本发明公开了一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,包括灯罩和固定在灯罩下方的下侧开口的安装筒,安装筒内设有电池,所述灯罩内设有灯座,灯座上安装有LED灯,灯座与球头杆固定连接,球头杆的球头插套在升降基座的球窝孔内,所述升降基座与升降机构的升降板架固定连接,升降板架插套在安装筒的上侧壁上,所述升降机构置于安装筒的安装腔内;所述升降基座的左侧外壁上螺接有锁紧螺栓,锁紧螺栓的端部压靠在球头的外壁上。本发明的灯座可在灯罩内进行升降,可有效避免LED灯的损坏,同时,它的灯座可以万向旋转,以满足多种工况。

本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具。
背景技术:
LED灯作为人们日常生活用具,已经作为必需品进入每个家庭,但是一般LED灯安装在墙体上后不能活动,容易被人们在日常生活中碰坏,且有时需要照明特定区域时,LED灯不能选择,从而需要花费更多的时间、更多的灯去照明这个区域。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,它的灯座可在灯罩内进行升降,可有效避免LED灯的损坏,同时,它的灯座可以万向旋转,以满足多种工况。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,包括灯罩和固定在灯罩下方的下侧开口的安装筒,安装筒内设有电池,所述灯罩内设有灯座,灯座上安装有LED灯,灯座与球头杆固定连接,球头杆的球头插套在升降基座的球窝孔内,所述升降基座与升降机构的升降板架固定连接,升降板架插套在安装筒的上侧壁上,所述升降机构置于安装筒的安装腔内;所述升降基座的左侧外壁上螺接有锁紧螺栓,锁紧螺栓的端部压靠在球头的外壁上。
所述升降机构包括与升降板架固定连接的呈“U”字型的移动架,移动架的下侧壁压靠在底板上,底板上固定有矩形杆,矩形杆的上端固定在安装腔的内壁上的凸台上;成型在移动架上的矩形孔插套在矩形杆上,移动架的左侧壁上成型有两个上下对称的倒角,上侧的倒角压靠在柱体的端部球面上,柱体的另一端压靠在弹簧上,所述柱体和弹簧插套在安装座的沉孔内,弹簧的另一端压靠在沉孔的底面上,安装座与底板固定连接,底板固定在安装筒的下端;所述移动架上固定有拨杆,拨杆插套在安装筒的侧壁上的矩形槽内,拨杆穿过矩形槽的伸出端固定有钢珠。
所述球头的外壁上覆盖有橡胶圈,橡胶圈的外壁压靠在球窝孔内,所述球窝孔的上端开口处的口径小于球头的球径。
所述升降基座包括上底座和下底座,上底座焊接在下底座的上方,所述球窝孔由上底座和下底座的内腔合成;所述升降基座的右侧成型有豁口,所述球头杆的杆部插套在豁口内。
所述矩形杆的长度为L2,移动架的长度为L1,所述L1和L2的关系为:L1等于L2的二分之一。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它的灯座可在灯罩内进行升降,可有效避免LED灯的损坏,同时,它的灯座可以万向旋转,以满足多种工况。

实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,包括灯罩11和固定在灯罩11下方的下侧开口的安装筒12,安装筒12内设有电池13,所述灯罩11内设有灯座21,灯座21上安装有LED灯,灯座21与球头杆22固定连接,球头杆22的球头221插套在升降基座23的球窝孔231内,所述升降基座23与升降机构4的升降板架41固定连接,升降板架41插套在安装筒12的上侧壁上,所述升降机构4置于安装筒12的安装腔121内;所述升降基座23的左侧外壁上螺接有锁紧螺栓24,锁紧螺栓24的端部压靠在球头221的外壁上。
更进一步的说,所述升降机构4包括与升降板架41固定连接的呈“U”字型的移动架42,移动架42的下侧壁压靠在底板43上,底板43上固定有矩形杆44,矩形杆44的上端固定在安装腔121的内壁上的凸台122上;成型在移动架42上的矩形孔421插套在矩形杆44上,移动架42的左侧壁上成型有两个上下对称的倒角422,上侧的倒角422压靠在柱体45的端部球面上,柱体45的另一端压靠在弹簧46上,所述柱体45和弹簧46插套在安装座47的沉孔471内,弹簧46的另一端压靠在沉孔471的底面上,安装座47与底板43固定连接,底板43固定在安装筒12的下端;所述移动架42上固定有拨杆48,拨杆48插套在安装筒12的侧壁上的矩形槽123内,拨杆48穿过矩形槽123的伸出端固定有钢珠49。
更进一步的说,所述球头221的外壁上覆盖有橡胶圈3,橡胶圈3的外壁压靠在球窝孔231内,所述球窝孔231的上端开口处的口径小于球头221的球径。
更进一步的说,所述升降基座23包括上底座232和下底座233,上底座232焊接在下底座233的上方,所述球窝孔231由上底座232和下底座233的内腔合成;所述升降基座23的右侧成型有豁口234,所述球头杆22的杆部插套在豁口234内。
更进一步的说,所述矩形杆44的长度为L2,移动架42的长度为L1,所述L1和L2的关系为:L1等于L2的二分之一。
工作原理:向上拨动拨杆48,拨杆48带动移动架42上移,移动架42在上移初始阶段驱使柱体45缩入到沉孔471内,柱体45脱离上侧的倒角422,然后移动架42继续上移,最后柱体45在弹簧46的作用下压靠在移动架42的下侧的倒角422上,移动架42上端压靠在凸台122上,从而将移动架42固定住;同时地移动架42通过升降板架41驱动升降基座23上移,升降基座23通过球头杆22带动灯座21上移,然后拧松锁紧螺栓24,球头杆22的球头221可在升降基座23的球窝孔231内进行多角度转动,当转到需要的角度时,拧紧锁紧螺栓24,固定住球头杆22,从而固定住灯座21,从而实现照明不同区域。

1.一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,包括灯罩(11)和固定在灯罩(11)下方的下侧开口的安装筒(12),安装筒(12)内设有电池(13),其特征在于:所述灯罩(11)内设有灯座(21),灯座(21)上安装有LED灯,灯座(21)与球头杆(22)固定连接,球头杆(22)的球头(221)插套在升降基座(23)的球窝孔(231)内,所述升降基座(23)与升降机构(4)的升降板架(41)固定连接,升降板架(41)插套在安装筒(12)的上侧壁上,所述升降机构(4)置于安装筒(12)的安装腔(121)内;所述升降基座(23)的左侧外壁上螺接有锁紧螺栓(24),锁紧螺栓(24)的端部压靠在球头(221)的外壁上;
所述升降机构(4)包括与升降板架(41)固定连接的呈“U”字型的移动架(42),移动架(42)的下侧壁压靠在底板(43)上,底板(43)上固定有矩形杆(44),矩形杆(44)的上端固定在安装腔(121)的内壁上的凸台(122)上;成型在移动架(42)上的矩形孔(421)插套在矩形杆(44)上,移动架(42)的左侧壁上成型有两个上下对称的倒角(422),上侧的倒角(422)压靠在柱体(45)的端部球面上,柱体(45)的另一端压靠在弹簧(46)上,所述柱体(45)和弹簧(46)插套在安装座(47)的沉孔(471)内,弹簧(46)的另一端压靠在沉孔(471)的底面上,安装座(47)与底板(43)固定连接,底板(43)固定在安装筒(12)的下端;所述移动架(42)上固定有拨杆(48),拨杆(48)插套在安装筒(12)的侧壁上的矩形槽(123)内,拨杆(48)穿过矩形槽(123)的伸出端固定有钢珠(49)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,其特征在于:所述球头(221)的外壁上覆盖有橡胶圈(3),橡胶圈(3)的外壁压靠在球窝孔(231)内,所述球窝孔(231)的上端开口处的口径小于球头(221)的球径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可万向调节的隐藏式LED灯具,其特征在于:所述升降基座(23)包括上底座(232)和下底座(233),上底座(232)焊接在下底座(233)的上方,所述球窝孔(231)由上底座(232)和下底座(233)的内腔合成;所述升降基座(23)的右侧成型有豁口(234),所述球头杆(22)的杆部插套在豁口(234)内。
