along the convex strips 103, the clamping assembly is positioned below the paying-off through groove 201. The clamping spring 105 is provided with a concave portion 106, and when the two clamping spring 105 are abutted, the concave portions 106 of the two clamping spring 105 form a closed guide groove 107. When the upper cover 20 slides along the protruding strips 103, the push pins 202 are driven by the upper cover 20 to move along the length direction, so as to extend into or separate from the guide grooves 107. Referring to the orientation shown in fig. 1, first, the upper cover 20 is moved forward in the length direction, the push pin 202 enters the guide groove 107, the two groups of clamping components are far away under the action of force, the lamp pins extend into the lamp pins through the paying-off through groove 201 until falling into a position between the two groups of clamping components, then, the upper cover 20 is moved backward in the length direction, the push pin 202 is far away from the guide groove 107, and the clamping spring plate 105 clamps the lamp pins. In the upper cover 20, the sidewall of the pay-off through groove 201 is made of an insulating material, so as to prevent electric shock.
Preferably, two opposite inner side walls of the upper cover 20 are respectively provided with a sliding rail (not shown), the sliding rails are in one-to-one correspondence with the protruding strips 103, and the protruding strips 103 move along the sliding rails in the length direction.
The fixing portion 102 is provided with a limiting protrusion 109, and the inner top surface of the upper cover 20 is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting protrusion 109. After the installation, the upper cover 20 is moved backward, and the upper cover 20 is prevented from being separated from the base 10 during the movement by the limit projection 109.
The longitudinal section of the guide groove 107 is circular, that is, the guide groove 107 is a circular hole, which accords with the conventional production design, is convenient for production operation and has strong applicability. Both ends of the guide groove 107 are formed with guide angles 108 gradually opening obliquely outward from the guide groove 107. The opening of the guide angle 108 must be larger than the inner diameter of the guide groove 107, and the outer diameter of the push pin 202 is larger than the inner diameter of the guide groove 107, so that the push pin 202 can conveniently extend into the guide groove 107 and prop open the guide groove 107. The guide angle 108 is closed ring-shaped, that is, the guide angle 108 is formed by extending the whole periphery of the port of the guide groove 107 to form a horn shape.
Example two
One of the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the guide angle of the present embodiment is formed to extend only at one end of the guide groove, and it is easily conceivable that this end is necessarily the end of the guide groove near the push pin. The second difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the guide angle of the first embodiment has a fan-shaped structure, and the number of the guide angles is at least two, and the guide angles are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the guide groove, for example, on the upper side and the lower side of the guide groove.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
