Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the application.
Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic structural views of an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in the drawings, the strip-shaped LED lamp with the pull-out preventing function includes a lamp housing 1, a PCB 3 disposed in the lamp housing 1 and along the length direction of the strip-shaped LED lamp, an end cover 4 for closing one end of the lamp housing 1, and a power supply wire 5 connected to the PCB 3 through the end cover 4, wherein the end cover 4 is provided with an extension portion 41 formed in the direction of the PCB 3 and extending into the lamp housing to be fixedly assembled with the lamp housing 1; the PCB 3 is disposed above the surface of the extension 41 facing the light emitting direction of the lamp housing, and the surface of the PCB 3 facing the backlight direction of the lamp housing 1 abuts against the surface of the extension 41 facing the light emitting direction of the lamp housing 1. Of course, the strip-shaped LED lamp further comprises a plurality of LED lamps arranged on the PCB board, another end cover closing the other end of the lamp cover, and the like, and these components are not described in detail in the present application because they are not within the scope of improvement of the present application.
In this embodiment, the two inner side walls of the lampshade 1 are oppositely provided with mounting grooves 12 for mounting the PCB 3; the PCB 3 may slide in the mounting groove 12, and a distance between a groove wall of the mounting groove 12 facing the backlight direction of the lamp shade and an inner wall of the backlight surface of the lamp shade is smaller than a thickness of the extension portion 41, so that a surface of the PCB 3 facing the backlight direction of the lamp shade abuts against a surface of the extension portion 41 facing the light emitting direction of the lamp shade.
Like this, when the PCB 3 slides to the extension 41 towards the surface top of lamp shade light-emitting direction, the surface of the orientation lamp shade direction in a poor light of PCB 3 and the surface butt of extension 41 towards the lamp shade light-emitting direction for PCB 3 has certain sticis effect to extension 41, can restrict the free end of extension 41 and upwards remove, thereby plays the anti-pull-out effect. The structure is very simple, and the groove wall of the mounting groove 12 has a thicker thickness and can bear larger force, so that when the power supply wire 5 is pulled, the deformation of the mounting groove 12 can be avoided, the free end of the extension part 41 cannot be limited, the clamping block 42 cannot be separated from the through hole 11 even if larger pulling force exists, the good pull-out preventing effect is achieved, and the design is very ingenious.
Preferably, the backlight surface of the lamp shade 1 is provided with a through hole 11, the extension portion 41 is fixedly clamped with the through hole 11 by a clamping block 42 arranged on the surface of the free end facing the backlight direction of the lamp shade 1, and the backlight surface of the lamp shade 1 is abutted with the surface of the extension portion facing the backlight direction of the lamp shade 1. Thus, the surface of the extension part 1 facing the backlight direction of the lampshade and the surface facing the light emitting direction are tightly pressed and limited, the free end of the extension part 41 is prevented from moving towards the light emitting direction of the lampshade to separate the clamping block 42 from the through hole 11, and the pull-out preventing function is further enhanced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the surface of the free end of the extension 41 facing the light emergent direction of the lamp housing is a slope 43 formed toward the end cover 4 away from the end surface of the PCB. When the assembly is performed, the power supply wire 5 is pulled to slide the PCB 3 to the upper side of the extension part 41, so that the sliding of the PCB 3 is prevented from being blocked by the end part of the extension part 41. Of course, it is conceivable that the inclined surface inclined downward from the upper side of the end surface is provided at the corresponding end of the PCB board to also have the effect of preventing the end of the PCB board from abutting against the end of the extension portion, and of course, the function may be realized by providing the matched inclined surfaces at the corresponding end of the PCB board and the free end of the extension portion.
With further reference to fig. 2 and 3, a projection 44 with a sidewall abutting against the end face of the PCB 3 is disposed on the surface of the extension 41 facing the light emitting direction of the lamp shade 1, and the corresponding end of the PCB 3 abuts against the sidewall of the projection 44. Thus, when the power supply wire 5 is pulled, the bump 44 applies a reaction force to the PCB 3 to limit the position of the PCB 3. Of course, the structure for limiting the sliding of the PCB may be configured in other manners, for example, a step abutting against the end of the PCB is disposed on the surface of the extension portion facing the light emitting direction of the lamp shade.
In this embodiment, the lamp further includes a lens 2 disposed in the light-emitting direction of the lamp housing and assembled with two inner sidewalls of the lamp housing 1, the end cover 4 is provided with a guide post 45 extending into the lamp housing 1 toward the length direction of the lamp, the end portions of the two sidewalls of the lamp housing 1 toward the light-emitting direction are bent relatively to form a bending portion 13, two mounting portions 21 are respectively formed on two sides of the lens 2, the surface of the mounting portion 21 toward the light-emitting direction of the lamp housing abuts against the corresponding bending portion 13, and the surface of the mounting portion toward the backlight direction of the lamp housing abuts against the corresponding guide post 45, so that the fixation of the lens 2 is realized.
Preferably, the end of the power supply wire 5 extending into the lamp housing 1 is welded and fixed with the PCB 3, and of course, screws or other manners can be used for fixing.
The application also provides an assembling method applied to the strip-shaped LED lamp with the pull-off prevention function, the method comprises the following steps,
step 1, a power supply lead 5 passes through an end cover 4 and then is welded with a PCB 3;
step 2, the assembled PCB 3 is installed in the installation groove 12, and the corresponding end of the end cover 4 is inserted into the lampshade 1 to clamp the clamping block 42 with the through hole 11;
step 3, the lead 5 is pulled to drive the PCB 3 to move towards the end cover 4, so that the corresponding end of the PCB 3 abuts against the bump 44 and presses the surface of the extension 41 facing the light emitting direction of the lamp shade 1.
The assembling method has the advantages of simple steps and convenient assembly, and the assembled PCB of the lamp presses the surface of the extending part facing the light emergent direction of the lamp shade, so that the lamp has good pull-out preventing effect.
Of course, the assembly method of the strip-shaped LED lamp also comprises other steps of assembling another end cover, assembling an LED lamp and the like, and the steps are not described in detail in the application because the steps are not in the protection scope of the application.
In addition to the above-described modifications, other similar modifications are also included in the scope of the present application, and will not be described in detail herein. While embodiments of the application have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: many changes, modifications, substitutions and variations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the spirit and principles of the application, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
