Abstract

能够给工业内窥镜提供辅助照明的一种补光灯。它是由补光灯前端盖、平凸镜、LED、LED散热支架、补光灯后壳体、依次组装在一起。LED产生的热量通过LED散热支架传导至补光灯外壳体散发出去。平凸透镜把LED点光源转化成45°夹角的汇聚光照射出去,提高了照射亮度,增大了观看距离,与工业内窥镜并行使用,给工业内窥镜补充照明,该补光灯体积小,亮度高,结构新颖、合理。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种补光灯装置,尤其是适用于汽车发动机检修、压力容器检修过程中给工业内窥镜补充照明。
背景技术
目前,在汽车发动机检修、压力容器检修过程中,都是通过火花塞孔或压力容器的手孔把工业内窥镜探头伸进到容器内部,观察容器内是否有异物或缺陷,这些容器开孔都比较小,内部容积比较大,由于受到工业内窥镜的结构限制,工业内窥镜所带的照明装置功率都比较小,对于大容积的容器和容器壁充满黑色物质情况下,光照强度不足,工业内窥镜观察异物或缺陷模糊不清,容易造成漏检或误检。
发明内容
为了克服工业内窥镜灯光照明不足问题,本发明提供一种补光灯装置,该补光灯体积小,亮度高,能够给工业内窥镜提供足够高亮度的照明环境,弥补了工业内窥镜照明功率较小,光照强度不足的问题。该补光灯可以辅助工业内窥镜更清晰的观察容器内的异物和缺陷,防止漏检和误检,提高工作效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在补光灯前端盖与补光灯后壳体组成的补光灯外壳中,平凸透镜、LED、LED散热支架、顺序组装在补光灯外壳中。平凸透镜的平面与LED半球面贴近放置,LED的散热面G点与LED散热支架连接,LED散热支架与补光灯后壳体内部相连,补光灯前端盖与补光灯后壳体相连。LED散热面G点通过LED散热支架传导至外壳散热,平凸透镜把LED点光源转化成45°夹角的汇聚光照射出去,提高了照射亮度,增大了观看距离,与工业内窥镜并行使用,达到了给工业内窥镜补光的目的。
所述的一种补光灯前端盖是用黄铜材质加工而成,平凸透镜为玻璃平凸透镜,LED为功率3W、封装为XP-E,LED散热支架为紫铜材质,补光灯前端盖和补光灯后壳体为黄铜材质。
本发明的有益效果是,提供足够高亮度的照明环境,弥补工业内窥镜照明功率较小,光照强度不足的缺点,辅助工业内窥镜更清晰的观察容器内的异物和缺陷,防止漏检和误检。该补光灯体积小,亮度高,结构新颖、合理。

具体实施方式
在图1中,补光灯前端盖(1)将平凸透镜(2)、LED(3)、LED散热支架(4)、紧固在补光灯后壳体(5)组成的外壳中,LED(3)的散热面G点与LED散热支架用锡焊的方式固定,LED(3)的+、-电极直接焊接导线,经过LED散热支架(4)的两侧平面从补光灯后壳体(5)尾部引出,连接外部LED驱动电源。
在图2所示补光灯的实体图中,平凸透镜、LED、LED散热支架,装置在补光灯外壳内部,补光灯前端盖(1)与补光灯后壳体(5)紧固在一起形成补光灯外壳,平凸透镜(2)凸面向外微凸。
在图3所示实施例中,补光灯结构尺寸:总长度52mm,直径8mm,补光灯前端盖长度7mm,补光灯外壳锥度部分长7.5mm,尾部外径6mm。
在图4所示实施例中,补光灯LED散热支架紫铜材质,热传导系数高。长度10mm,直径5mm,两个侧面加工出3.5mm平面,两个平面与外壳体之间会形成空隙,用以穿行LED+、-极电源线。LED散热支架前端开口3.5mm,用于固定LED,LED产生的热量由LED散热支架吸收,再传导之补光灯外壳体进行散热。

Claims (2)

1.一种补光灯装置,在补光灯前端盖与补光灯后壳体组成的补光灯外壳中,平凸透镜、LED、LED散热支架、顺序组装紧在补光灯外壳中,其特征是:平凸透镜的平面与LED半球面相连,LED的散热面G点与LED散热支架相连接,LED散热支架与补光灯后壳体内部相连,补光灯前端盖与补光灯后壳体相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补光灯装置,其特征是:总长度52mm,直径8mm,补光灯前端盖长度7mm,补光灯外壳锥度部分长7.5mm,尾部外径6mm。
